The hostess Maria is a very friendly, courteous and helpful lady. As we had to leave the hotel very early the next morning, she offered to make us a sandwich with tomatoes, cheese and eggs in the evening, which we gladly accepted. The surroundings with the water are very beautiful. It is also possible to swim very close by. The hotel is central, but fortunately not quite so central, so it is not so loud at night. Nevertheless, the nightlife is quickly within walking distance if you want to.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, booking navigated us to a location about 300 meters away. As a result, we couldn't find the hotel at first. After a phone call, we were picked up and taken to the hotel. But of course that's not Maria's fault.

The staff was super helpful and kind. Even though we arrived 2 hours ahead of check-in, they had the room ready for us. We had booked the sea-view room - it was totally worth it, the view was stunning. The bathroom was renovated, the shower was amazing. We had a problem with the mattress - it was quite uncomfortable, but as soon as we let the reception know they addressed the problem right away. The restaurant is a must, we enjoyed our lunch with a great view over the sea, the food was yummy - they even offered us a dessert on the house! Thank you for your hospitality! We totally recommend it!

The furniture was a bit outdated, a renovation would help - especially the closet which wasn't quite practical for keeping our clothes. The cleaning was daily but its quality wasn't quite consistent, lacking attention to detail. Some of the towels were nice and soft but others were way too used - they need to be replaced. 

The location and view was great! You can reach the beach in 2 minutes walk and you can see the sea directly from the room! Room was really clean. Staff was really helpful, even the request of checking out one hour later was not a problem. Bathroom was really modern and nice!

The bed was a bit hard (some people like it some people do not), sheets and towels were looking a bit old. Also in the night, when someone new comes into the hotel, you can hear them in the hallway as the doors are not so soundproof. But these are minor problems.

Personal family hotel, lovely simple mid-century style rooms with beautiful terrazzo floors. Great service from Maria, and a perfect location on the sea, with a restaurant overlooking the bay where you can also chill out and spend time without eating or drinking, then steps down to the rocks for sea swimming. An easy enjoyable walk into the bars and restaurants in town. I had a Mountain View room and the balcony was a lovely private outdoor space.

Some cushioned shaded sun loungers on the terrace would have been perfection. A pastry breakfast alternative would have been fab. And if the inside part of the kitchen/ restaurant had tables/ guest set up as well it would be a lovely place to stay in the cooler weather (there was a rainstorm when we were there).

When we arrived at the hotel it was way before check-in time (because of the ferry) however, Maria immediately made sure we got a room and we were able to put our stuff away. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located at a very nice bay and you can take the stairs down to the water. It is a short walk into Agia Marina town and there are nice shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel is also very nice! If you rent a scooter you can see the whole island, however, there is also a bus.

Calm place, with forest and sea view, there is a nice restaurant just over the sea with a charming view early morning and sunset time! The bathroom in the room was totally renovated and modern. The price is good value for money.

All were fine, just the distribution of plugs in the room wasn't good for a room of 3 persons, only 1 plug near 1 bed and the other 2 very far, which made it difficult to charge a telephone or connect a laptop, but except this all was good

Maria, staff and family could not have been more caring and helpful. The situation of the hotel is perfect- swimming and diving from the rocks just outside the hotel is wonderful. It is close to the town but in a quiet secluded area. The room was very comfortable.

Beautiful quiet location with the most caring hostess. Sea right in front. Fantastic breakfast with the sound of the waves. Easy process of booking and check in/out. Facilities are cared for and clean. Overall great experience staying at Ta 3 Adelfia!! Will definitely be going back :)

Quiet, right on the sea, not too far from the village either. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Efharisto para poli Maria and mamma Evgenia!

Incredibly enjoyable in every respect. Staff; the location is amazing and their taverna serves daily fresh produce. Away from the huddle and bustle but also you can walk to Agia Marina beach. Thank you Maria.
