The location is perfect to discover Athen, close to the metro and it is easy to get around. We liked the choice of breakfast, The kids liked the pool which is much smaller than in the pictures but it was enough for them to play around (12 and 9) safely. The gym was ok for a bit of exercise or just to kill time during a heatwave in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable.

We chose half board and it was a big mistake. There are only two options for starter, salad, main, and dessert every day and they are always the same. We stayed for 4 days, so it got very boring and they were not so delicious either. Although the hotel offers other meals which are not included in the half board service. The only good side is that you can choose to have a boring meal anytime between 12-23:30. More staff in the restaurant are required as they could hardly cope in peak times. I would suggest if the hotel can not offer sufficient half board, then it does not worth putting it down as an option. Alternatively, they could charge a bit of extra for the menu different from the set dinner options but not the full charge.

The breakfast spread was limited but more than adequate. The breakfast was more American and it had all that we wanted. The croissants and apple pie were excellent. We had dinner too at the hotel and the dinner was top class. With a choice of soup/salad, main course and dessert, the dinner was one of the best that we have had in a hotel. The dessert was amazing, I would recommend the orange mousse and the semi freddo. They were delicious :). The front office staff were excellent, friendly and very very helpful. They helped with planning our day activities with very good inputs.

The staff at the restaurant could sport a smile on their faces for sure :). They were attentive and obliged with whatever we wanted but I felt that they were very serious when they could be a bit more relaxed.

we asked for a better view but manager was not willing to try .view was poor with blocked views of buildings the pick up service they recommended didn’t agree to come into the airport arrivals,instead asked to walk out and find which ended up us cancelling their service

The staff were amazing . Very responsive , flexible, accommodating, and friendly. Enjoyable to interact with them. The food was delicious , just writing this feedback is making me eat the Greek traditional pasta .

Had to change rooms as the generator was on top of the original bedroom so it was noisy; yet the staff were highly responsive and help moving into another bedroom ; which also was comfy. Really appreciate all the smiles and excellent customer service from the staff.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Crowne plaza. We are a family of 6. Two of our children are adults 21 and 18 and twins 14. We had two adjourned rooms. It allowed us spend time together whilst having the option of privacy. The rooms were a double room and a family room able to sleep 5. The rooms were big and spacious. The staff were always super helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Small but fit for purpose rooftop swimming. Lovely for a dip. Nice well equipped gym. Great location with easy access to the central. I will stay there again if I return to Athens.

The room size was good and spacious, bathroom was good size too. Location was decent, staff was kind, helpful, good breakfast. They had restaurant, spa, coffee shop, hall, business centre, also for massage they could arrange a masseur. There are restaurants just next to the hotel, coffee shop, shops and FBI place for men :)

If they could have provided little more early check-in, breakfast range was too less if that can be increased

Hotel location was a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground, with restaurants just a 5 minute walk. Hotel facilities include a small but adequate heated pool, where you can enjoy the bar & food service on the open terrace, where sun loungers are provided. The buffet Breakfast was superb, with every kind of hot or cold foods available, with excellent staff service.

Family room was on the small side, but we soon got used to it. Coffee/Tea making facilities were geared for only 2 persons in a family room.

It is near a metro station, it is clean and has a nice lobby. The rooms are good size. The breakfast was good. It has a good shower and comfortable beds.

Our room faced the main road so it was a little noisy, generally the staff were helpful but when I asked if they could deliver our breakfast to the room early in the morning as we were leaving to go to Mykonos, I was asked to come and pick it up from the lobby. There was not much choice of tv channels in English.

Breakfast, location (near metro station) for easy access to and from the airport and within walking distance (for those who do not like to use the metro) to the centre of Athens.

A room for 3 adults (two large beds) but prepared for 2.

Extra charge for mini bar. I have booked for Family Premium room with lounge access. Not informed about the extra charge for mini bar, luckily I got charged only €30, for a 50ml whisky, soda + couple of snaks. Eventhough we were 4, hotel only supplied 2 bottles of water every day, additional is €2.50 per bottle. Although every thing in club lounge was free, so were using that facility. I was disappointed with the extra charge. Dinner - they don't have many options. We had same menu for 4 nights.
