The whole experience was so lovely, from the amazing staff at the breakfast restaurant and pool bar to the lovely Elli who was always so helpful and welcoming. Everyone was always ready to answer any questions or give us the best experience possible and always with a smile on, specially lovely Natalia! The hotel mini market next to our rooms was so convenient as well and the lady working there was always making our day! The room cleaning services were so great and the cleaning staff were so so nice! Besides the amazing staff, the facilities were always on point and the atmosphere is great! Couldn’t ask for a better birthday stay! Staff and hotel was 5/5 stars 🌟

Very nice staff. Room was good for our family and in general very peaceful hotel, which was exactly what we wanted.

No heated pool. We barely used any of the 3 pools since they were both freezing. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a great selection and the staff was great but although the food on display was in catering shavers, the food went cold very fast. We made it a point to be there each day at opening so we can get the warm food

The rooms do need brightening up as they are very dull,dark furnishings and bed coverings Pool area beds and parasols need replacing as are old and warn out. These changes would make this an exceptional hotel as all the grounds and pool area are very pleasant

Lack of liquids - standard in the four star hotels in the world.

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. A variety of items were offered such as eggs and omelettes, cold cuts and cheeses, fruits and yogurt of four different flavours along with many other items.

Our bathroom was a bit tight.

the location of the property just a few steps away from the beach situated on a small hill providing excellent view of the sea. Very clean property including the pool and infrastructure. Staff very polite and doing their outmost to make a guest’s stay very comfortable.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. Everything was great. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, outdoor and indoor pools were well-maintained, air hockey was fun, and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend to all and would stay here again.

Our room was large and very clean with a beautiful patio area. It was equipped with a small stove and basic kitchen equipment. Soap and sponge are available for free at the front desk. There is a THEO market right across the street for food, water , miscellaneous things. Location was excellent near lots of restaurants and shops. Parking available. The Food was fresh and good. The pool was perfect and very clean. Traveled with 3 adults , an infant and a toddler. Crib available. Staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff always did an amazing job. We will be staying again.

Property is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, dinner is at the other hotel (5 star) in the other side of the street, there you get the highest quality food. Big swimming pool, actually there were 3 of them. Rooms in a higher floor has a better view.

Airco wasnt working 100%, one night it worked, another night worked only as a ventiliator (fan). Lower floor rooms has a boring view to the parking and orher houses. Breakfast has every basic food you need, can’t complain, but I’ve seen it a bigger choice in other 4 star hotels. Bad noise isolation between rooms and the hall.
