Great location, safe and close to everything. Amazing view of the Acropolis. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom area could definitely have been cleaned up with more attention, especially considering it's not a cheap motel we're talking about here. Horrible smell coming from the bathroom, especially during the night, that has probably something to do with the piping. You should expect to hear noise coming from the street all day and almost all night, since it's in a busy area. Staff talking loudly in the morning close to room doors. Bring your earplugs with you.

The suite is lovely, clean, and in a fabulous location. Everything interesting is within walking distance and all you have to do is go downstairs to find loads of restaurants and shopping. But the best part is the view. The suite has a huge window that looks right out at the Acropolis. In the evening, the ancient site is lit up and you just can't beat that.

The suite needs a bit more attention in terms of the kitchenette aspect. There is a coffee machine and kettle, but it would have been nice to have a few tea bags or coffee pods there to get us started, so we didn't have to run out to buy things. There are a few glasses and dishes but no place to put them once they are washed. There is a microwave, which is great, but no burners or oven or pots and pans -- so you can't cook or fry up an egg in the morning. In short, I'd have loved it even more if there was a dishtowel, frying pan, a burner...just simple stuff but makes a difference.

The smell in the bathroom after using the shower? Maybe the pipes need a clean, but other than that very good room.

Once we eventually got into the suite we had a fantastic view. Location was good for what we wanted to see. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. They organised a taxi from the port which was very handy.

Not a good start. The owner did not send us a code to enter the suite and we were unable to gain access. We called the number advertised and this went unanswered. We were lucky to meet a lovely couple coming out of their suite and they gave us another number to call which was advertised in their suite. It was very stressful as we nearly left for another hotel. Signage could be better with an emergency contact number advertised to call if someone was in similar circumstances. It was disappointing that the next day the owner did not come to personally offer her apologies.

Perfect location, spotless clean, very comfy, great staff!

The only thing was a strong smell from the bathroom that was present in the couple of days i stayed.

The view of the Acropolis is unmatched. This was an unforgettable experience and we will probably return whenever we are in Athens. The location could not be any better, within walking distance from Monastiraki, Ermou shopping street and from great restaurants.

Plumbing might need a bit of attention, I believe

Excellent communication by the hotel staff prior to arrival. Good communication regarding accessing the property which is at first, slightly confusing however once experienced it was simple moving forward. Location is amazing and the view from the suite is stunning and worth the booking alone. The entrance to the building is unusual and could appear off putting however don’t let this put you off. The size, location and facilities of the suite are excellent along with the friendly welcome and advice given by the staff.

As mentioned, the main entrance to the building may be off putting at first as it is a shared entrance and looks run down, however the location is excellent and the views, comfort and facilities within the suite will make up for this. The bed had sheets and not a duvet which was fine however this is the one improvement I would suggest. The large size of the bed was excellent.

The location is superb. Positioned right in the heart of the city, very close to the metro, shops, taverns, the Acropolis, and pretty much everything you might wish to visit. The hosts were exceptionally professional, eager to assist us with any requests we had. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, which provides a great deal of tranquility. The central heating worked perfectly. The living area is very spacious, and the bedroom is exactly as it should be. If you are seeking accommodation in Athens that exceeds your expectations, this is certainly one of them. Thank you for everything.

Nothing that we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations.

We arrived during reception hours and so there were no issues with collecting keys. The accommodation was easy to find and just a short walk from the train station - it is very conveniently located. The apartment was spacious with a large lounge/kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have magnificent and uninterrupted views of the Acropolis (in the bedroom, through windows looking through the lounge). There was no washer/drier in the apartment, but this was available in a shared room on the floor. It was a private apartment, with no outside noise when the windows were closed and excellent air-conditioning so the windows could be closed as needed.

Nothing. It met our expectations entirely.

I loved my stay at Elite Ermou Suites. An amazing location! The unit I stayed in had an incredible view that made it so good to wake up and get to bed to this view. The facility is so nice and well kept. They have a whole floor with different suites and it is very clean and feels modern and nice. The bldg it's in is an older building, but you don't feel this way once you enter the floor where they have all the suites. Olga, Olga, Olga! She was EXCELLENT! She manages the property and is such a friendly lady! Helped me wash my clothes in the common washer they have on the floor and also was a great help when I asked her how to get to certain places around. She helps with all her heart. I can't speak highly enough of her. Thank you, Olga!
