Very well located apartment in the center of old town. There are a lot of nice restaurants and shops in close proximity. The property is well equipped and has a lovely small balcony.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. The bathroom is a bit small but that’s no problem. One thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator and that taxis can apparently not drop people off right in front of the property (at least in the evening because the streets are busy). If you’re not good with walking then this might be something to consider but for us this was no issue.

Location in the heart of Corfu old town, next to bars, restaurants and sights but not too noisy.

The location was fantastic! Right in the middle of the town center, but still on a fairly quiet street. The room also had a balcony, which was nice to sit and relax on at the end of a long day. I also loved the communication with the staff. They were so friendly, informative and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Corfu once more.

The shower didn’t close off completely, which meant that the whole bathroom floor would get wet whenever you had a shower.

The apartment has great location, literally right in center of old town, meanwhile located on a quite street. Staff was super friendly and helpful, did their best to provide the best holiday experience. Apartment itself is very cozy, super soft bed and pillows:) ac located very well, so it’s chilling the room without direct blow towards bed. It also has nice balcony and view on a square where street musicians played every evening.

Honestly, nothing much to say about any bad sides. The only moment to pay attention is a small bathroom that had shower without hose and sometimes there was smell of sewerage. But I guess for the island these conditions are pretty good.

Andrea was great at communicating before, during and after, she also arranged airport transfers for us. We were due to land in Corfu at 9pm, our flight was 2 hr delay and they were fantastic! Made our late arrival easy. Instructions from the driver to reach the apartment were clear and instructions from LOC enabled us to self check in easily. We booked a triple single and this gave us the privacy required. The only draw back from the otherwise great experience was the cleanliness, mould on shower tiles, toilet surrounds unclean, soap dispenser unclean, sheets unclean, towels old. Otherwise value for money, reception very responsive to our needs. Enabled us to leave our luggage the next day to explore the town before collecting our hire car in the afternoon.

Wouldn’t stay again due to not clean enough.

The apartment was perfect for a family. We have a year old kid and he could easily run around without us having to worry. The place was in the heart of the city. Super clean and very close to all the supermarkets and restaurants. They also let us stay an hour extra as our flight was later during the day. The stay was exceptional. Highly recommended.

If I would really have to say something then Id say the apartment was on a little uphill. Only 20 steps or so which wasn't a problem at all for us (even though we had a stroller with 1 year old) but still thought of mentioning this. Not a deal-breaker for us but maybe for someone else. Rest it was excellent.

The location of the building is excellent and the apartment is equipped with all necessary things.

I do not give a negative comment, but I must say that the bathroom is small, the shower is impractical to use, the sink is small and unfortunately we had a problem with a clogged drain that the owners wanted to solve, because it was a holiday and will do it properly when the holidays are over.

What I liked about the location is thats it was in the middle of everything. The car isnt needed when its to exploring the old town. Can get everywhere by buses. Its actually 5 minutes everywhere, on foot to the fruit/vegetable market . To the church of St Spyridon, to the fort. In general everything is almost at your doorstep. Unless you want yo go to Mon repo and Achillion (Sissi’s ) Palaces . You can i either go on Hop on Hop off buses or the local bus. Easy . Loved the place

Excellent location in the heart of the pedestrianised Old Town. Handy for transport links to the whole of the rest of the island.Not a huge space, but all the essentials in place- very comfortable bed, good aircon, constant hot water, little balcony. Ideal for a couple who plan to be out and about all day.

Bathroom was small, but manageable.

Nice studio apartment right at the old city center. Everything around is 5 min walk - sea front, old/new fortress, agios spiridonis church etc. There are plenty of shops and places to eat around. The studio was clean, beds are comfortable. The kitchen looked fine - we did not really use it except for the fridge. The host - Konstantinos - is very friendly and helpful. He has arranged a transfer for us to the airport in the very early morning. We have eaten at the Taverna Nino's - authentic homemade local food. 2 minutes walk, very tasty and highly recommended.

Two negative things to mention are - shower, which has the corner side open and it is difficult to take a shower without pouring some water on the floor. Also water comes back sometimes from the drainage hole in the floor. - The room had a smell of smoking inside
