The staff here are very amicable. The bed is super comfy. Also love the welcoming sets of drinks and slippers. Also liked the turtles in the below floors.

There isn’t any thing that I didn’t like. But it would be great if the shower temperature could be more stable. And the two days I went down for breakfast, everyone was greeted and asked if they can get any coffee or tea to drink, I was never greeted or asked, not sure why but I assume I look way too familiar to this place?

Really great, well designed hotel. The location was absolutely perfect and the rooms are quiet and attractive.

I didn't care for the breakfast at all. Just my personal preference. The eggs were always cold, but I other hot dishes were barely warm. It was a little surprising.

Hotel is in a great location for sight seeing. Close to restaurants and shops, super friendly staff :-)

We stayed in a double room with a museum view and balcony. Considering it is listed as 5 stars we had been expecting a bit more luxury in the furnishings . The Bathroom layout is a bit interesting, separate toilet, separate shower room and the sink is in the bedroom, not sure this really works. Although the room walls and windows are sound proofed, I had disturbed sleep around 5.30am , due to staff setting breakfast up in the restaurant. The bedroom door opens on to a balcony which over looks the reception area and restaurant below .

The hotel lobby and dining area is beautiful. The rooftop pool is an awesome area but as its rather small, even at less busy times it's unlikely to get a spot unless you're up there early. The breakfast offered a great selection. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful as we had a few issues. The location is super!!! And the beds might be the comfiest beds on the planet!

Did not enjoy the last occupants swimwear hanging from the window handle...made me question how thorough the cleaning was. The lighting in the rooms are poor. This means having the curtains open for everyone to see in. Cleaners forgot to replenish our towels getting caught sort in the shower was not fun. Shower didn't drain well so the bathroom was wet. We did mention this to the team, who kindly knocked €20 off our bill.

When taking a shower, always cold because of how open the mayor of the space and room are designed. Cost per night, was too high.

The location was quite convenient.

The rooms were rather small and the breakfast was poor in terms of quality.

I have been at the hotel twice before and knew what to expect. The hotel has an open and light feeling about it and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and with many options and the spa facilities were good.

This was my third visit to the hotel in a bit more than 13 months, the most recent voisit having taken place in mid-late October. I would have expected to have a better or bigger room than the one I was given, considering that the one I had in October was bigger and better appointed. The staff at reception were receptive and ready to change the room but I decided to stay put as I did not wish to pack again etc...

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. It was located right across from the Acropolis, and the view from our room was absolutely magical. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was a highlight of our trip. The location couldn't be more convenient. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the nearest station, a 1-minute walk to multiple car rental shops, and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Acropolis itself. If you want everything within easy reach, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

the breakfast wasn't the best, but it was good overall.

The staff was great. Location is accessible to taxis while allowing for walks and subway close access. The hotel is quite beautiful on the outside and inside. The street is lively

The bed is ok comfortable. Lights are not so good on the room, worse in the bathroom, my wife kept complaining about how hard it was to make up. Wifi in the room is random/slow, sometimes you won't even have a connection. The TV is old 32 inches, available channels are ok, many are open non cable. On the TV you have the option to screen share from your mobile device to it, but it could be pain either because of Wi-Fi or because of how old the TV is as anything would be less than full HD with distorted colors

We arrived early from a cruise and we were extremely happy that despite a 2pm check in our rooms was available for us. Upon arrival the staff were so helpful and check in was seamless. We had to change our booking due to having to leave Athens earlier than expected due to a family emergency at home. The reception staff were very empathetic and co-ordinated the the change of booking from 3 days to one band organised the refund. They. Made the difficult situation for us more bearable. The location of the hotel was brilliant for our short stay.

Sad that the roof top was closed and we were informed by the staff and on our booking confirmation I feel for the hotel as it is such a great location and must be such a disappoint for all.
