Great location, close to the bus stand and main square with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store close by. Short walk to 3 bells of Fira. Alkyoni at reception had lots of helpful information, was very kind, prompt with communication, and very accommodating. No problem to store luggage before check in. Car transportation was well arranged for us with no problems. Appreciated the complimentary juice and water. Room was nice and clean, a bit smaller than I expected and the hot water took some time to start. Other than that, everything was wonderful, would recommend!

The proprietor of the venue was very helpful. She helped arrange transfer from the ferry and gave us a map with several tips for places to eat and shop. We visited several islands as well as Athens on our trip, and this place was by far the best in all areas. The location was very convenient. Close to transit, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were VERY clean and well-appointed. The windows had shutters so you could let in light or completely black it out at night. The patios were spacious and chic. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't think of a single bad thing. Instant coffee was provided in the room with a kettle and we also had a hot plate for cooking.

Perfect location for going around Santorini especially if you are relying on the public transport, property is literally 5 min walk from the bus station from where you get Bus to every corner/beach of Santorini, biggest plus. Also in 2 mins distance you reach main road which is full of coffee shops, brekfast joints ,restaurants, grocery storees. Just 5 mins away from main shopping streets and food joints, this is the best place if you plan to go around santorini without having to worry about any aspect of travel. Property itself was very neat, very well maintained, had all the needed items, spacious, with AC and hot water , no hasssle whatsoever. What makes the property is Alkyoni the property receptionist/manager, she is so warm, humble, has patience to listen and to explain in detail, she shared all details of the possible activites, how to get there, which restaurants to eat, she had covered it all. To top it, my kid fell sick on second day of trip(on easter day) Alkyoni suggested an emergency hospital which also is 5 min from property(thank god), unfortunately hospital did not have eye specialist, and all other doctors(general physician) were closed due to holiday, Alkyoni called her doctor, got a specialist number and booked an appointment for us on easter day, she did this on her own, we were so touched and so greatful as we really worried and did not know what to do. Alkyonis warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special and the trip possible. Next time we are here, we will stay again at Olive Tree Suites without second thought. Highly Recommended, you would not regret.

Excellent location. Very good access to night life, restaurants, tours and Bus station. The host lady was very soft-spoken, had good information to share with us and very courteous. Provided good explanation and suggestions. She even helped with the baggage!

No Caldera view or swimming pool. I'd recommend the travelers to get these two if you are only going to visit Santorini once in lifetime.

Location of the property is a 5 min walk from the Fira bus station. It was central to many restaurants and stores. The receptionist was kind and courteous she was extremely helpful in setting up transfers or any other needs you may have. Good Wifi, very clean rooms and beds are very comfortable.

The only complaint I have is the safe box was not mounted in the wall. I did not leave my passport or cash in the room because of this.

The accommodations are in a fantastic location. extremely clean, and the style of the hotel was the quintessential "Greek Island style" with white washed interior and exterior. The manager at the front desk was professional, helpful and very friendly...we really liked her. The patio was so great! lots of lounge chairs and a very comfy place to have a drink and relax.

The rooftop has concrete furniture . If this was replaced with more comfortable chairs, it would be much more inviting. But we weren’t too bothered because we loved the patio where our rooms were.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, allowing us to move throughout Fira on foot with ease, and close enough to the bus where we could explore the rest of the island. My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy here. Alkyoni was extremely kind, helpful, and generous which helped make our first trip to Greece an incredible experience.

Olive Tree is perfectly located just away from the hectic crowds in a peaceful location. It was easy to find and a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed (we appreciated the water, tea and orange juice provided). The room had soundproofed windows and door and was very quiet at night. Our host, Penelopi, was knowledgeable, informative and very kind. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Very well located, great outdoor space, very clean, each bedroom had its own bathroom.

one bedroom was the living room / kitchen space. Booking.com website can sometimes be confusing for this type of thing, so check your email booking confirmation properly or ask the host who is very helpful.

- Penelope was very friendly. she assisted us with booking a taxi from the airport to the accomodation. She provided good food recommendations. She also fixed our wifi which was not working the first two days, which we appreciated. - the room was comfortable and had enough space for three women. - we felt safe in the room. - this spot is very central and close to the bus station and taxi station.

- the issues with the wifi in the first couple of days were difficult but we appreciated that Penelope assisted with fixing the issue on the second day.
