Argini was a last minute hotel booking for me, my wife and my parents. It had only recently opened, so obviously there can be some trepidation, but the whole hotel experience matched the website. The hotel is incredibly elegant - taking a beautiful neoclassical building and modernising it. The end result is beautiful - the fixtures and fittings of the rooms were first class. The hotel was small and boutique in size, and this meant the service was very personalised, and all of their recommendations were spot on - from restaurants to beach clubs. The food at breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection a la carte. We also ate there one night for dinner, and the food as exceptional as well - the fish was sourced from their choice of local fishermen, and for me, the local fish ceviche was spot on in terms of flavour balance of salt/sweet/heat, and that's not something you can always say about modern food in Greece. The hotel is family run, and I think this is reflected in the warmth of the service. All the staff were excellent and accommodating. We had a car and an added bonus was a private car park for the property - a rarity in Ermoupolis I think. The location of the hotel was fantastic. A few minute's walk from the town square and hall, a minute's walk to Agios Nicholas church and a few minutes walk to Little Venice where you can have a swim off the rocks if you like.

Nothing - the stay was exceptional, and we would return in a heartbeat!

Staff was amazing - very careful to all our needs and best recommendations. Wonderful breakfast, rooms were renovated with great taste - incredibly comfortable. Location is perfect! We were there on a family trip and the experience overall was unforgettable. Thank you Argini team!

The staff are brilliant. The hotel design is classically modern with so many eye catching features. The chef who creates a wonderful breakfast is charming and continuously seeking perfection. The location is so quiet and within walking distance of everything.

Unfortunately the plunge pool on the rooftop couldn’t be used. I’d have also selected a bigger room, with better views. Though these are not dislikes, just considerations.

Opened in spring 2024, this hotel won us over with impeccable service and its beautifully restored charm. Every detail is thoughtfully designed, blending history with modern luxury. It’s the perfect spot to relax and feel genuinely welcomed.

For my taste, the pillows were a bit hard - I prefer feather pillows - but everything else was perfect.

The modernist aesthetic in conjunction with the neo-classical architecture of the building create a unique resonance. The 19th century ceiling murals are a sight to behold and the interior lighting make them even more special. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was of a very high quality, without breaking the bank.

The fact that we didn’t book more days and had to leave.

The sleeping pillows were a little hard for a new hotel . A few complementary bottles of water would be nice .

Superbly clean, very central very nicely served breakfast with plenty of choice. Although having said that, no smoked salmon available although on the menu.

It's probably an overnight hotel no where to sunbathe, rooms fairly small , indoor pool very small more of a plunge pool.

Great lication, beautiful clean rooms, great terrace and food. Excellent choice for breakfast and simpky amazing staff. Elpida specifically was exceptional helping us book the beaches, track the ferries she simply went above and beyond. Loved our stay

Extraordinary hotel. Amazing architecture, design, food, service, view, and facilities. Everything was above 5 stars. A jewel of a place, perfect location for weddings, workshops as they have working and conference facilities.

That we had to leave.

Fantastic breakfast selection made to order.

Room space slightly limited as no wardrobe (pole with some hangers), air conditioning was hard to get to a good level overnight.
