The location is amazing, city center but behind the noisy streets. The beach is 10min walking distance. We booked a ground floor double room at a very small price, spacious and with decent conditions, but unfortunately it wasn't the right choice for us, as it was very noisy from the building (not the street) - you could hear everything from the hallway and noises from other rooms, doors slamming, people talking, dishes being washed. This location is worth it if you're looking for just a cheap stay right in the city center, no other expectations. Not us, we left after 2 days.

For our double room on the ground floor: there is NO soundproof, the door felt like it didn't even exist, we could hear everything in the building. Also very hard mattresses and an incredibly small bathroom with poor drainage. Everything was functioning properly, but the amenities are decent at most. It's a great stay for people who want to go out partying. Owner was ok, interaction tot the minimum.

The location dead centre in Faliraki was the main draw. The value for money was incredible, but then again we were there very early in the season in mid April. The bathroom in our room looked like it was at most 2 years old. The owner's Ozzie accent and rough n ready, no-nonsense attitude were amusing.

The Wifi could have been a bit better in our ground floor room. A parking spot in front of the facility is something we were able to find most of the time if not always, but that was mid April - I would not want to test how well it works in mid-summer high season when all the rooms are occupied. Some of the trim in the room - doors and kitchen counters in particular - could do with a contemporary touch-up.

Excellent welcome from our host Dimitri. Exceptionally friendly. Showed us around. Told us we could contact him for anything. Very clean apartment. Only there for 3 full days but towels and bedding changed twice in that short time! Very close to amenities but also very quiet in its location. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

If I had to state a negative, it would have to be the size of the 'kitchen' area. Nowhere to prep anything, even sandwiches. But to be honest, we only ate breakfast there. We managed and cannot really complain for the price. I've paid more at other resorts ... and got much less satisfaction.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, tavernas, bars, big supermarket nearby, but quite anyway. Cleaning and changing towels everyday. Nice balcony, great view, ideally for morning coffee.

When we arrived we were placed in family app in the ground floor, but after 3 nights we moved to the room we reserved. It wasn't a big problem, but it's good to know so you don't get surprised.

great location close to everywhere, Michalis was nice and helpful, always ready to give you some advice. comfy bed and enough space for clothes in the wardrobe. tiny little cute kitchen nicely done, that was just enough for whatever you need during the stay.

i know its not a hotel, but a little brooming once in 2-3 days wouldn't hurt anyone. as it is a summer holiday you always bring some sand into the rooms, i would even do it myself if I had utilities...anyway fresh towels every day, which I appreciate. shower head would welcome replacing and it was splashing all around the bathroom.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was both clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the balcony added a lovely touch, perfect for relaxing. While the location is convenient, be mindful that Google Maps may mislead you slightly. Once you arrive, it’s worth exploring the surroundings to discover more straightforward paths. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always doing their best to assist with any needs we had.

Oonly thing I had problem with was shower draineanage was blocked and water was filling in shower and I was having difficult time having shower and shower head was broken but they replaced it with new one. So overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I might even visit again whenever I have time from work.

great location, super kind owner, clean rooms and big balcony.

The shower has no wall or shower-curtain so that when we take a bath, the entire bathroom will be wet. We had two beds next to each other instead of a double bed. The kitchen has no more than 2 forks, spoon, plate etc for the two of us - if you want to cook more than basic things (hamburger, eggs, sausage etc) then I think it won’t be equipped enough. For simple dishes it is completely suitable.

It was close to the center and the beach, but enough away from the hustle od the night life. WiFi was excellent. It was spotless clean and the balcony door had a protective net against mosquitoes. The owner kindly let me store my luggage in the office untill I left town.

Mid April is still kinda chilly at night, so I had to warm up the place with air conditioning. The water was running cold on the 3rd morning, but it got OK again by the evening. I had two rather chatty neighbours who spoke loudly well into the nighf on the balcony next to mine.

We got a room on ground level, with one double size bed and AC. Localized near Faliraki center, just a stone toss from main party street with pubs, clubs and restaurants, and a short walk from beaches and port. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day around 11-12. Owner and his son are very welcoming and friendly. When asked if we can leave our luggage somewhere because we had whole day until our flight, they gave us a temp room at other hotel, so we can enjoy our last day on the beach and take a shower after. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean room, with good location and killer price/quality ratio.

Location has some downside - you can hear parties from nearest restaurants, often till 2-3 in the morning. Kitchen is very small and it's a bit of a challenge to cook anything with more than 3 ingredients. Also kitchen utensils could get an upgrade. Bathroom doesn't have any shower curtain so subsequently whole floor is wet. Also some towels have seen better days and were due for replacement.
