In city center. 1min to Varvakios(Central Market). From Athens Train station go by metro(Larissa) to Omonia station, from there is 15min to Hostel. Big spacious lobby, big kitchen, big pans, saucepans, utensils, two microwaves, two big fridges, small kitchen bar and induction cooker. WiFi great, clean kitchen, clean room, clean WC. From hostel the famous Acropolis is 25min, ticket 10€, with combined 30€ ticket you can see more sights. It has a lift. Great Staff, always smiling.

Induction cooker, well it heats very fast and most of time I burned food(I wish for gas stove), I prefer small saucepans, frying pans. Water don't know if it's drinkable, bought a 6-pack to be sure. AC heater needs some cleaning, cause it was a bit cold in room, so that I had to sleep in warm clothes.

Wonderful, feels like home but better! To be honest, I’ve truly had the most wonderful time while staying at this hostel. Travelled around the world quite a lot, but this hostel is outstanding. The staff working here turn the place from pretty amazing into incredibly wonderful. Was welcomed so warmly by Maria and immediately felt like home. She’s the loveliest, the funniest as well, she just has something special. Also Ntina who’s there mostly in the morning is so sweet and helpful, and with Saeed who’s working night shifts we’ve had the most entertaining conversations when laughing our asses off. About hostel facilities: everything is very clean, showers are having great water pressure and are so nice and warm, lockers are huge and super convenient, beds have curtains for privacy, the kitchen’s got everything you need, there’s 24/7 reception so you’ll feel safe all time and the hostel is perfectly located in between food spots and sights, without disadvantages like noise, it’s super peaceful. The hostel is not a party place, but it’s extremely social. And btw, if you like karaoke, ask Saeed. If you like Jenga, ask Maria. Even though the hostel says it serves no “breakfast”, every morning in between about 8-11 AM they offer you free coffee, tea, biscuits and cake, which I think is lovely. Not a single bad word about his hostel, it’s just amazing. When I come back, and after this experience I definitely will, I will for sure stay here again! And if you wanna have the best Athens experience, I would like to advice you to do the same. :p

- Very welcoming and pleasant hosts - Great location - some 50m from a street with multiple restaurants/cafes and great vibe, which will bring you directly to Acropolis after 15-20 minutes walk - Kitchen equipped with everything you might need (also free tea/coffee/cookies) - Good Wi-Fi - Stable hot water in the shower - Comfortable and clean beds, curtain blocks out the room light pretty well - Each guest is provided with a locker, it is quite spacey to fit a backpack(s) / middle-sized luggage bag, but it might be troublesome to fit the big one

- WC/Shower doors are quite noisy and are right across the bedroom door. So if you get a bed next to a door, you will hear it pretty well - No hooks/shelves inside shower cabin (3d floor)

It’s my favourite hostel in Athens, coming here for the second time and definitely will come again. Location is great! Close to metro, but at the same time in ore quiet neighborhood. It’s easy and convenient to get around the city. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Every bed has a curtain, which gives a perfect privacy, and all necessities, like a socket, bed lamp, and a storage box with a key locket on it. Big balcony, the fav part of the room. Great place to chill or have a morning coffee. Staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful! Every one of them, was a great pleasure to chat🤍

BedBox is an amazing place to stay !!! The staff is unique !!! Always they are smilling , they are very kind and ready to give you any kind of information or advice. They love them job and they try make the stay of them clients much more better !!! It is very important for a visitor to feel a place like his/her home !!! I love all the team of BedBox !!! Besides of excellent staff , are excellent the rooms as well . Very clean , with private place to put your luggage . One more good point is the curtain of each bed . By this way each bed have privacy . BedBox is at a great location. It is very close by walking to Omonia and Syntagma square . Metro station is also very near . By metro visitors from port and airport is very easy to get at BedBox . I reccommend BedBox 10000 %

Everything are so great !!!

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt like home. - Everything in the room, kitchen, and toilet was clean, I never felt disgusted or anything. - The kitchen was amazing. It has everything you need to cook even complex meals. You could take some sauces, seasonings, cooking oil, and other stuff for free since it was of common use. There were a lot of utensils in good condition. - They had hot water and I could shower easily. The towel rent is 2€ and it is big enough. Toilets have hangers and shelves, so you can put your things easily. - The room had lockers that were quite big and free. You could put a suitcase there even. Maybe 1-1.5 x 0.5 m in size, not sure. There also was a trash can, AC, mirror, hangers, etc. - My bed was the upper one and climbing there was easy, steps were comfortable. There was a shelf, socket, and lamp near the bed, very satisfying!

- I did not get any duvet cover and that was my only concern regarding cleanliness. - The toilet was quite cold and I was worried I could get sick while showering. A very nice lady in reception told me I could turn on the heater but I did not find the switch even after asking several times haha. Also, the private rooms in the bathroom are quite small so not much space.

WiFi, air conditioning, shared bathroom for floor (only two dorms) were always available to use with three showers and three toilets. Light in bunk, curtain in bunk for privacy. BIG lockers (and they provide a lock for it!) which accommodated not only my backpack but also my carry-on luggage. There were two chairs and a full-length mirror in my dorm. Very secure with 24-hour reception staff. Some free drinks at reception! Coffee available for purchase at reception. There was a delicious pound cake in the kitchen area to enjoy when I was there. Nice kitchen, not too far from express bus X95 stop at Syntagma Square (express bus from airport, 5.50 Euros, easy to purchase ticket at airport. Easy to purchase X95 ticket at Syntagma Square bus stop for return to airport if needed - bus ride is approximately one hour to/from airport). Hostel is also close to Monastiraki metro stop (around 9 Euros from airport).

The water from one of the toilets leaked and the bathroom floor was wet in areas. The bathroom window was open which was odd undressing with an open window, but it was four floors up with no one able to see in (I think). Socket for my upper bunk was high up so needed a longer cord or I would not have been able to use the charging port. Door to dorm was loud when opening and closing.

Very kind staff, comfortable bed, organized room, great location.

Bathrooms were clean but the shower area was a bit too dark and it didn't have many hooks or places to leave your stuff. Also, one of the lights in my room didn't work.

Location was really fantastic - right in the middle of the main area of Greece. Felt extremely safe. The hostel had a lift. Kitchen was okay - we managed to cook once (it wasn’t the best equipped kitchen ever but it was manageable).

The showers were tricky because there was nowhere to put your clothes without them getting wet. The hostel provided big lockers for you but the lockers only could fit their own locks, so it didn’t feel as secure as bringing your lock. The lockers also creaked VERY loudly when you opened them, which would wake everyone up. The hostel dorm beds did have curtains, but the upper bunks didn’t have a ‘roof’ so light streamed in for those upper bunks despite the curtain.
