The Soul Suites is perfectly located, only minutes away from the ferry and in the city center, close to the shops, restaurants and bars. We were upgraded to the Bride's Suite (thank you!) a larger and spacious corner room on the first floor with 4 large windows letting plenty of light in. All the amenities work as advertised, with a large dressing room and a functional bathroom. Breakfast is catered for by a friendly local bakery a minute away in the main street. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in the care they took to make us feel at home and took care of us. They offered us very good restaurant's recommendations and organised our car rental in a breeze.

Living in the city center can have its drawbacks on weekends when people tend to party late in the night. If you sleep lightly, you might find it a bit noisy on weekends.

Most central location Staff is the kindest most attentive people. They arranged a much needed early check in for us & promptly responded to fix an unexpected situation with our room. They are professional, regularly check back on you & offer a personalised experience . Rooms are new, spacious, well designed and pleasing to the eye, comfortable, with modern facilities such a steam iron and nespresso machine. Amenities are high quality such as apivita brand body lotion and shower gel. After check out there are facilities to store your luggage, use toilet, change clothing and shower until your ferry ride so you can still enjoy the island till then.

Shower tab got blocked once however the staff responded immediately and the issue was fixed within half an hour.

This was a stopover for us en route to Athens. This hotel is absolutely superb, beautiful rooms with a balcony overlooking the main square, so well renovated, high ceiling and all mod cons. The two front of house personnel were outstanding, great communications in advance of our trip and super helpful at all times. Really well located to explore the town and for the port. This felt like a very sophisticated town by comparison to the remote Cyclades islands we had visited, loved it here. Proximity to the beach was a plus too.

beautiful old building renovated into a new hotel. loved the feeling of the building. perfect location right in the centre of everything. shower was excellent - i’m picky with bathrooms and this hotel ticked the box however this applies only to the king suite. the ac was also excellent.

parking the car is a walk away and this gets tiresome especially if you stay a few days. there is no lift and no room service. it can also get a bit noisy as the building is old and sound can leak through windows and the corridors.

Maria and vagelis were soooo awesome! They gave us the very best customer service! The room was nicer than other rooms we stayed in while vacationing Greece. The room comes with breakfast at a nearby boutique restaurant (very good breakfast with the most delicious homemade butter and the jam omgggg). We had many questions as we were tourists but the front desk was so helpful with everything! There’s a mini bar with up front pricing which is nice. it’s so convenient because when you want something in the middle of the night it’s right there. The location is really in the heart of everything; taxi and bus nearby. We got a car which I would say you probably don’t need if you’re only staying for a day or two. This location is really great. The service is amazing and the room was like a studio apartment minus the kitchen. We had plenty of space and the place was perfectly clean and comfortable. Loved the slippers and robe, we needed the extra touches as that’s what we are used to. Overall I cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff is super accommodating; we needed to check in early and the wait was only 1.5 hours. We wanted to check out late and we were allowed to check out of one of the rooms and kept the other to store our things before the ferry. It’s dependent on availability of course and we got lucky. Just a great hotel, great room, great location and great service. We plan on coming back!

The Building and the design of the room were incredible and exactly like in the pictures. Rooms were very clean and bottles of water were provided as well as all amenities necessary. The location could not be better, right in the city center with all the stores, restaurants, and the vaporia quarter nearby.

The staff was helpful upon communicating on the booking app, but other than that it felt quite impersonal. There was never any explanation about Syros or some recommendations or a map. Most of the time there was nobody in the building (because they also tend to other locations in Syros) and you didn't get any contact information (no mobile number or anything), so if you were to have a question you would just have to address it to the booking.com app and hope they'd answer via the app. Also for checkout, there was nobody there so I just left the key in the hallway.

Room was beautiful and very clean. Staff were excellent. Polite and friendly, they went out of their way to help us. The location was EXCELLENT. On the main square, but it was not noisy at all. Also, the availability of parking (3 minutes walk from the hotel) was a bonus. Breakfast was very good too!

Could have a few more hooks on the walls for hanging towels amd clothes. Also the hanging rail in the wardrobe should have no shelf below so long dresses can hang.

Everything was very clean, fresh. The room was spacious, light, very nicely decorated with very good room amenities. Breakfast is served at a cafe a minute's walk away from the hotel. Very good breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice, a choice of coffees, eggs, breads, jams, etc. Very polite and friendly and helpful personnel. It was a great pleasure staying at this hotel, I will definitely come back!!

Everything was great and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The only thing to keep in mind is there is no elevator. The building is only 2 floors so it is not a problem if you are able to manage 2 floors by stairs.

Beautifully renovated property with outlook to the main square. Easy walk from the ferry and to all the local sights and restaurants. The bed was superb and we had our best nights sleep! Breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful! There is a lovely waiting room to leave luggage while waiting for the ferry.

Only that being heritage listed there isn’t a lift and we had to climb two flights of stairs which was not a problem for us but could be for others.

The staff on reception were so incredibly helpful and thoughtful. They were warm and welcoming and could not do enough for us (e.g. my friends luggage went missing from airline for 5 days and they went to the port to pick it up for her late at night which was above and beyond the call of duty. I would go back to Syros just to stay at this hotel. It was a fantastic experience and I also highly rate the breakfast restaurant. wonderful staff, great food, amazingly clean, best coffee and eggs ever! Thank you for making our holiday very special. If only we could have stayed longer in such a warm friendly town and a beautiful hotel which I cannot fault
