We had a wonderful stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments! The owner is incredibly kind and very helpful. She assisted us with all our questions and made us feel truly welcome. The apartments are clean and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The peaceful location and the well-maintained property added to the overall great experience. We highly recommend Waterlily Hotel Apartments and would love to come back!

However, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but you have to walk on the road as there is no sidewalk, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, there are limited dining options nearby—just two restaurants close to the beach. There's a market across the street, but the prices there are higher than average.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms were big and tidy. It had everything we needed, including hair dryer, iron, and bathroom cosmetics. The pool was very nice and peaceful. It has a few very comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas. They also have a roof garden with a grilling place and sunbeds with a very pretty view on the sunset. We had no problems with parking. There is plenty of space around the hotel, no need to worry. Breakfast was very good and tasty. Warm dishes were very varied, and everything we tried was always delicious. Lady who cooks there really knows what she's doing 😁 The hotel itself is in a very good spot, right in front of a market with everything you would need. Only 12 minutes away from the airport (by car) and like 3 minutes away (by car) from a very nice sand beach. Streets around the hotel aren't too busy, so it makes it easy to travel around. Personel is very nice and knows english very well. Angela helped us with everything we needed, provided for us beach towels, gave us nice recommendations of places to visit, arranged quicker check-in, and later check-out. You can tell she really likes what she's doing and makes everything to please you. We recommend this place for everyone who's looking for a peaceful hotel with not too many guests. It's a nice base for travelling and sightseeing. If we ever visit Crete again, we will definitely book this hotel one more time. ❤️

The location is great, the rooms are very big with a kitchenette including everything you need, bedroom and bathroom are also big, plus there is also a "living room" with a couch and a round table with 4 chairs. And 2 balconies :) The biggest surprise was the breakfast - it is cooked in the eating area so everything is warm and fresh, very tasty, and most important it changes every 3 days so you do not get bored of eating the same thing every day.

Very clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Lovely beach and restaurant only a short walk down the road. Stop straight across the road. Apartment had everything you need, cooker and fridge Lovely pool it was very clean and sun lounges were comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing Angela and other staff members were soooo nice! We loved them always greeted with a smile.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The apartment was huge (compared to a hotel room) and had everything we needed. The pool was simple yet very relaxing and nice.

We didn’t have a car so it was difficult to go to/from the hotel, as taxis have to be called in advance and don’t come right away. But you can walk to the cute beach nearby and a few restaurants.

Angela and the staff has been very nice and welcoming. Each morning they've kindly served us a superbe breakfast. The apartment was big, well equipped and very clean. Strategic position to reach all the principal beaches located on the west coast of the island, close to the city center of Chania (15 min by car), but avoiding the chaos, specially if you are travelling by car. Right in front the structure, there is a small shop opend 8-22 where you can find everithing you need. The hotel offers many comforts and Angela is willing to help you and suggest you places to visit or where to eat. Definitely, we would suggest Waterlily apartaments!

Very happy with the big and comfortable studio, great breakfast, easily found a parking spot in the street nearby every day! Friendly and helpful host who arranged for us a self-check in as we arrived a bit late. Would definitely lkve to stay there again if we are in the area ♡

This property was ideal for our family of four. The amenities and close proximity to many excursions helped us make the most of our five days in Crete. Angela was so welcoming and is such a wealth of information. We are so grateful for her knowledge, genuine kindness and willingness to help us explore all the amazing things the area has to offer. An added bonus was the proximity to the market just across the street. the shop owner was amazing as well. They all made us feel like true members of the community, welcoming us with open arms. We cannot wait to visit again soon.

Our room was lovely, the breakfast was just right, the location was great for us as we had a car, but the main thing that made our 3 night stay special was Angela and the lady that helps with breakfast, Thank you both for being the difference.

A beautiful and cosy hotel - with superb personal service from the manager Angela and her staff. The rooms are fresh and clean. And just on the outside a perfectly sized pool for the kids to play in. Also great with a shop just across the street. All this just a 10min walk from the beach
