Well located in Piraeus, modern but quirky e.g the floor is at two levels for no apparent reason. Very clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast (an extra for me)

Very functional property but missing some touches that I’d like if staying more than one night. Wardrobe is non existent - but there is a rail for hanging clothes. A drinking glass would be nice. The large TV hangs over the bed but can’t be watched from the bed. Huge Windows are private enough to not need blinds, but there are two external lights on the ledge that shine into the room…

Got upgraded to an enormous king size room and was allowed late check out at noon. Brand new, minimalist aesthetic which is rare in this price range, and located steps from the metro (direct to airport) and short walk to ferry port. Right in the center of Piraeus so everything you need at your fingertips, very good sound insulation from the traffic outside too. Super friendly and helpful desk staff when I checked in, and made-to-order breakfast! Some others are complaining about the aircon not working but that's probably because you opened a window/door which cuts it off automatically, and you can turn it on again when you close it. That's standard everywhere (usually you can't even open a window/door in a hotel room) so maybe staff should mention this at check-in so that people don't get upset?

Disappointed that the excellent sound insulation was not extended internally...despite using earplugs, the cleaner was banging around at top volume in the room next door and up and down the communal staircase, playing music etc for 4 hours starting at 6:00, so the lie-in I planned didn't pan out. I also got a shock when she entered my balcony from the outside to water the plants...the shades were up and I was dressed, but surely you could arrange for maintenance to occur later in the day after guests check out?

This boutique hotel just opened in January, 2024 and is delightful. Our room was not large but very efficient and had everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and bright. The staff was friendly, informative and accommodating. The included made-to-order breakfast was abundant and delicious. The location was perfect for seeing the city and marina and also for quick access to the port. This hotel is perfect for a one night stay before debarking on a cruise.

Our bed abutted right up to the window which was rather inconvenient for the person on the right side of the bed.

So this is my second stay at the Twinn and it does not disappoint! Get off at the Dimotiko Theatro metro stop (1 stop from Pireaus away from the hubbub) and in less than 2 blocks you are there. Friendly and helpful staff, clean modern rooms with a bath and shower room to be jealous of. The beds and pillows are top notch. Coffee drinks are complimentary. I did not have the breakfast (extra cost), but the options looked good from what I saw.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours before getting on a ferry to one of the islands. The hotel was built this year so everything is brand new and spotless. I personally loved the room and the bathroom and the little balcony with a view of the sunrise. It was very quiet and we slept well. My only gripe would be the pillows which could be softer but pillows are hard to get right so not a big issue! The room is really clever in its layout, very modern and quirky but with lots of steps so I think not great for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Breakfast was great and unlimited coffee. I will definitely stay again. I also forgot to say, we arrived at 2.30am in the morning after a late flight and were greeted with a lovely, friendly smiling receptionist. It was a lovely way to start our holiday and Piraeus is literally less than 10 minutes away, as is the metro and lots of shops. It's a winner!

Softer pillows

The hotel was conveniently located near the port. It is pretty new and very clean. The staff at the reception was nice and informative. The check in was done quickly. We had reserved 3 rooms since we were a party of 7. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good and quick. We could find plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The hotel arranged our transportation to the airport and the chauffeur got there on time and was very nice.

The rooms and bathrooms were pretty small. But we stayed only one night in transit for the airport so it was ok.

It was new. Clean. Modern. Smartly designed. I felt at ease right away. It was quiet and larger than I expected in terms of a solo room

Everything. My only issue was it was a courtyard and so the window was frosted and would only open up top so I felt a little claustrophobic. But I stayed one night. If I had stayed longer that would have been an issue. Close to the port. Easy to navigate. Close to the metro. One line to get to airport ideal for island travel.

The beds were so comfort, the stuff were really welcoming with a very high level of hospitality , cheerful and offers you unlimited assistance.. they made us feel home specially Aida , Demitris in the reception and the Hotel Manager Mr. Joseph an experienced hotel Manager in the Tourism industry ! We loved the simple and modern setup of the hotel and the rooms. The smart system there it made everything went smooth. We would never hesitate to book their our stay in the next trip to athens ! Plus the location is superb!!!

I didn't have breakfast but I saw some guests enjoying their breakfast. The location is very close to the port. Just walk by 10 minutes if you are planning to take a boat to any island.

I booked the room was quite smaller than my expectation. The shower doesn't have the door. It would embarrassed if you with your friend (unless you both are not mind to show your nake body to each other?!) It's suitable for a couple or solo traveller.

Excellent location - a short walk to the port to catch a ferry. The hotel looks relatively new and the restoration of the building is well done. Rooms have all the required facilities though storage space is limited. Staff are really welcoming and helpful.

The layout of the room was a little awkward. there are different levels and the space is quite limited.
