Excellent breakfast,variety including an omelette station and freshly squeezed orange juice.Greeted on arrival and luggage carried in by friendly staff.Cleanliness was at a highest level I’ve experienced.Great pool and bar.Staff service was fantastic.Loved the hotel mascot “Chelsea” the bulldog.

Staff were very helpful - they organised a hired car to be delivered to us at the hotel. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff also very good. Pool was lovely - modern and clean as in the photos. Lots of towels on hand. Location is where we are torn - perfectly located for walking into Glyfada (which is a great area with lots of high-end shop, bars and restaurants). Also near to a very nice beach across a busy main road. The main road was noisy and busy. However, the rooms were double lined with an internal and external sliding door which did reduce the noise so they have really tried to overcome this. It’s not a pretty location but I certainly couldn’t fault the location to proximity of other things mentioned. It shouldn’t put you off as everything else was excellent, we just hadn’t realised before we arrived.

Very nice hotel, nice clean pool area and pool bar. Only downside with the pool area was that it is mostly shaded after 3 o`clock. Staff was extremely nice and helpful - got a really detailed instruction of how and what to see everything in Athens. A little noisy large street close to the hotel, but the hotel rooms has 2xglass for soundproofing towards the street. Very nice morning buffet!

Everything! But especially the staff, they truly know how to make your stay the best. So helpful and knowledgeable of the local area.

I don’t really want to say anything negative about the hotel as it does give the perfect stay, however there is a very busy road outside the hotel and the noise may be intrusive to some stayers. I’m a car lover so just enjoyed watching some of the exotica go by.

Our flights home were cancelled and there is no better place to be "stuck", we were there for 4 nights. Lovely property, close to both private and public beaches, a 10 minute walk to the Glyfada stores and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great pool, the suites were spacious and we'll appointed. The breakfast was really wonderful as was the restaurant. The staff were all professional, kind and helpful. Could not have asked for more

A bit outside of the Glyfada center and walking isn’t super convenient with small kids. You have to be with the windows closed otherwise it noisy from the road

I cannot stress how pleased we were with this hotel. The customer service from both management and staff were exemplary and went above and beyond what was necessary - a particular mention to Alex on the desk who was most helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel was immaculately clean. At the pool we were regularly brought glasses of iced water, the breakfast wad good with fresh eggs being made and great coffee. There is a 10 minute walk to Glyfada which has unbelievable shopping and many restaurants. Note to get to central Athens the nearest metro station is a 10 minute taxi ride. The hotel even had tickets for the Metro at reception, so we didn't have to buy them at the station.

very comfortable large suite, breakfast choice good, excellent pool and bar area . Big choice of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance in Glyfada. Very friendly staff. Easy free parking. Easy to get into Athens as well as surrounding areas.

located on extremely busy noisy road…..most of the suites face out onto this road making it impossible to open the doors and take advantage of the large balcony running along the suite. Bathroom a bit tight.

Great pool, large and comfortable rooms, great breakfast and very nice staff. Everything was truly beyond expectations.

Location. The neighbourhood is great and the beach is close, however if you are interested spending time in the city centre it a 40 min drive each side. Also the hotel is located on a really busy road so it was impossible to enjoy the balcony.

The hotel was modern with a fabulous pool area. The family suite was spacious. The hotel staff couldn’t have been any more friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh toiletries left each day.

The cooked breakfast under the heat lamps were not warm. All the items were cold apart from the freshly prepared omelette.
