The property was in an excellent location close to the harbour & restaurants. A small shop over the road was great for essential supplies.The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The stairs up to the top floor were very steep even to carry a small suitcase. The upstairs stair light was not working this is an emergency light. We had problems with a perished seal in the bath. Water was draining constantly when trying to use the bath . This was reported but unfortunately not repaired before we left. I have noted reading other reviews that both issues have been reported before and should be resolved.

I was sooooo impressed when I booked this very last minute. I was immediately able to contact the support staff who gave us all the information we needed to gain access. And when we saw what we had got... We were dumb founded. What a high class fantastic accommodation right in the up and coming part of Chania. Just gorgeous. Very impressed. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were just incredibly good from the towels to the coffee machine.

We loved everything. It's noisy if you keep your windows open.... But that's because YOU'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GORGEOUS BUSTLING CITY! Just shut the shutters and turn on the aircon

Great location! Super comfy bed, wonderful linens and cute balcony with a view of the town & sea. Illy espresso maker was a nice touch!

Some issues with tub sealing completely. Mold in bathroom - old building so I’m sure it’s common. Priority issue: steep stairs with no lights to see coming up in the evening (I used my phone flashlight); also, I thought the description was a bit misleading. This is a property rental not an ‘inn’ or boutique hotel.

our room was located 2 min from the port and we were in the heart of the city. restaurants and bars are all nearby. A little Supermarkt is exactly in front of the apartment. it was very modern and clean and we felt very welcome and the communication with the host was easy

the parking situation in chania is difficult but there are Public parking spaces about 10 minutes from the apartment

It was in an amazing location, helpful staff via message, brilliant recommendations in the room information booklet.

If I had to be picky just the shower door didn't close properly which made the floors very wet and tap fell off multiple times. Bed was very soft. But I definitely will be back it was incredible value for money.

Great location, clean apartment, the communication with the owner was excellent, proactive and helping with recommendations for what can we visit.

The toilet is not separated from the very nice and romantic bathroom.

There is a gap the whole way round the bathroom door and not possible to block out the light as no cutrain in bathroom and a glass door. As it is based in old town, it is noisy.

The position is great, the room is very large and nice. The hot tub is perfect ti relax after a day out. The staff is very nice and help us to find a transfer.

The shower handle was broken, the staff tried to find a solution, but it was not easy to use. More coffee and toilet paper would be appreciated.

The location was great! The bed was so comfortable, shower was amazing too. The reservations team were very helpful and fast to reply. Would definitely stay here again - thank you!

On Apple Maps the location of the suite is incorrect - so just make sure you use google maps instead!
