The hotel area was clean. Places are cleaned all the time. The area was beautiful. The food was good. The animation team was amazing. The room was clean and bigger than we expected.

Sometimes the music was played in the pool area so loud that it was impossible to stay there. Fortunately, it was calmer in the water park. The evening program was also so loud that it was impossible to sleep in the room even though the room was far from the amphitheater. Even at the children's disco, the music was so loud that the children couldn't be there. And we're usually used to the noise.

My vacation was really good. Children aged 2x3, 12 and 14 included. The rooms were clean and functional. Nice swimming areas, during the day there was a good program and in the evening different performances. The staff was friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was amazing. At dinner/lunch I wondered about the employees standing at the door, sometimes they served something but very often I saw them just scrolling through their phones. And as a rule, they only say hello if they are greeted first. Hopefully, the replacement employees are in some other job.

My 12-year-old son was upset because the activities were too long for either smaller children or adults. I would have liked to join many, but I wasn't old enough. Maybe teenagers could also be considered for different competitions. The location of the hotel is a bit to the side. There is a bus from the hotel to the beach. But in the evening it would be nice to go for a walk in the "center", but it would almost require a taxi ride because of small children.

The price was good. Good food. Big rooms available. Aqua park in territory. Nice garden.

The interior is old and doesn't look good. The quality of sound insulation between the room and floors is poor. Pull bar serves drinks in plastic cups which are rinsed by hands in the sink....

when we booked a ticket there was a fitness room but when we arrived we didn't find anything. The animation team for children should do more activities during the day not just look after children.

Maybe free shuttle bus to the faliraki beach more often per day. Nights shows were not so good than last time we visited

Perfect place for family with childrens. Many attractions. Very good and clean pools. Near Faliraki Center. Train for childrens to the town.

WIFI was problematic and very slow.

The rooms are of a good size and we were situated in good location for all facilities

Only two minor issues, no microwave to reheat your food and sun loungers are situated on grass

Me and my children loved the several pools in the beautiful gardens and we loved the buffet on the beautiful terrace with mountain and sea view

The only thing that was missing was mosquito nets on the windows as there were a lot of mosqitos

The pool and entertainers were great. Food was really good and drinks were strong. Maintenance guys gave us a lift up the hill on the golf cart. It was so hot and it was like a present from beyond
