Very nice hotel, nice stuff and good food. new hotel, a good 4 stars hotel. Very nice the rooftop.

Location is very comfy to get to the city center but it’s not nice and impossible to find a free the parking. The only way is to pay 10€ per day. But what I don’t find nice is the room service after 19:30 pm. After a long day at the beach we came in the room and there was still no clean towels and the room not cleaned up. It’s annoying if you have to shower! Room it’s very nice but there is no place for your clothes. Literally only few hangers and one drawer and for 2 people it’s impossible!

I normally don't remember/don't get time to write a review but I have to give an excellent review for my stay. I booked this place because I had a ferry to catch the next morning. Despite my flight being delayed and arriving late, the receptionist checked me in instantly at 2am. I checked out the next morning at 9am even though I had my room until 12 noon. However, unfortunately, I had missed my ferry because I had trouble finding the ship at the big port. I returned to the hotel after missing my morning ferry disappointingly. However, the hotel staff was to ask if I wanted to check back into my room without hesitation (since room service has not been done yet) to wait until 12 noon I was elated by the generous offer since this is not common. (Also the room has cool features e.g. surround sound/music player system connected by Bluetooth so that you can listen to your favourite music by bluetooh). Lastly, after checking out at 12pm, the hotel receptionist asked if I wanted to leave my big luggage at the hotel since I don't have to drag them along while finding lunch before my ferry. Everything worked out well and I am very glad to have stay at Mitsus - excellent customer service and support.

The receptionist at 11pm was outstanding. We arrived a bit flustered and late and she put us at ease, helped us with our ferry tickets for the next morning, advised us of the change of vessel, and made sure we knew of the rooftop bar that served food (much needed). Top marks. The room was a total delight. Immaculately clean. Shower was heroic in size and function. Towels delicious etc etc. The lights were difficult to understand, which sounds pedantic but you have to experience them to fully know what I mean. Quite extraordinary. But I would still definitely look for this place to use next time I need to. We both felt lucky to have found the place.

We selected this hotel primarily for its convenient location, as we needed to catch an early morning ferry. Initially, I felt a bit uncertain when I saw the exterior, as the surrounding area didn’t appear very inviting. However, stepping inside the hotel was a delightful surprise. The reception staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our rooms were perfect for our one-night stay, equipped with fantastic amenities that exceeded our expectations. We took a taxi to the harbor, where we were spoiled for choice with numerous dining options. The taxi ride from the hotel was pleasant and only cost €10. Unfortunately, our return trip was less fortunate; we found ourselves in a taxi that only accepted cash and were charged €40 upon returning to the hotel! The rooftop area was somewhat underwhelming, but the downstairs space near the restaurant was a lovely spot for a few drinks before winding down for the night. We opted not to have breakfast, and check-out was smooth and efficient. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Near a corner of a street which leads on to the main road, Cross the main road and you are at Gate E7. Perfect location for me. Metro about 7 minutes down the road. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Food in the restaurant good. Like the decor. Stayed twice. First time it cost me 100 euros. A week later it was double so, would I stay again? Not if it gets any more expensive. Very good value the first time around.

I should have opted for an explanation of the light switches but dealt with it by removing the key card from its pocket on the wall.

All staff were very polite and helpful! I was particularly impressed by the lady at the reception with her genuine smile. The room was quite big ,very comfortable, and had everything one traveller needed when travelling for business as I did. The restaurant inside the hotel it's one worth visiting, even if one doesn't stay there! The location is great! There is everything around, opposite the port ,close to the train and metro station and the bus for the airport .

This is a very nice hotel that is located a very short distance from Piraeus ferry port, metro and train station. The rooms are very well presented and look to have been recently refurbished to a very high standard. Most of all I have to compliment Yannis the manager and his colleague on concierge on duty the night we stayed. Both of them provided a friendly and excellent service, with information and support who made our stay very comfortable - in fact these two professionals ensured that our stay even more special!

The room lighting system is a little confusing and all of the room lights came on at 6am - this was a small issue

It is a new hotel and the property is really nice. However, since it is so new, they are still trying to work out some kinks with the infrastructure of the property and training of the employees...we had to change the room twice since the AC did not work in the first room that we were provided. The hotel did upgrade us to a different room where AC was fine.

The breakfast should be included in the room rate. The cost for breakfast was Euro15/person which is a bit steep!

Location: if you have to take the ferry then it’s perfect as it’s only a 5-10 min walk depending on the ferry gate. Rooms: super comfortable, clean, well air conditioned, modern and equipped Staff: very courteous, helpful and pleasing Rooftop bar: small but cute and open till late. Very relaxing Neighbor hood: good food, drinks … Just all you need for a pitstop before you take the ferry Metro: walk for 5 min and you are at the metro station which is well connected to go to the main city

The breakfast was great, very nice restaurant. The rooftop bar has a great view of the sunset. The hotel is new and is at a good location for walking around the local area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The light switches are a little difficult to figure out. They also turn off after several minutes. The shower looks awesome, but the drain is horible. The water will overflow to the whole bathroom floor. You must put your key card into the holder near the door, to turn on the power to the lights and air conditioner.
