Everything in one place, relaxing. Food and service was generally good.

There were issues eg trying to upgrade accommodation prior to arrival/no reply to emails, accommodation only set up for 2 people when arrived early hours, various communication issues during stay. We stayed at Dassia before, would say it isn’t as good as last time. Some areas eg gym were dirty (under weights on weights racks, cross trainer, floor etc)

Customer service was excellent as was levels of comfort and cleanliness. Staff were always trying to please us. Extremely attentive. Excellent food but not enough menu variation per restaurant

Not enough varied evening entertainment. Restaurant menus did not change. Too much repetition in entertainment if staying over 7 days

Everything. The interior was calming and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The entertainment was top class.

Pretty much everything. Great food, attentive staff (there was even a person on WhatsApp to answer any questions, and she also sent us the schedule of activities every morning!). Beautiful beaches and activities, excellent cocktails, wine tasting, all in all such a relaxing place. The pools were lovely and the staff attending them were super helpful. It's great for families, while still allowing for a few areas where it's just adults. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Room service breakfast was a bit lacking, and there was a mistake with our order. There was another request to have something brought to our room that was forgotten about. These are mostly minor issues, we had a great time.

What a fantastic resort, we absolutely loved our stay at Ikos Dassia. The staff were amazing and were all so welcoming. I would particularly like to thank Anastasia who made sure our honeymoon experience was one to remember. She went above and beyond to cater for our every need. If you're looking for a relaxing break with outstanding facilities put this top of your list. The food, drink and service is exceptional, this is without doubt a fantastic all inclusive resort. We are already looking into booking our next stay!

We loved everything about this hotel, we have never had so nice staff everywhere on the hotel from all waitresses to gardeners to reception,absolutely first class.

We must say we loved the food at every restaurant but must say the buffet part of the hotel where we ate breakfast the food was cold ,we did say to the restaurant manager but nothing happened this needs to be looked at seriously as this is an issue .the choice was excellent just cold food which should be hot .

Views beautiful Water sports etc all available

Rooms are average, very functional and nice but not luxurious They don’t promote the activities and entertainment enough. My dad kept turning up to the table tennis/ football etc and was the only one there 🤣. The hotel we went to in Turkey- Hillside beach was much more intimate, amazing activities and evening events like bonfires etc. This didn’t have that Food by the pool was rubbish which was weird as everywhere else was amazing

The whole resort was excellent, the staff were very polite and attentive, food was fabulous. Took out the Tesla for two days which was just awesome. Only wish we had stayed for longer.

I am not sure there was anything we didn't like. We had a minor issue with the unavailability of twin beds for my two sons who were sharing but we booked last minute so understandable.

Everything from start to finish was utterly fantastic. Food was just incredible, staff couldn’t do enough and the hotel itself was like paradise

Nothing, the whole holiday was flawless

Friends had been to IKOS recently and we are always struggling to find somewhere we REALLY want to go back to... until now. I had booked through Booking.com so I knew we could bail if travel issues became awkward, turns out they don't offer complimentary transfer if you do this, and the transfer I had requested from the hotel never showed. Not a great start BUT this was the only problem we had. On arrival we were met by our guest relations rep... Jenny, who ended up being the best thing about IKOS. She created a WhatsApp chat with us and from then on, any questions, issues, bookings, we just WhatsApp'd her and she dealt with it, always promptly and graciously. Although I had booked two superior rooms, we ended up in a two bedroom family apartment, which was amazing. Quiet, spacious, beautifully styled, and surrounded by gardens. I had pre-booked the restaurants, which were all great, some better than others, but this is only through food preferences, not service or atmosphere. The beach is clean and gradually shelving, if a little stony, just remember, the sun lounger situation is universal... books, hats, inflatables start appearing at 8.30 and by 9.00 front row is gone. By 11.00 people were being turned away completely. Beach staff are always asking if you need anything and happy to help. We didn't use the pools much as they are very child-centric and ours are now older teens, so we have done that and got the t-shirt. We did use the adult pools though which were peaceful and perfect from a proper swim. The common areas of the two buildings Sea & Sky are lovely places to be, Sea being larger and Sky being better designed. Watersports are available and easily accessible. We hired a motor boat from the hut by the jetty, which was a perfect day out, we came back for lunch, then went out again, but the hotel can organise a picnic instead. They also offer a Mini to use for a day, you just pay fuel cost.
