A second visit to Minos Village says it all. Quiet but not remote, it has a lovely, intimate feel and great staff. We had breakfast included in our booking, which was always plentiful and varied. Our studio room was huge, very clean, serviced every day except Sundays, and the air conditioning was free to use. Whilst not huge, the pool is big enough to do a few lengths, and we always managed to get a sunbed! Happy hour at the bar from 3.30 to 5.30, with great cocktails! We had no issues with parking our hire car, and there are many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within easy walking distance. 5 minutes walk down to the 'strip', which is quite touristy but well served by buses for exploring, and the beach, which is great for all. Would recommend 😊

Very nice, quiet & cozy athmosphere

All the people getting up early to put towels on sunbeds, blocking them for entire day…sometimes w/out using them. Mgmt. need to control this rude & stupid behavior

The apartments were lovely - we had a 1 bedroom apartment that the teenage children shared (2 in a twin room, 1 on the sofa bed in the lounge), and a studio apartment (which was large a spacious), for me and my husband. The rooms were cleaned every day, and beds made, and towels changed. The whole site was immaculately clean. Breakfast was great, a really nice selection. The staff were all lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was just off the main street, so nice and quiet, but there were 5 or 6 restaurants within 2 minutes walk. It was only a 5 minute walk back down to the main street and onto all the shops, restaurants and the beach, so the location really was perfect for us.

The pool area was possibly slightly small for 36 apartments, and there were not enough sunbeds for everyone to use. WE didn't mind this as we prefer the beach (no charge for sunbeds at the beach). It was too hot to sit by the pool, the breeze at the beach was much better.

Brilliant location, 5 minutes from the beach, local shops and some lovely restaurants. Staff were all very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend and return.

The beds could have been a bit softer but this is personal preference and a few more sunbeds would have been good.

We had a fantastic week here. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Great location, lots of good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach which was lovely. All of the staff were very friendly and much us feel welcome.

Apartments excellent.

I stayed at Minos Village during August with a couple of friends. It is a lovely little hotel in Agia Marina and it offers pretty much all you need for your vacation. There are comfortable rooms, a nice pool, every day service and a great breakfast! The cafeteria / bar was not fully operating due to the COVID restrictions, but still we could get there amazing drinks during the afternoon. The location is very quiet yet minutes away from the beach and the centre of Agia Marina. There were taverns just outside your door and a store just around the corner. But the real asset of the hotel was the staff. They were all very friendly, very helpful and very cautious with COVID regulations. I must give special thanks to my friends Aristea and Sifis that attended the breakfast and the bar! They were the highlight of our stay. Thank you guys! See you soon!
