Staff were super welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. The Room was a good size and had room for a desk and chair and plenty of space for 2 people and 2 bags. Our room had a Balcony with sea views and was a great holiday place.

Only problem we had was the Hotel was a bit out of the town but close to the Port which was great for us as we had an early morning ferry to catch. Buses were not so frequent near to the Hotel and it was a bit of a walk into Bars, Restaurants, etc. Hotel could do with putting on a small Shuttle Bus to get people into Town and back again. That was the only issue that came up, otherwise a lovely stay in Corfu.

Unfortunately, the end of the vacation was unpleasant, because the hotel deducted the entire amount from the bank card during the reservation, but this was not acknowledged at check-out, and I had to pay again, and they even threatened the police as if I were a fraud. Currently, the bill has been paid twice and now I have to trust that my money will be paid back. The hotel is in a very out-of-the-way place, but I would have felt good if I hadn't had to come crying and scared on the last day and disappointed that I had paid twice.

Rooms were spacious & very clean. Staff was helpful & always available to answer questions. Breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had when staying at hotels stays that include breakfast. Selection was great. Fresh items, many hot items including multiple protein options. They have the “key” activated A/C so after returning from a long day of sightseeing the room would be hot & uncomfortable for an hour of so until the small a/c unit could cool it off. Location was a little far from things. It required a 30 minute walk or $20 taxi ride to city center.

We arrived late but the staff were very helpful in checking us in and arranging for a welcome drink. The property has a lovely pool and is not too far from the port. The breakfast was generous, with a large choice of different items.

We were short of pillows and so we tried to get some extra from reception, but the 'phone just rang out. When I went down to reception in person, I found it deserted and, even though I waited for 15 - 20 minutes, no one came. Eventually I found another member of staff by hunting through the hotel, but he also seemed annoyed that the receptionist was not there. Eventually the additional pillows were delivered somewhat later than expected...

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet part of Corfu Town. I can't rate the staff and the service enough. It has a small pool set in pretty gardens, with a pool bar. The food is excellent, as is the service. The hotel is easily accessible for folk with limited mobility, including the pool area which has paved areas and ramp access where needed.

You will need to pay €10-12 to get into town by taxi (worth booking at reception) if you don't want to do the 20-25 minute walk into town: there is a route over the hill. There is a bus service although I didn't use it.

Really appreciated the service, kindness of staff, very welcoming and helpful. The pool is amazing, with the jacuzzi, the swing beds. Also appreciated that the sunbeds are clean, very well lined up, it is tidy. No loud music which contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. It is a bit far from Corfu old town but that what makes it quiet. very close (15 to 20 mn walk) to the port. The bed was comfy, the room despite the high temperature was not hot - even when the fan or AC was on. We had a little balcony which was very private. The breakfast offered a lot of choices, which is always nice. We needed to iron a couple of clothes and the iron and ironing board were delivered to our room very easily.

Rooms certainly need some renovation, especially the bathrooms. They look a bit tired. Breakfast: My husband thought didnt know what to do with the oats on the breakfast buffet. These have to be cooked with hot water and a bit of milk, not just like that in cold milk. So he ended up taking other options. I think some espresso options would be nice as well for breakfast.

My only suggestion would be to offer a breakfast service to those who miss breakfast due to early departure, particularly when breakfast is included in the booking. We had a very early departure due to a ferry booking and the hotel did not offer an alternative option. I stayed at other hotels during my recent travels and they organised breakfast boxes the night before so that we didn't miss out on breakfast which was included in the booking. The staff who served us dinner at the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating and offered us great service.

What I liked about the property is the room for the price was very worth it. It was very comfortable and we would’ve stayed longer if we’ve known! The breakfast included in the price was such a good bonus as we did not have to haul to go out and go somewhere else. So I loved it. The staffs from receptionist to the lady at the bar was very friendly and helpful.

What I didn’t like is, the time you’ll able to swim is quite short. So by the time we always get back we wasn’t able to swim at all. Although the pool looks amazing I wish I could’ve experience it!

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and comfortable rooms. They have nice amenities (gym, sauna at extra cost). I was able to get a massage, which was lovely. The breakfast was great. Location was close to the port, east walking distance, and close enough to old town that you can easily bus or walk (or taxi if needed).

The view from the room was not great (faced the back of the property) but this wasn’t a big deal. The location is close to the port, which is great but there isn’t much around within walking distance (in terms of shops, markets, or restaurants). It was also hard (almost impossible) to get a taxi to go close to the airport, while the hotel doesn’t control the taxi services, I would expect a hotel of this calibre and price to be able to organize transport as needed (use caution when needing to get to the airport for a flight!).
