Staff is friendly and giving the maximum of the customer support. Rooms are modern, clean and fully equipped for a couple with a baby. The quality of the food is really good ! What I liked the most is the kindergarten with the wonderful lady Stella who kept my toddler entertained while I was relaxing with a massage at the hotels SPA.

The only thing that I did not like is the payment method. We booked our accommodation through booking and the amount was already “authorized” in our bank account. Upon our arrival we had to pay again the same amount that was already booked from the bank. That means we need to have the double amount in our bank account from the one we had planned to use! At the reception the staff reassured us that the first charge will return to our account. At the moment no money has returned to my bank account but on the contrary it’s double charged. This policy makes everything complicated and it should be changed.

The hotel was located about 30 minutes from the airport. Ioanna on guest relations assisted with arranging airport transfer for us. Our flight was delayed going out and once I had informed her of this, she reassured me that it wasn't a problem and she and the taxi would keep an eye out on the status of our flight. The taxi driver, Tonya, was fantastic too. She was waiting for us at the airport and was so friendly and happy to give advice/pointers on trips we could do from the hotel. She was our taxi driver on the return journey too, a lovely lady offering fantastic service. The hotel room was really lovely, great size, air conditioned and had a balcony with a partial sea view. The beds were great, I like a soft bed so was perfect for me but my partner prefers a harder mattress but this was not an issue. The whole hotel and surrounding area was pristine and immaculate and definitely did not have the feel of a hotel chain. The staff really put an effort into keeping the hotel spotless. The breakfast buffet was superb - the variety of food available was impressive from pastries, to fresh fruits and yogurts to fully cooked breakfasts and cold meats and cheeses. Their fruit juices were lovely too. Plenty of seating available both inside (with aircon) and out with views over the sea. At the Il Centro Pool & Snack Bar was great. The food was nice and the staff were all fantastic too, especially Kyriaki (F&B Captain) who was friendly and always offering up a smile and would stop to say hello to see how you were doing and if you needed anything. There was a spa at this hotel too. I didn't try out the facilities but did book a massage and facial treatment which was so relaxing and the ladies in the spa were so friendly and helpful. Overall we both loved this hotel and am looking forward to going back at some point.

The were a few things which I felt weren't the greatest but definitely nothing that would stop me from going back: 1. It is a little bit of a trek outside of Athens (about 1 hour-ish away) so if you want to go exploring or on any excursions you have to make your way back into Athens for these. 2. The beach across the road from the hotel was very pebbly but there were water activities available as well as a beach bar/restaurant. We didn't make use of any of the facilities at the beach. Apparently about 2 kms away there was a better beach however, we didn't get to go explore or use that beach but worth remembering or looking out for.

The hotel grounds were clean and well maintained and the rooms were brand new, modern and very well equipped, with adequate storage space and a very spacious bathroom! The buffet breakfast was of good quality and adequate variety, with freshly squished orange juice being a nice touch. The hotel beach area is well appointed, although the beach itself is pebbly and can be a challenge getting in/out of the water.

Although the pool area was lovely and had plenty of sun loungers, it was nearly impossible to find one without hotel towels thrown over it, as the hotel seemed to allow this practice for guests to "reserve" a lounger that remained unoccupied for hours until they returned from the beach or decided to use it. This should be taken care of, since we saw many guests complaining to the pool staff and finally having to leave the pool as there was nowhere to sit. Generally, the staff seemed not to be well aligned, with the majority being professional and polite while others were not up to the hotel standards. The check in / check out process was not very efficient, we had to wait for quite some time, especially for check out which should have been quite straightforward.

Friendly and approachable staff. Beautiful location and decor. Great facilities for eating with plenty of alternatives to choose from. All the food was delicious. Easy access to the beach via a tunnel under the road. Great service at your sunbed or the beach restaurant. Great views of the sunset every evening. Lovely, well-kept gardens.

Entering the sea is very stony and in two places there were entry points via a ramp. They could do with a couple more of these to the right side of the beach restaurant. Not many places nearby to walk to. Taxi or car needed.

Everything was beyond our expectations! We were traveling with our 3.5-year-old son, and the hotel was perfect for a family vacation. The family room was spacious, comfortable, and sparkling clean. The hotel had two outdoor pools, each with a separate children's pool, which was great for our little one. There is also an indoor pool, but since the weather was so nice, we chose to stay outside. The variety of food at both breakfast and dinner was fantastic—super delicious with plenty of options for our child. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the hotel’s amazing private beach access. It felt like a hidden gem, offering a peaceful and beautiful space to relax. It truly added something special to our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel!

It’s a small thing, but the laundry services could be a bit more affordable. Currently, they charge per piece of clothing if you want to send a laundry bag, which can add up. However, this wasn't a major issue for us—just a minor suggestion for improvement.

Modern hotel, close proximity to the beach (despite the very busy road it is easy to access) and lovely gardens. Fabulous buffet breakfast and dinner.

There was a drain smell in the bathroom which hit you as soon as you walked through your room door. It was also in the other room we booked located further down the corridor. The smell went away when we kept the fan on but it was always obvious every time we went through the door of the room. This was on the first floor. I have noted in previous reviews that people have complained about this so unfortunately in my experience it still needs to be resolved. I would’ve rated the hotel a perfect 10 otherwise.

The beach was close with sandy shore and plenty of free double sunbeds. The beach bar is connected to the hotel so all your food and beverages are charged to your room. There is DJ music on the weekend afternoon and water sports right on the spot (jet ski, doughnuts, wakeboard, kayaks). The entire hotel was super clean and organized, the staff were attentive and smiling. Half board food was delicious and plenty of variations every day.

There is not any. If I need to mention something, the beach bar service is a bit slow and in a few rooms the water does not drain in the shower.

The room was nice, big and comfortable. The hotel was very clean, up to date and new. Very pleasing aesthetically. The views are beautiful! And the pool area was gorgeous. We had breakfast included in our stay which was a great plus. The breakfast selection was great, there was a style suit everyone. We had booked this hotel as it was nearby where we needed to be, we were at family events most days so we didn’t have enough time in this hotel to give it a more detailed review so it’s a shame. If you’re booking this hotel, you really need to stay in the hotel to really make use of what you paid for. As it is a luxury hotel the prices are higher, but you definitely get what you pay for!

The hotel itself is very secluded. The closest supermarket is over a half hour walk away, (15min or so drive) and there’s not much restaurants etc around either, so you are limited to only what the hotel has to offer really. There are a few bars and restaurants in the hotel, but they all have the same menu. It would be great if the hotel itself had a mini market on site for essentials.. I would recommend you rent a car if you’re coming here!

From the start, when Martha checked us in- she was great, to Christos the gentleman who brought our heavy luggage to our room, to the happy faces at breakfast especially Christina, to the spa, everyone was fantastic. Christos gave us a fabulous restaurant Christoforos in a nearby village for the best lamb. The view from our room was amazing but the view at breakfast was truly breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised that in the height of the heat wave in Athens which is 1 hour away, that there a beautiful breeze that kept us cool. I would rate this as a 10.

The room could have been a little larger but overall it was well laid out. If they had a Greek restaurant on premises it would have made it perfect.

Very nice and clean garden and beach. Room up-to-date and nice details, e.g. comfortable baath room, A/C effective, low noise and blowing upwwards vs. in your face

1) vs. many other similar hotels / resorts, no complementary daily mineral or filtered water offered for the room 2) we booked half board and although dinner buffet had good variety, the food’s cooling quality was lacking, e.g. strange seasoning (great looking grilled / seasoned potato slices but upon tasting turned out they were sprinkled with vinegar thus sour. Why???), meats cooked too chewy and dry (except the lamb on one of the nights which was very well prepared, nice seasoning and juicy) 3) Bed was very soft for my taste 4) Limited opportunity to hang out at an air conditioned bar / lounge during the hot summer days to have a drink / eat
