Hotel is beautiful. staff members in Mexican restaurant, Crep restaurant and one of the pizza by beach staff member were lovely. Sorry dont remember their names. Food service was amazing.

Spa, jakuzzi, sauna, Heated swimming pool, steam room nothing was available in the package and this is the thing that I would not suggest my family to visit there ever and I would not visit myself either. These are the facilities that make people to relax on holiday and this was the first holiday spot where these things were not included. Food options should have been multi cultural Beach should be sandy instead of stoney House keeping staff was not leaving all the extras in the room for example shaving kit etc

Great family resort. Well kept beach. Nice and clean rooms. The family room was big enough for 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. There was a wide variety of food, especially tender and tasty dishes in the Greek and Pan-Asian restaurants. We loved the aqua fitness classes, the live music on Sunday night, and the magic show in the theater. There was also a fun acrobatic entertainment for children on July 21.

The beach is not sandy, we were not aware of this before we arrived, but the small pebbles did not bother the children. Overall, this is not a weakness, just good to know for those planning to build sandcastles.

It was our fourth stay here (all inclusive) Food is amazing! Also services (pizza and drinks) by the pool and sea are great. Hotel is beautiful and the beach is lovely. There is also always plenty of sunbeds :) Most of the is friendly! The other restaurants are lovely and the food is soooo tasty!! The spa is wonderfull and the ladies there are very good for taking care of you!

In the restaurant it’s hard to get your drinks ordered am and pm. Most of the time something was missing or the drinks arrived very late. The small ”restaurant” by the beach is not so good. Our room was a bit dated, the bathroom needed some renovation (moisture problems) and the decirations were dusty and some worn out. But the rooms are nice and big! :) My biggest issue was with the fysiotherapist. I had really bad pain and in the spa they reassured me he can help me. Unfortunately he ended hurting me in a not good way. And then he wanted to focus more on the othert things than my issue with the pain.

It is a great hotel with wonderful staff, especially the kids club colleagues and breakfast waiters also the restaurant colleagues. The food is really good with incredible variety of choices. The restaurants are also great

The evening programmes were not great. There should have been Greek night! Mythology might or something that reminded us that we are in Greece. A few performers seemed real amateurs. The noise is way too much for kids to sleep. It’s a shame that the terrace doors are not sound proof. The cleaning lady cleaned our room better when we left some money.

The customer service at the hotel was amazing. The roons are big and equipped with everything you need. The food service is wonderful with a lot of options and many times to eat. The extra restaurants are inclusive as well but require reservations that are difficult to get. Also, they have a dress code (no shorts, no vest, no bathing suits, or flip flops). The spa and their staff are amazing and kind, they offer all kinds of services. We had massages and facials. The beach and pools are amazing. There is a kids pool with slides. There is also an area for adults only pool. Towels were a little problem at first, but the kind lifeguard went out of his way to find us some. One recommendation is to have an area to leave pool or beach toys for others to use since we can not take them back with us on the plane. Also, the pool chairs are taken quickly as people tend to go out early and place their towels to save the chairs until they go back out. The location is central to the different sites like Lindos, Old Town Rhodes, and other beaches. The hotel offers car rentals at a decent price. There are shops in the hotel in case you forget anything. The bars come stocked and make very good drinks. Every night there is different entertainment by the night bar.

Our entire stay at Alila was wonderful, and we are very happy we chose to spend our honeymoon here. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and they even upgraded our room without us ever asking for anything ( big thanks to Alexandros for being so kind). The restaurant staff were always very professional, and the cleaning staff did an amazing job because this was the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The resort in itself was beautiful, the room was spacious and comfortable and and the beach was lovely. The entire place had a luxurious and exclusive feel, but without the air of coldness and arrogance that often comes with it. Instead, we always felt comfortable, relaxed and cozy. The highlight was the food, we are vegetarian and we had so much to choose from. We give an absolute 10/10 for every meal we had and an 11/10 for the most delicious cakes and deserts. The bars served great cocktails too, and even on the nights we wanted something non-alcoholic, there were so many creative and delicious options to choose from. We gained some weight, but it was well worth it. All in all, this was a great experience and we are really looking forward to going to Alila again.

The hotel was great. Very clean and spacious. Pleasant staff. Great variety of food at the buffet. Also nice a la carte restaurants (Asian/Sushi/Italian/Greek/Texmex - book your restaurant meals via the website way before you go). Pizza on demand all day from the private beach wood burning pizza oven. Big open grass space for playing ball games etc.. The room was very clean and spacious. Lovely views. Good location for access to Rhodes Old Town (~3euro pp on the bus). and Lindos (~5euro pp on the bus). Brilliant place to relax if you don't want to worry about where you are going for breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The hotel doesn't seem particularly catered for children. There is a very small children's pool with slides and a small kids club hut where they can draw or get their faces painted. Small arcade area with 2 machines, pool table and air hockey. Unfortunately the water parks on the island were still closed (Mid APR 2022) and don't open for a good few weeks. The evening doesn't seem geared towards children's entertainment. The pools seemed to close around 6pm before dinner started, then the main indoor bar area seemed to have a violinist one night, some acoustic guitars another night.

All included hotel, very friendly staff. Lots of dining options, note you have to make a reservation for the more popular restaurants. Our room was very spacious with lots of small but thoughtful treats, and had an amazing view of the sea. Italian and Greek restaurants were quite good. The other "snack bars" such as the creperie and the Tex Mex place are really cool additions for snacks and desserts. I also liked that the hotel offers entertainment in the evenings.

The check-in process was a bit weird and we had to wait for a long time. I now understand that our room just wasn't ready yet, which is ok since we got there before 3pm but it wasn't communicated clearly. When we got the room the wifi didn't work and neither did the tv. We later called the reception and they fixed it, but it seemed they forgot to open it for us, so another part of the check-in which was a bit messy. The food at the main restaurant is ok but not great (full disclosure - didn't have dinner there). Another slightly weird part is that you have to reserve certain beach beds in advance in order to use them. If you didn't reserve it, you can't use it even if it's available.

The hotel was beautiful and all the facilities excellent. Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.

Nothing I did not like about the property, the only thing maybe is that it is a little outside of Faliraki so in the heat better to take a taxi or bus if going to town, hard to walk in the heat 😃 Thank you to Nestor that always greeted us with a smile and helped with taxis

I was pleasantly surprised by how the place managed to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time. We even noticed that we logged a lot of steps on our step counter, thanks to the size of the place, which helped offset the calories from all the delicious food. Most importantly, the staff were amazing—especially Tzviela at the beach bar—who was incredibly patient with us and the kids while making milkshakes. Additionally, there were numerous drinking and eating options, offering a wide variety of choices that catered to all tastes. Despite our initial plans to explore the area, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel, enjoying its abundance of amenities and activities. It was also conveniently close to Rhodes and Faliraki. The nightly shows were entertaining. One aspect of the hotel that wasn't as enjoyable was the size and speed of the elevators. They were quite small and moved at a slow pace, which was inconvenient in some moments. Additionally, I found it disappointing that milkshake options were only available at the beach bar, rather than throughout the hotel.
