Very central location, walking distance from most of the city's significant locations. It feels recently renovated and fresh, with a good value for money ratio. High quality amenities, and a good breakfast. I would recommend it for a short stay.

The room was quite small, the balcony not the cleanest. There is no lobby. There is no breakfast area, so breakfast is served in the room, which on the one hand is nice (no waiting times), but on the other hand, you need to predetermine the time from the night before, and you need to use your bed as table and sitting area to enjoy it.

The room was small, but nice, comfortable beds, coffee machine with capsules in the room. Our room had a small balcony, although not much of a view, still nice to have it. The breakfast is delivered to your room and it was nice having it right there on the balcony.

Although the room was quiet ,facing the inner court and you cannot hear the street noise, the unpleasant noise the maid/hotel staff was continuously making woke us up early in the morning(6AM). The management definitely need to do something about it if they want their guest to leave the hotel with the smiles on their faces. The furniture on the balcony wasn't very clean, it was dusty and there were pigeon poops on it. I had to clean it before we could use it.

The hotel is very well cared for in details and very clean, located in the central area on a street full of bars, restaurants and shops that leads directly to the lakeside and close to all the major attractions. For those traveling by car, right in front of the hotel there is a public car park with spaces always available at a cost of €3 per day. One thing that I really liked is the "à la carte" breakfast which is rich and tasty and that above all is served directly to your rooms at the time you agree with the reception. Really kind and professional staff. See you next time!

Central Location with very good, clean and comfortable accommodation. Large and convenient bed, balcony with a view and very abundant breakfast.public parking for 3 euro opposite the hotel. Private one 100 meters away, for 6 euro.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Brettania in Ioannina. The central location was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant history and charming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of fresh and delicious options. I would definitely recommend Hotel Brettania to anyone visiting Ioannina!

Nice and modern room, clean and rather spacious. Very good central location, and tasty chocolates at the reception.

The room's window faced a wall, so you could see nothing. The breakfast was served in the room, which I found rather inconvenient because you have to agree on a time the night before, and what's more important, you get food that you will not eat and ends up in the garbage. Moreover, there was no place in the room to confortably eat breakfast, since the desk in the room barely fitted the tray.

If I could give this property an 11 out of 10, I would! Amazing location (right in the center of the city, walking distance to Pamvotida Lake, Ioannina Castle, and to amazing cafes and restaurants), wonderful clean rooms, decorations, amenities, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! The staff was amazing, the hotel was so pretty, the room was great.

The Hotel is located in a sort of main street that goes directly to the lake, 5 minutes walking and you can reach everything in town. There is a Park close by, 13 Euros for 1 entire day, this i what i paid during a feast day. Breakfast was rich and very good. At the reception they were very nice and kind. Great.

The location is excellent and the rooms were very well equipped. The staff were always willing to help and gave excellent advice and recommendations.

The breakfast can get a little monotonous since it is the same thing every day. Good, but the same thing. And if you want more Nespresso capsules after the first two, you need to pay 50c per capsule for the consecutive days. I would have liked to have it replenished every day, but compared to the prices in the shops, it is still cheaper than buying your own.

Lovely central location. Very clean, big and airy rooms. Staff were friendly and very very helpful. Not quite sure about the breakfast- delivered to your room but only one chair and a very small desk. This is only a small thing as everything was so lovely. The lady on reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our stay was perfect.

Breakfast- would have been nicer if there was an extra chair and another small table in the room to eat from- my sister and I were sharing and didn't really want to eat off the bed - saying this it didn't deter from a fantastic stay. I would stay again.
