The location, the bed was amazing and had a great night sleep. Eventhough you could here a little noise from the street, there was no such for inconvenience. Clean, good, would recommend and stay again!

A relatively new hotel close to the city centre and shops. It seemed quiet when we were there. The room was of a very high standard and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were helpful.

Accessing the hotel by private car can be a bit of a nightmare. It is on a very busy street with very limited parking to drop off and pick-up. With the police station next door, this was a bit troublesome. The available overnight parking for the hotel is in an underground car park a little walk away and this was fine

Perfect location right at the center. Amazing staff. Spacious Room. Very Clean. Good quality breakfast with a variety of products. Room service attentive and fast.

Parking arrangements could be better, however the upon fee provided parking is located very close to the hotel. In addition, bottled water at the room should be complimentary and not charged extra.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was huge and the sound isolation was great since nothing of the traffic could be heard in the room, and the hotel is on a fairly busy street. The balcony is lovely and there is a nice rooftop terrace with a view.

The only impracticality is that, if you have a car, they have to give you the key to the parking, so you have to stop for a while with your car in front of the hotel, on a rather awkward place. The same for when you pick your car up, you have to return to the hotel to give back the key, again stopping in the middle of the street.

Excellent location with good size room and very good service. Staff happily accommodated all our requests. The roof terrace is unique.

Parking provided nearby is not that convenient, pedestrian access is difficult and access to lift locked during early mornings/Sundays. A bit of walking from the hotel, however might be reasonable for such a centrally located hotel.

Central location in Ioannina. Great design and clean rooms. Breakfast was good and you can enjoy a coffee on the rooftop as well. There was parking provided from the hotel just 2 mins away. Staff were very polite and welcoming.

Everything was great

The hotel is central and elegant and the decoration is based on fashion design of Karl Lagerfeld. It gives a strong personality to the hotel. There is nothing superfluous though and the young staff is elegant and smiling. Everything very functional and comfortable. Breakfast was various and delicious.

The amenities in the bathroom could be more complete. There was only shower gel, no body cream and no shampoo.

We took the suprerior room with city view , whch is actually a street view. of teh building infornt of you. Other than that , this is a wanderfull hotel with a great service, great facilities, Great breakfast and magnificant roof top bar open until late hurs of the night Room was vey clean well maintained an quite. Great place.

The location is central when you like to be close to everything in a walking distance. The hotel's personel in every department, are absolutely friendly and ready to assist with anything might be needed. The junior suite was cute, the decoration style was nice along with the materials and the provided amenities as the bathrobes, much appreciated ! An additional positive point, the balcony with partial view to the lake, if visit again, will try to get , if possible another suite, more wider, beautiful balcony view. Thanks to all the staff !

One matter was .... the bath tub, which for us is essential when on holidays BUT, we found it not practical to use, because, when using the shower head, water goes all over the floor as the existing fitted shower glass is not able to withhold and keep the bathroom floor dry, while the bath mat gets soaking wet every time you use the bath... which is not practical either for the guests nor the housekeeping staff. Just a note of possible improvement....

A lovely hotel in the centre of Ioannina. Close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Car parking available close by for a fee. Comfortable room and bed. Excellent breakfast. Rooftop Bar/Restaurant with amazing views. Friendly staff and keen to help and advise. Highly recommended when visiting Ioannina.
