Staff was amazing and handled everything to perfection. Some of the restaurants in the area was really nice too.

The rooms with a rooftop terrace is a bit too exposed to the noise from the rooftop bar, so be aware of that when booking - it was open until midnight and they often forgot to close the door that was meant to reduce the noise.

clean, great room with amazing view and hotel in the centre of everything. great food and staff

noise in corridor at night. lift to restaurant on top floor ended on our 8th floor the one below the restaurant so anyone going or leaving the restaurant congregated outside the lift on floor 8. noise late evening was at times horrendous and we had to tell them to stop shouting

The staff was so so enjoyable & friendly. I stayed for a week and every day when I came back to my room they made me feel so welcome, like home (even better than home). The breakfast buffet was fantastic: lots of selection of breads, eggs, fruits, juices, very nice individual coffee selections, cereal, milk, yogurts- wow! The location was central for bus, subway, taxis - and a beautiful eight story mall.

It was on a small corner & one time I could not find it. Some of that was because of my phone’s map system. Ironically, I saw it many times riding the two-story bus. Next year I will look up more!

The staff were second to none. So friendly and accommodating. Except for one or two, the rest of them were top of the line service! The breakfast was A class catering to all your palates. Great rooftop bar and a nice view of the Acropolis from your balcony.

The location is far from Monastraki Sq and Plaka where all the action is so it’s a bit of a walk and the area is a tad sketchy so if you’re not a skilled traveller, it may throw you off. The corridors are very dark so you get off the elevator to your room and you feel like you’re in some cheap rundown hostel. The rooms are decent - clean but 3rd class amenities… cheap toilet paper, grungy towels, and very small bathrooms - if you’re over 180lbs, forget about it. You won’t fit. But these are just nits that the hotel can fix.

Good location, great view from the huge terrace in our room. Great breakfast with wide selection. I read reviews that the bathroom was not good in the room - I think it was good, definitely not a reason not to chose the hotel. Amazing view from rooftop restaurant. Superb noise protection from the street noise, but not great from internal hallway noise. Friendly staff. Easy to get around via Uber.

Surprised that the coffee and tea in the room were limited to 2 coffee capsules and 2 tea bags, which were not topped up during the stay unless you pay 5 euro. Tiny elevators, getting busy in the morning. Some noise from the restaurant heard in our room, we read the reviews and asked for the room farthest from the stairs to the restaurant - and we were indeed allocated such room. I think we had least noise possible, so recommend to ask the same for your stay, out of 3 nights, only one was particularly noisy.

Having never been in Athens I tried to get a hotel in a central location for everything we wanted and this provided it. The staff were extremely helpful. Our check in was 3pm but due to travel arrangements we dropped our cases of around 9.30am. Not a problem at all. We were given recommendations for restaurants which turned out to be ideal for what we were looking for. A taxi was booked for our airport transfer and again no problems. 30 minutes walk to the Acropolis almost in a straight line. The hop on hop of tourist bus service stop is about 2 minutes walk away. The rooftop restaurant with a view of the Acropolis is also very good in terms of service and food but it may be advisable to book this if you know you want to use it. Breakfast buffet has a good range and again the quality is good. The rooms are ensuite, spacious and airy. Ours had a balcony which gave a view of the Acropolis. The downside was it ovelooked the main road which is always busy, but it is a city centre and to be expected.

This is rated a 4 star hotel and I never got that feeling. The lifts are small and at busy times inadequate to service such a large hotel. The decor in the halls is very dark, it's black and a stark contrast to the rooms. I couldn't put it down to one thing but I never had the 4* feeling which was a direct result of the building itself, it was just strange. However I would use the hotel again.

The hotel was really easy to find after taking the metro from the airport into town, just 300m from Omonoia Station. On arrival the reception staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived later than originally anticipated and didn’t fancy going out to eat and asked if the kitchen was still open. A table was arranged for me without any hesitation in the rooftop bar/ restaurant where I could relax after the travelling and plan the days ahead. The view of the Acropolis at night is stunning! The food was marvellous. I ordered the baked phyllo pastry with feta cheese and the shrimp which came accompanied with rocket salad and wild rice, and for dessert I had the Polis Special. The breakfast buffet has to be the icing on the cake though as, every taste is catered for so plenty of choice. My room was clean and spacious with air conditioning, a mini bar and a safe. In the bathroom I had a shower and a host of toiletries to use, which came in handy as I had forgotten to bring any shampoo with me. I also had a small terrace which provided pleasant views around the city and surrounding neighbourhood. The location was great too as you are so close to the Metro station, and much of Athens is very walkable - you have options.

This is a nice hotel. Our room was a good size and had everything we needed. The terrace was the best bit, large enough for a lounger and table and chairs with a view of the Acropolis. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good enough. The rooftop bar and restaurant is great for both cocktails and dinner.

The location wasn't great. Partly because it's around a 20 minute walk to the centre of things and partly because the surrounding buildings are a bit rundown which spoils the outlook. Also between getting out of bed and having my shower I got 3 mosquito bites so the hotel could use something in the rooms to prevent this.

Location was excellent. View of the Acropolis and the roof top restaurant has a great view and menu! Excellent staff and the bartender makes a mean mastic mojito!! The gym was a treat! Breakfast has a lot selection the food is fresh and a good coffee selection The windows and doors are excellent. You can’t hear the traffic when closed Front desk was helpful and they extended the check out time for us

We asked for no room service when the lady came by in the morning and in the evening when we went for dinner they came into the room to tidy up They charge for phone calls and it’s not listed anywhere that there’s a fee for call. Not even on the phone in the room Or web They have no umbrellas and it was pouring rain

the rooms were well cleaned and the bed was big and super comfortable. there was even a weighing scale in the room! we were 4 min walk from the train station and also 15 min walk to plaka. really convenient and close to some cool bars. we had an early flight and the staff packed a to-go back with some breakfast food. really thoughtful. we could see the acropolis from the balcony. did not have time to utilize the rooftop bar unfortunately.

the shower area was abit small. we had breakfast for 4 days but the food options was mostly the same everyday, with a few changes.
