The location was the best I’ve ever stayed at. We had 2 rooms 001 - right on the beach and beside the Aquarius beach bar (excellent food). Queen size, very comfortable bed. Powerful, hot shower. Fridge & kettle. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10 221 - 2 bed apartment towards the back. Slightly dated bedroom furniture, beds a bit hard. But we based ourselves in the large patio area attached to 001 during the day. 8/10 No reception but didn’t need it. I got a text from the owner on the morning we flew telling us all important info- room numbers, WiFi code, etc. When we managed to lock ourselves out of the room, I just texted and they came in 10 minutes.

Hard beds in twin apartment. WiFi better in some areas. Everything else was wonderful.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There are 3 pools and there were always enough sunbeds for everyone. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Food in the hotel was mixed, we had some decent meals and some that were not so good. This didn't bother us too much as we ate out most days. The shower in our room was a bit unpredictable, sometimes we had to wait 10 minutes or so before the water was hot enough to get in. Sunbeds on the beach were very expensive which put us off going to the beach.

Everything :) location is just on the beach. Beach bar is very good. People are super friendly. Greetings to Büsra at beach bar/restaurant. we stayed in double room with sea view and the view was spectacular.. Room was spacious and super clean and they made the room everyday even though we didn’t ask. Bed was very big and comfortable.

Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are not free even for the hotel guests.

Clean hotel with great pool area and beach. Great views from the room which had newish interior and was kept spotless all week.

The music by the pool was too loud at times (and maybe unnecessary all together?) considering that the guests were mostly families with small children or elderly people. The playlist was quite awfull. ...But that is also a question of taste. I didn't like the 80's swedish hits or the cheap disco noise at all. But maybe others do. ...One time I asked the bar to turn down the music which they did. Thank you for that.

Everything was great! The room had been recently renovated, with a balcony and a lovely view towards the sea. It was tidy and cleaned well daily. The location was perfect, right at the beach and only a short, maybe 5 min walk to the Faliraki center. But far enough so that it was peaceful and quiet. Small grocery store about 20 meters away. The bus stop to Rhodes town was about 10 min walk away, the bus took about 30-40 mins. The pool area was nice, it was busy but not crowded, and we were able to always get sunbeds, even later in the day. The beach right in front of the hotel had sunbeds for rent, two sunbeds plus shade was 30 euros per day. The price seemed a little high, but the beach is lovely and the water very clear and there was good and fast service, so it was worth it. Bring your own towels! Service was always friendly and efficient and the food in the restaurant was probably the best we had in Faliraki. Highly recommend this hotel!

Location of the hotel is so great as it is right on the beach really (first line): it is only 2-3 mins to reach the sea for swimming. The view from our room (3rd floor with sea view) is fantastic. Cleaning of the room was every day and enough well done. The bed is very big and comfortable.

- Pillows are enough tough and big. Great to have softer and smaller options for them. - Shelves must be in the shower room as without it is not convenient. - Spoons are nice to have in the room for making tea-coffee as there are cups and kettle, but no spoons now :) - Towel rails on the terrace must be for such hotels on the sea as there is Not now and it is not convenient at all to dry them on the terrace chairs. - More hooks for the towels in the bathroom as there is only one now.

We stayed here for 3 nights.The beach bar and vibe here is exceptional, the location is a few minutes walk from the main strip in Faliraki. The pool area is clean with 3 pools to choose from. The sunbed rental on the beach is €30 for 2 beds & an umbrella for the day but it is worth it. I would stay here again for the location alone and it is great value for money.

The hotel is clean, our towels were changed every day and the room cleaned but the rooms are very dated. The photos of the bright, airy, modern rooms that you see online are not the Raffaello hotel rooms, they are for the Aquarius hotel which is in the same location. The photos of the rooms with the woodens beds & doors etc are the Raffaello. I would stay here again as it is great value for money but if the Aquarius was available I would pay the extra money to stay there for a more modern room, the facilities are shared between both hotels. FYI: The shower switches from cold to scalding hot instantly, be mindful of this when showering.

Perfect location, literally on the beach. Very close to the city center. Great restaurant, pools. Aldough you do have to pay for the sunbeds, even as a hotel guest. Amaizing staff, super friendly and helpful. All together would definatelly recommend.

Rooms were a bit dirty, cleaning was daily, but a bit superficial. We were on a groubd level room, so loads of bugs. (Including cockroaches, ants and grasshoppers) but the staff was helpful gave us ant spray. The ac was also a bit problematic.

I liked the hotel a lot. 3 pools to choose from. The room was better than expected. Big fridge with the heat was needed. Just the location. The experience and you had option of Aquarius poolside as well. Snack bar was good for dinner. I had delicious pancakes one morning. Great coffee with a heart. Reasonable prices. Bed was hard but like it as my back needed that. High ceilings so could breathe. Good air con. Just remember European plugs adapter. Music played throughout day so drowned out any noises of kids or anyone loud. Beach was lovely and sandy. Went during European heat wave. So pool was lovely. Clean towels everyday. Cleaners all happy/friendly as locked out one day. Staff all happy Aquarius. First time in Rhodes and great experience. Will be coming back to this hotel! You will get odd loud person coming back late randomly like most holidays so did wake me up. But that’s not hotels fault. It’s very quiet at night though: Perfect location. Just remember you pay for sunbeds. Was well worth the experience to sit right by the sea at front. No cost for sunbeds by pool.

Excellent location on beautiful sandy beach close to everything. Room had the most amazing view. Great beach bar with live music twice in the week and lovely friendly staff. Always sunbeds available. Perfect holiday.

No shutters on our room meant it got bright when the sun rose. Shutters on other rooms though so maybe it will be addressed.
