A first rate hotel in an excellent location. Very modern and clean. Staff and service are excellent. We felt so welcomed by the desk clerk when we arrived after 11:00pm, having traveled for 22 hours from Los Angeles. Rooms are modern, clean and we'll appointed. The room had a nice balcony, excellent air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable and kept my wife's fragile back in good shape. The hotel also has a very nice pool area with comfortable sun beds and towels provided along with poolside beverage and snack service. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great selection and everything was tasty and we'll prepared. The hot dishes were changed each day so there is good variety for those staying a few days. There is also a bar and full service restaurant on site that are reasonably priced. This hotel is just across the coast road from the exclusive One & Only Resort that is absurdly expensive. The Asteras Beach is no longer open to the public as it is limited to the One & Only Resort's guests - visitors must pay to use the beach. Instead, we went to the Glyfada beach, a 5 minute longer walk along the coast road just to the North and totally free of charge. Glyfada beach was not crowded, had palapas and a very welcoming beach bar and restaurant (Nicolas Schinoussa) right on the water adjacent to the beach. There are numerous restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Two restaurants stood out, Pasifai, a very authentic Greek restaurant with excellent food and service and The Monk Gastrobar, a modern, hip restaurant with fantastic meat both are very reasonably price and have great ambiance. There is also a good super market about a 10 minute walk to the North where you can get everything you forgot and a whole lot more at very reasonable prices./ For those that drive a car, there are about 7 hotel parking spaces at no charge and street parking nearby.

The hotel location was within walking distance of many good restaurants. It was also opposite Manko beach, which we went to often. The staff were very helpful and friendly and all the facilities were modern.

One of the hooks in my bathroom was damaged...not a big deal but I noticed it. The pool is small and at the front of the hotel. It's kind of secluded but anyone walking in could have access if they wanted. The bar closes at 11pm, which seemed quite early. It's a nice hotel but I would probably stay somewhere better for the same amount of money.

We stayed for 3 nights. Upon the arrival around 12pm, our room was ready which was a massive bonus. Thank you for that. Room was great size with lovely balcony. We really enjoyed breakfast - simple, but very tasty. Toasties, fruits, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, etc - we loved it. Fresh juices was a massive bonus. Bed was very comfortable, good size bathroom. Very cute pool area. Great location to get into the Athens and to local bars/shops/dinning, etc. 15 min walk to the beach which was amazing.

As our room was facing street, noise from the cars was quite laud. We also did not like that we could hear people from room next doors - was very loud and could hear anything other guests were saying.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everywhere super clean, very comfy beds, lovely little garden with pool and beds etc Not too busy most of the time. Nice breakfast selection too. Close to Athens (we did a taxi to the metro station called Elliniki and then got the metro into the city).

Only thing not to our liking was the location, it was near some busy and fast roads which you have to use and cross when walking to the beach/promenade etc. Need to have your wits about you with the traffic.

Newly renovated stylish hotel with small but comfortable rooms with balcony. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from Glyfada centre full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is excellent, staff is very kind and welcoming. Overall we are very happy and will stay in this hotel again and highly recommend others.

The hotel is 100 meters from the coastline but there is no access to it. Another big resort on the other side of the road has built a wall restricting the view and access to the beach. If you want to walk along the beach or simply to see the sea, then be ready to walk around a kilometer or more towards Piraeus or opposite direction to Voula to get some access :)

The staff were absolutely incredible. They helped us so much by telling us how to use public transport in Athens and directing us to the best way to see an island while we were there. We looked forward to the breakfast every day and loved the pool. It was always cold and clean and we could always find a seat poolside.

Wish the restaurant had more Greek food options so we could try them there when we didn't feel like going out for food.

I had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that rivals even the most prestigious 5-star establishments. First and foremost, the level of service provided by the staff, from the dedicated housekeepers and gardener to the attentive waitstaff, was nothing short of exceptional. Every request I had was met with enthusiasm and efficiency. It's evident that the entire team is committed to ensuring every guest has a memorable and comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail is truly remarkable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could desire. creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic location in the heart of glyfada. Close to all the shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the beaches which are also conveniently accessed via the nearby tram or 5-10 min Uber ride. The outdoor pool is also a great size and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.

We have been staying at Seaview since 2015 and whilst we love the hotel and location, it is probably time that some of the amenities are spruced up as our bathroom shower kept flooding.

Lovely hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful decor lovely furniture in foyer and all restaurants. Our room was comfortable but maybe a bit small. Lovely long balcony with a view of pool and garden. Breakfast was very good selection.

When we went walking from hotel at night for dinner we were most annoyed that nearly all the restaurants menus were in Greek only. A big mistake if they wish to attract tourists and not just Athenians. The footpaths are also in terrible condition in some areas .
