We were very close to metro stations, and we appreciate staying out of the Center of tourism to get to experience more local friendliness. Special shout out to the woman who opens KE on the main road each morning - she taught us officially the first 2 words we have learned in Greek, and we appreciated her patience as we practiced! Apartments are well stocked, very clean, and the owners were very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms to add a night to our stay.

The smell in the apartment on the “0” floor was a little odd one day but other than that, nothing.

Property was very clean, air conditioning was functioning well and there was always hot water. They provided towels and some basic necessities like soaps. It was very easy to get in on the first day and they have clear instructions for how to check our or anything else you need. It is 5 minutes by foot from a metro stop which is a great and 6 stops away from the center (~around 12 minutes). Staff was incredibly responsive and helpful and very well mannered.

The wifi was not as strong so there no signal in most areas. Biggest problem was the mosquitos. We could understand the owners tried to battle it by using nets on the balcony doors etc but although we didnt leave anything open they kept coming. Fumitox would be great. It would be great to have some more variety in amenities like hair cream or toothpaste but that is entirely an extra suggestion which is not necessarily required.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of shops and local amenities close by. Metro stations and bus routes are just a few minutes walk away, so the rest of the city is easily accessible. The apartment is clean, bright, stylish, comfortable, and well equipped for a short stay. The owners and staff are fabulous - very communicative, attentive, friendly and helpful.

The flat is good and clean. The location is OK, not central, central but easy to get around by bus or metro. The neighbourhood is safe however we thought that the view from the balcony would be better than facing the neighbours in the flats across the road.

I wish the host told us beforehand that the stove wasn't working because we bought groceries that we couldn't cook and we were not prepared with other food that could have been consumed at such unpopular hours, late at night and early in the morning.

Positives: Staff were incredibly responsive and super helpful, as well as patient. They also wash your clothes for you, and just in general it's a great vibe from them. The place also has all types of amenities you'd need, iron, hairdryer, etc. Bed was real comfortable too. Close to metro so you're at the centre quick and supermarkets close by.

It wasn't the cleanest. Like missing one layer of extra cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the sofa, chairs, etc. Bed was fine though. Dust from the aircon too. I think this could easily be improved though. Although it says no smoking, the apartment was always full of cigarette smell. I think it comes through the bathroom windows. Neighbourhood is 50/50 but I guess that is why the place is cheaper then the full centre.

We arrived late in the evening, the self check-in procedure was very easy to follow. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and air conditioner. It is ok for a 1 night stay in Athens, the price is cheap.

The air conditioner didn't seem to have enough power to decrease the temperature. If you arrive late in the evening, it is almost impossible to find a free parking place in the neighborhood.

Beautifull room, really quiet when you close everything. Everything looked great and it was very clean. After some guest made a lot of noise they where very helpfull. Also going in and out was very easy and within a 5-10 min walk you are at the metro.

Few things where broken (but tbh didnt ask to fix it) and it is totally combined with public transport between 20 and 30 min from the centre. If you go out and the metro line isn't ridind even longer.

The location was convienient. Walking distance to the metro,shops, restaurants and Ktel Liosion bus station. The room has a balcony with a table and chairs. Also, there is a small kitchen where you can cook. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. Nick, the owner was kind enough to store my luggage for a couple of days which made my stay in Greece even better!

The apartments are excellent. They have everything we need and are very comfortable. The owner is very attentive and quickly attended to us.

Air conditioning temperature control could be improved. Selecting 27 degrees on the remote made the room cold. Selecting 28 degrees, the room got a little warm.

The apartment was new, i loved the bedroom, even the kitchen was nice. i loved my stay there and the location was good. We were worried about the parking because there was never a free place to park but however we left our car in the street next to ours and luckily nothing happened. I would recomend the apartment.

The only problem for me was the noise from outside. The bedroom has a big window/door which leads to a small balcony that was very useful for smokers, but i found it a problem about the noises.
