Staff was great and supportive. The location is convenient close to all attractions.

I would suggest a greater selection of items for breakfast. Breakfast was very poor and it is honestly the only negative I would say for this hotel.

Modern clean room. They left out a good quality travel cot for our baby which was a nice touch. Shower pressure was good and there was a really nice soap to use. The woman working at the reception was so lovely and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay.

The sink in the room didn’t drain but we reported to the front desk so I believe they will check this and repair. The bread option at breakfast tasted a bit stale and there wasn’t a baby high chair. The hotel is on a main road so there was a bit of noise at night (not too bad for us as on 6th floor).

Staff was super nice, always available and with very usefull reccomendations of local places to eat traditional food. They were also flexible and offer an option for baggage custody, although check out was already done. Really appreciate it. The location is very close to the center by walking (aprox. 15 min to Sintagma square), an also 4 min away from a metro station.

For breakfast, there were not a lot of vegan options.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. My room was clean, and cozy, and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. Although I didn't use the restaurant or other facilities, I could see that the hotel had a nice lounge area and breakfast room. It was also conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to assist with any requests. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and wanted to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Urban Frane for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in a great location with excellent customer service.

The staff is very helpful, the rooms are spotless, and the location is also nice. I recommend using the metro + metro transfer for airport transportation. Google suggests tramway, but you need to go outside with tramway; I wouldn't recommend it. We didn't try the breakfast, so I won't comment on it. Right next door, there's Fika Coffee & Croissant. It was excellent; I recommend that place too.

The location was very good - walking distance from the Acropolis and most of the major attractions. The room was spacious and clean but we felt the shower room was cramped, There was a Continental Breakfast provided which had plenty of options. There was a roof terrace with tables and chairs which was pleasant to relax on.

Great location. Close to the main attractions and the historic center. Elena, very friendly and helpful employee. Calm environment. Large, modern and well-equipped rooms.

Breakfast could have had more variety. The cleaning of the rooms could be better. They tidied but did not clean properly.

The location is great 7 mns walking from the Acropolis and the beautiful and historical area of Plaka. The hotel is brain new, and wonderfully decorated with original artworks, the comfort is very high, breakfast fantastic and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back in this hotel if ever I come back to Athens 👌

Very clean and well presented rooms! The staff were great especially Nicki who had always a warm welcome and great recommendations

It would be great if the roof top terrace is ventilated in summer months prior to opening as we found it always hot and stuffy with roller blinds closed
