It was absolutely clean and the staff responsible Mrs Apostolia was taking care daily to check if we are satisfied . She did the extra mile with personal initiatives upgrading on her own our stay to a room with private pool which was much appreciated . The room was very clean and tidy every day . The property was close by to Kondouros beach bar which was the best in the area and you could stay the entire day in the place as everything was provided close by.

In general nothing bad in the property . There is a parking issue in the island and even though space was provided in the property to park , this was exposed to sun . If there was a sun protection for the cars , parking area this would be great .However you could easily park without problem . There was enough space . That was the only proposal for better !

As soon as we stepped in, a room upgrade was offered to us from the standard room to a bigger room with a private swimming pool. Apostolia, the Hotel Manager went the extra mile. During the check in she found out it was my birthday the next day and arranged an amazing surprise for me and my friends with a bday cake and a bottle of wine. She made the difference in general, personalized service, equal for every customer, always present for any assistance if needed. The location is great, close to the best beaches of the island. The room was amazing, clean and spacious.

Everything was perfect, the place, the ambient and the amenities. The room were spacious and the breakfast super delicious, but the best point of everything was the welcoming and reception office. The manager Apostolia really takes care of everything and the comfort of the guests. The best front desk!

I cannot say everything. We really enjoyed being there and working from there was easy.

It is supposed to be a boutique hotel, but it is more like a "wanna be" boutique. For example, the jacuzzi in the balcony gives it ai air of boutique but there is no privacy as other balconies are adjacent, while the jacuzzi anyway did not work. Breakfast was very standardised, nothing special, like a large hotel where quantity prevails over quality. The breakfast room had glass windows all around that did not open, with air conditioning on, like in a big hotel, when the location is prefect to have the sea breeze coming in.

The property was very good. The Manager in the reception was perfect. Very helpful for our transportation and what we can do around so don’t hesitate to contact her before your arrival

Maybe the location because if you don’t have your own transportation then you will need taxi and even for short distance they charge a lot

Located very nicely at Koundouros. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was awesome and large.

Just the fact that - like everything in Kea - is built on a slope and you have to climb a bunch of stairs carrying your bags. Not anyone’s fault though, but I’m mentioning it for elderly people to be aware.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and modern, overlooking the small, picturesque bay of Koundouros! The staff was very "warm", accommodating, and with a huge welcoming smile on their face! Actually, we had requested beforehand for an early check-in (since we had a wedding ceremony to attend and our schedule was pretty tight) and indeed the hotelier was eager to help and let us in earlier. This was greatly appreciated since not only we were able to follow our time plan but we also found the time to enjoy the beach bar and the swimming pool! Additionally, the breakfast buffet was rich at a beautiful indoor patio, so there was an unobstructed view through the glass yet an ideal, cool temperature to enjoy our food.

Everything was beautiful and the hotel was excellent, indeed! The only thing I would point out is that location-wise is a bit far from the port and the streets to get there are winding and narrow (Kea has probably the worst streets I have ever driven on a greek island -at least up to now!- and of course, this is not related to the hotel itself!).

The staff is truly amazing. They’re very kind and helpful and aim to go above and beyond where possible. Getting a welcome drink and cake was also a delightful surprise. I also really enjoyed the breakfast which had a decent selection of options. We had a spacious room with a small private pool and a view of the beach. The location is also great, you can just walk across the street to a beach or drive not even five minutes to reach other beaches. I’d definitely come back. Also, the bed and pillows were amazing!

The location was perfect. There are three beaches near the hotel with clean and beautiful water. The beach bars are so good. The location is so quiet. Perfect location for calmness and relaxation.

Great views. Beautiful and clean rooms. Was assisted about the area around by Apostolia during check in and was not disappointed. She recommended a great restaurant for us to have dinner. Thank you again.
