Lovely and comfortable room. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice tea and coffee making facilities. I would return here.

Not much hot water coming out of the shower. Area is slightly dodgy, which is fine if you know the area or are in a group. Wouldn't recommend to solo female travellers.

I love the kitchenette. LOVE LOVE LOVE. unfortunately i was unwell upon arrival but it was awesome to find a function kitchenette with various utensils and crockery. I was able to make a simple soup to nurse myself back to health. Absolutely love the kitchenette. And LOVE the access to smart TV. AWESOME. Netflix to curb boredom while i was sick. LOVE non stop hot water shower! Thank goodness. Compliments to the housekeeping lady. She was so friendly and polite. And she was so professional. I noticed her cleaning the other room and her attention to detail was out of this world. She picked up the plastic notice holder and vacuum it and then put it against the light to check that it is dust free! That is COMMITMENT. Very impressed!

Would have preferred being able to double lock the door to my room with a chain lock or door latch. To secure from inside.

The room was huge, and had everything I could possibly need. The balcony and kitchenette were an added bonus. It was a convenient (approx 7 min) walk from the train station, and the Archaeological Museum was a few minutes walk away. There is a buzzing bar & cafe strip just 2-3 mins walk away. It was self check-in, and the check in details were clear & concise.

Whilst it is in a great and convenient location, as a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe walking back from the station at night. The rooms are on the 6th floor of a multi-use building, and was a little difficult to find initially. There is a lift, but I opted not to use it (another solo traveller related fear!). As other people have said, I wish there was a dead lock / chain to lock the door when inside the room.

The suite was lovely - great facilities including a lovely kitchen unit and a small balcony. Bathroom with a great shower (overhead and handheld head) and hairdryer included. Bed was very comfortable and air con was fantastic in the heat of summer. The area is rundown but we didn't find it unsafe and there were plenty of nice local restaurants and tavernas to get food and a drink at. The location is fantastic for sightseeing; the main tourist points like the acropolis are walking distance and well connected on the metro.

Nicely decorated, clean and spacious apartments with everything you might need for a short stay. The balcony was a nice bonus. Also, lots of cafes and restaurants are quite nearby. The area felt quite and safe. I would stay again:)

I would appreciate checking in details sent beforehand, since my mobile operator had troubles connecting to the local ones thus had no internet to check messages in booking.

Very classy modern and stylish studios with in-built kitchenette and huge terrace. Everything clean. Location might seem dodgy at first but it ISN'T. Exarcheia to the contrary is the perfect neighbourhood for a night out (dining and wining) and it is also only a 15min walk from Monastiraki Plaka and the city centre. And so long ago that I had been welcomed so kindly and warmly by the lovely housekeeping lady who was born and raised in Exarcheia and passed me some first-hand tips.

Honestly: not one thing. Miss that I needed to leave

Quiet and cozy, i.e. small apartment in arty neighborhood. Gritty the way Soho was in the 70s, the neighborhood has lots of good places to eat and it’s fairly central, about a half hour from the Acropolis. Bed was very comfortable and the cleaning woman Ellie is excellent. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

A little small. Kitchenette tiny. Early check-in cannot be accommodated. Nowhere to wait if you’re early.

My stay at K23 apartment in Athens 🇬🇷 was a fantastic experience. I am very demanding guest so for sure this apartment ticked all my requirements. The apartment is beautifully decorated with modern touches that really made it feel like a luxurious and stylish space. The quality of the products provided for the guests was great. Everything from the linens to the toiletries was of the highest quality, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into ensuring that guests had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the blackout curtains really helped to block out any unwanted light or noise. The small cozy balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartments are within walking distance of both the bus and the metro, as well as the central part of the city. Really good value choice while you are in Athens, highly recommend this place and will book again for sure during my next trip.

The only small detail that I disliked was the green exit light on top of door that could not be turned off during the night. The apartment was cleaned spotless once in the 3 days of my stay but forgot to leave some extra coffee.

All the rooms were super stylish - we loved the interior and decor. Everything was incredibly clean and like new which made for a very comfortable stay. The shower was spotless and we appreciated having a kitchenette and balcony - it was all great. The only member of staff we saw was the maid who was very friendly and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Her warm nature put us at ease after an interesting arrival at K23 Color Suites.

The area: Omonia is quite run-down and the entrance to K23 Color Suites wasn't the easiest to spot as you have to turn into a side road that doesn't look the most inviting. The buildings on the street were covered in graffiti which made the area look derelict. When we arrived, we encountered a resident in the building (not associated with K23 Color Suites) who warned us of pickpockets and drug-users in the area and to be careful. He also asked that we lock the main entrance when coming and going to ensure our safety. We appreciated his concern but this did set the tone for our holiday and we felt apprehensive and nervous leaving and returning to the apartment every day.
