It was a good vacation. The hotel staff is very friendly and tried in every possible way to create a comfortable stay. A special mention to Ms. Sofia, she is a great professional and dealt with all our special requests and needs in one second. The hotel was clean. everywhere in the hotel and from most of the rooms there is a wonderful view of the sea. The food in the restaurant is varied and fresh, many meat dishes, excellent Greek cuisine. I liked that there were several constantly working bars during the day, I like when there is a beach bar. There is a constant shuttle to the beach with very friendly drivers. Different show programs were organized several times a week, which I also liked. All in all it was a good carefree vacation.

it is strange to me that in a five-star hotel with an all-inclusive system there are paid sunbeds on the beach. The pool near the beach did not look well-kept, I had no desire to enter it. when I travel, I sometimes have to work, the internet was very bad. the spa center was not clear to me, I was not able to use the hammam or sauna, in fact, only massages and cosmetic procedures were available for an additional fee, which is more for women. In general, there are no critical remarks, everything was good.

I absolutely loved several aspects of the property. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The food and drinks were top-notch, offering a delightful culinary experience. The breathtaking views added to the charm, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The icing on the cake was the complimentary airport transport, which made the travel experience seamless. And the unforgettable highlight was the exquisite a la carte dinner served right on the beach – an absolutely fantastic experience.

There were a couple of minor things worth mentioning. Some of the wooden furniture and walls had visible fingerprints and hand marks from sunscreen, which is quite common in sunny destinations. Additionally, the bathroom's piping system occasionally emitted an unpleasant smell.

Staff was very welcoming, we were allowed an early check-in which was great with a small kid the room was clean and big the views from the hotel and restaurant are stunning. the food was good and even though there were some repetitive items, we found every day something good the beach is nice and sandy, some pebles on the entrance near the beach bar, but there are other sandy sea entrances just steps away

the other pools than the main one look a bit dated, the kids playground and waterslides as well there is a small uphill walk from the beach, some 5-10 minutes - we did it with our small daughter and nothing special. besides there are some golf carts going up and down from the reception which are more than handy and fun for kids.

Great location, nice food and drinks for the price. The golf cars take you to the beach which was amazing!

The cleaning ladies stole our coins twice.. They even went through our luggage.. Very sad that you cannot trust them because the rest of the staff were amazing. They even wrote in their hotel book that they are not responsible for any missing items from your room. Surprisingly the safe box was paid 3eur/day which is weird for a 5* hotel.

Since August 24 to September 5, we had a holiday at the "Galini Sea View" hotel. We had 12-days all-inclusive holiday and we we were arranged an individual free of charge transfer from the airport to the hotel by the wonderful Reservation Manager - Malefioudakis Manolis. Also we had free upgrade of our room up to meisonenette. It was very nice and clean!!! Our holiday began with friendly people, good and sunny weather! Every day in the restaurant we were served by wonderful and friendly waiters. Everything that was needed was immediately arranged... water, extra cutlery, etc And everything was done with a smile and politely. The food was also delicious and plentiful! Even when the lunch time ended, you could finish your breakfast, lunch or dinner without rushing... and you haven’t been told that time is finished 😂 The room was cleaned every day and very good! Towels were changed every day! There was a new bottle of water in the room every day! We would like to say separately thank you to the wonderful lady OLGA for such care! She is incredible and very kind woman!!! We had to use the shuttle to the beach, which was always available!!! The wonderful guys were always happy to drive us to the beach and from the beach to the hotel! We thank them very and very much! But our greatest gratitude goes to the wonderful lady on the golf cart - Ranahtni, she always helped us get to the beach with great courtesy. A wonderful lady, pleasant, kind and polite !!! The sea was very warm, the water was clean, the beach was beautiful! You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach... two sunbeds and an umbrella - 10€.

the lack of tact and friendliness of Christina who is at reception she wanted to steal 10 euros deposit from us for the second room card under the pretext that we never paid

From the moment we arrived at Galini Sea View, we were captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Cretan Sea. Our room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and the balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. The proximity to Agia Marina's sandy beach made our daily swims convenient and enjoyable.

I’ve stayed in many all-inclusive resorts, but Galini Sea View really stands out. The food quality was surprisingly high, especially the local Cretan dishes. Drinks were branded, and there were no long queues at the bars or buffet. Everything felt well organized, with attention to detail. Highly recommended for couples looking for a quality all-inclusive in Crete.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially Mrs. Sophia and people at the entrance to the main restaurant (unfortunately 1 particular bartender at the main lobby bar kept spoiling the overall warm feeling). We were delighted by the view from our room's terrace at the 4 floor. The food in the Chinese restaurant is excellent. The bar right at the beach is a nice touch.

The wine and beer included in "all inclusive" were really poor choice for 5* hotel, so we kept buying good stuff from the closest minimarket.

Good hotel but one big positive thing was the food: both breakfast and buffet dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Very various, always fresh and what I really liked was that it wasn't busy. From other hotels the buffet was always a little messy and the staff was always in a hurry, but definitely not here. But best part of the hotel for sure were the people and the service. People were always kind and so lovely. Special thanks to the pool-bar guys and welcoming staff. You always made us smile and you service was always perfect and appreciated.
