We really liked this place! Very comfortable with a small kitchen and a decent sized space for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was awesome (we'd been in the south for a week and had little to no wifi for days so it was nice to catch up.) Lots of restaurants in the area- would be a great base for seeing a lot of this area, you could even walk downtown if you wanted, it's not too far. Private parking was a big plus! We'd definitely stay here again if we were in Heraklion.

It was mostly quiet but the doors are really loud when they close, which is a little startling. A door sweep to keep out some of the noise from the hallway would be great. The local area is a little noisy but not bad- I had to wear ear plugs but it was Saturday night so could have been more noisy than most nights- I'm a light sleeper so if you're not you won't have problems.

My husband and I booked a junior suite but we were upgrated to suite upon arrival. The suite was spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable. We stayed there for just one night, as we aimed at catching an early morning flight and wanted to spend the night near the airport, but we would highly recommend the hotel for longer stays as well.

Property is new, clean and well furnished. Would definitely recommend the property.

The tap water isn’t potable, and we were provided with two small bottles of water to drink. Not normally a problem but we arrived late in the evening so we couldn’t source more than what was in the fridge already. That is my only (minor) complaint.

The suite had everything we needed and more. Good to be able to sit out on the balcony with a coffee. Easy parking and seamless check in. Perfectly situated after a late arrival at the airport for a trip to Knossos the next morning.

Memory foam mattress (but that is just a personal preference. Wi-fi very patchy.

location 10 at a street with many shops and caffes, 10 minutes drive from the port. very well decorated, clean and new. nice bar downstairs. host friendly and helpfull

The air conditioner in the main bedroom didn’t function very well.

We didn't had the time to have breakfat, our plane was at 7, but everything was perfect, good location not far from airport and town center. Room very clean and service attended, the staff has also been very handy. Beds are very good. Perfect experience!

Great apartment, especially the bathroom was very cool. Close to Knossos and the Airport. Location by a cool main street with different shops and cafés. Great to get to know local life.

In the bedroom, you could hear the noise from the street quite well.

This boutique hotel was modern and very clean, with comfortable, large rooms and interesting decor. It was located in a modern area of the city which was a bit of a walk to the port area.

There was no breakfast available to us as it was a holiday.

We booked the room for my daughter's friends to stay while she was admitted to hospital. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive to them and communicated well with us through messages. We couldn't have wished for more.
