This is my second time in Vila Manias - enough said! Best place you can stay in Agia Marina - in the center, 50m from the beach, clean, spacious, friendly stuff, 20m from the market and closest taverna. But much more important than that is that you will find a friend here - Stratos, the owner of the vila is always ready to help you and learn you a little bit of Greek language :)

There is no such thing

Fantastic location clean facilities amazing helpful friendly and accomodating manager. The Hotel was close to top affordable restaurants and 5 min walk from the vibrant clean Agia Marina beach. The area had shops with all that we wanted.

Everything was fantastic with this hotel. Perhaps my only suggestion would be to include the cost of air conditioning in the rent. I needed the AC but did not expect to pay additional fees to the Hotel. But this minor issue did not affect the fantastic and enjoyable stay we had under the care of Stratos the very welcoming manager.

Manias Apartments is definitely a great solution for those on the budget! They might not have their own swimming pool or breakfast, but they have good arrangements with the neighboring hotels for both, so guests can choose where they prefer to go. Very well-organized rooms with plenty of storage (which doesn't happen too often at apartments like this), very helpful owners, and clean rooms, highly recommend. Stratos, the owner, and his son are always there to assist - be it with restaurant recommendations or a tour around their back garden with fresh tomatoes and avocados. Kids loved the experience!

Fee for the AC was not anticipated, but only because I didn't notice it when booking.

Excellent location, less than 1 min from main road (but very quiet and secluded), 2 min to the bus station and to the beach. The rooms look just like in the presentation photos. They are not modern but are equipped with all you can need and are very well maintained and cleaned. The owner is a very hospitable and friendly person, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Great value for money.

Close to everything, but still distant from the music from night clubs / bars. Social hotel owner and staff. Balcony in both ends of the room.

Have to pay little extra € for air condition. But worth it.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Manias. Stratos is a great and friendly person who is really nice to hang around, he is allsow very service minded and the family is really nice. The rooms were large with two nice verandas on eatch side of the apartment and 150 meters to the lovely beach and 30 meter to closest supermarked. Many nice restaurants right outside the door. Everything you could wish for. Will be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Stratos!

Perfect location,very helpful staff, beautiful view from the both balconies,good speed Wi-Fi.

after 9:30-10pm was not hot water in the shower

Top floor rooms overlooking the sea. Wonderful sunsets from balcony. Large rooms and beautiful arched doorways to both balconies, not overlooked so could sleep with doors open in the warm air. Family run apartments with room service everyday. Kind and generous host . Homemade wine and raki dispensed liberally. Perfect location tavernas all around and fabulous Agia Marina beach a short walk just across the road. Free access to swimming pool in next door hotel.

Bathroom is a little tired but overall nothing that concerned us

The location was really favorable, near to the beach, near to bars/restaurants, near the bus stop for Chania and other cities. The appartment was nice, comfortable, big outdoor terrace facing the garden where to make breakfast or just relax. In 2 weeks no need of air conditioning at all as the weather was pleasant and appartment kept mild clima if curtains drawn during the day. Staff really kind and helpful, arranged some of our trips on the beautiful beaches of Creta. Recommended, great value for money.

Some furnitures and bathroom could be more up to date but in general ok.

really nice place for holiday. Quite comfortable apartment with one bedroom, and living room with small kitchen. Of ou wan to cook, you have all necessary device. 2 min walk to the public beach AGIA MARINA. very helpfull ovner with friendly attitude.
