most of the staff were amazing and breakfast was very good. staff was attentive and pools/beaches were very nice. the whole place was extremely well cared for.

our housekeeping wasn’t great. they pestered us and almost made us rush to leave our bungalow so they could finish their jobs. when we got back one day, the balcony door was completely left open and bugs had gotten in. In the bathroom she left my used tea bag in the sink and a used dirty rag in the other sink.

We did not go 'all-inclusive'. Had a bottle of Bubbly to greet us in the room, and no special occasion! Breakfast was fair-mid for a 5* hotel, the cooked dishes were a bit unappealing and short on non-meat options, could have been better although they did have plant-based milks. Our room (not in main building) was really lovely with a large deck overlooking the bay, very comfortable beds, extra pillows at our request. 1 free bottle of water per/day and coffee. Entertainment every evening by the pool. Generous and friendly staff. We ate most other meals at 2 nearby restaurants a short walk away. Pool service with nice drinks and sometimes free fruit and water. Overall, a lovely stay!!

The hotel staff were fantastic and very attentive and dealt with any requests most positively and promptly The hotel is well located on a beautiful peninsula and the pools and garden areas are really lovely The beach area and beach bar are very charming It is a super hotel for an October break. Corfu Town is nearby and is very attractive.

Staff was friendly, food was very good at the restaurants, the grounds were beautiful.

The AC was not working in the room and when we called the front desk we were told that the whole floor was controlled by the building and couldn't be individually controlled. However, our other family members who were in another room had the ability to control the thermostat. Then the next day we got a call that someone was coming to fix our AC. So it appears we were given wrong information when we first called.

Staff were superb, very friendly and professional. Great location, with beautiful views, we arrived the first day and were treated so well and with a great welcome by all the staff especially Elenini and Maria in the pool bar! Nice private beach, great breakfast area, with beautiful sunrise views.

1 recommendation is to have the details and advertise the local restaurants for choice for guests to eat outside the hotel. This is a very important part of being part of a hospitality community in an area, by sharing and promoting smaller businesses in the area such as Avalle Bistro just 1km away. Other than this it's hard to find anything we did not like.

Probably the best geographical location for a hotel on the east coast of Corfu - a natural elevated position with stunning 270 degree views and a beach that is comfortably shaded from the sun by trees. 10 km from downtown Kerkira allows to explore dining options by car daily. Excellent swimming pool beach and private sea beach both not overcrowded and very clean. No-hustle beach service from towels and chairs through drinks and food and even a convenient shop for last minute buys of your inflatables and beech sport tech. Boat and water sport rentables at the beach at good prices. Very friendly and caring staff.

Car parking was a bit over-booked but the staff took care of parking and shuffling the vehicles with no sensible burden to guests. Some elements of the interior may be up for replacement - such as some of the sofas at the lobby. The elevators had a 1970's feel to to them and on every ride gave us a noticeable jump before the final stop.

Staff were excellent from the time we arrived. We greatly appreciated the free shuttle service that they provided that allowed us to visit Danillia Village for dinner. Weather was rainy which meant we were unable to enjoy the pool and beach as much as we would have preferred . The grounds are really lovely. Breakfast was excellent. We greatly enjoyed the wine tasting experience that was provided. We enjoyed being able to dine at the sister hotel. The wonderful staff, the lovely grounds and the excellent price point offset some of the tiredness of the hotel.

Other than the beautiful front entryway, the interior is very dated and in need of a significant infusion of money. We walked up to the spa. We didn’t make an appointment because it was so tired. The Wi-Fi system definitely requires an update.

we spent a lot of time on the beach, and enjoyed the buffet meals, the room had a lovely balcony and view out to sea and the bed was very comfortable,

We felt a bit rushed when we when using the buffet - I think they could have done with a bit more space to sit everyone. They also advertise a free water taxi which can take you to the other 2 local Grecotel hotels that are close by, however we tried on 2 or 3 occasions to get a lift on one but as Eva Palace was the second stop there never seemed to be any space aboard (they only take 10 passengers including the driver). Perhaps if they ran the service more often - especially at the busiest times of the day more people would have been happier with the service. Thought the idea was great though.

10 km from city in a wonderful place, hotel shuttle very practical, all facilities are great, beach is small but some under olive trees incredibly cosy, pool is filled with sea water, Italian restaurant very fine, breakfast is fabulous!! Only ressores on the mattress are used and you go too deep in the bed. The view from room 116 has fabulous sea view and overall service is great as well as staff very gentle. Sea to swim is just great and views are breathtaking!

Only mattress quality but still ok… otherwise nothing else, all was so great!

The hotel is stunning, the main entrance sets it off perfectly as you enter the grand lobby area. The grounds are lush and green with the amazing pools and villas dotted about, and the private beach is stunning with the gardens layered down to the waters edge. The rooms are comfy and clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, the free shuttle bus service into town was super helpful, we ended up using it every day. Make sure to book in advance though at reception or on the app.

The WiFi isn’t great, for a 5 star resort. The best signal seemed to be in our room and lobby, but at the pool and beach it was very slow. Then again, we wanted to switch off, so it didn’t bother us too much. Also, if you wanted additional water bottles (one bottle per day) you’d have to pay, which wasn’t much, but I’ve stayed in many hotels where the water is free no matter how much you want.
