The food have a different themes everyday, our room and more...

One of the women who working in the restuarant is very rude to us! She shouted us the other guests can hear that we pay for our drinks cause we only have half board. She did not know that we already tell to her co worker that we only have half board and of course we will pay for our drinks! My husband comfront and mad to her that she dont need to shout that we pay our drinks.

Room was very clean and spacious. The swim up balcony was amazing and so much choice for breakfast we were spoilt. Easy to get to the beach on foot with lots of shops on the way. Restaurant next door to the hotel was amazing as well.

Sensus was great and the rooms were modern in design. Staff at reception and restaurants were friendly, very accommodating. Hotel manager was very kind, as we arrived very early from Athens she made an exception to allows us to check in early.

Amazing experience, we loved our stay! The staff very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was very good, the cleaning lady Maria was so friendly! The breakfast was very rich with cooking individually omelet and pancakes, the coffee very good quality. We had really memorable experience and we definitely will come back!

The food wasn’t great but maybe I’m just being picky location is quiet and maybe for older people although I did visit in may in between Heraklion and Malia taxis can get expensive

It was a memorable experience! I booked a swim up room and I will definitely come back! So calm, with such an elegant design, beautiful colours, and I really enjoyed the morning swimming in the pool, one step out of my balcony! Plus, I had the best sleep, so comfort beds! Delicious food, everything was fresh and local. A big thank you to the chef and all hotel stuff, a big smile😊 Till next time!

Amazing hotel. The room was perfect with straight access to the pool. The staff was amazing and willing to answer any question. The food was delicious with options for everyone and different menu everyday.

Special thanks to Theodore, he really tries to fulfill every wish and made our stay awesome. Also very well build place with rooftop jacuzzi.

Junior suite has beautiful infinity pool. Room design is stylish. Nice garden around. Do not feel other people around. All area is quite. Nice staff.

Breakfast food would love more variety. No juices. In the room were no blankets, only sheets. Modern aircondition electronic panel was not understandable. It stopped several times.
