Overall a great experience! We would visit again. The Deluxe Romantic suite was very nice - clean, tidy, blackout curtains, bed was comfortable, the A/C was strong, and there's a private hot tub on the balcony. The highlight was definitely the food at the all-inclusive buffet - delicious, fresh, and with local ingredients. For every meal there were authentic Greek dishes, sea food, international food (fries, sushi, etc), and a variety of desserts. Chef Chrysandros was phenomenal - very friendly, hospitable and was happy to accommodate my spouse who has particular dietary requirements. The reception staff and hotel manager were also lovely and very accommodating. They arranged affordable taxi transit to/from the Heraklion airport (around €40 one way).

The shore is not suitable for swimming as the sea floor is rocky/slippery. You'd need to book a taxi or rent a car to explore more beaches with soft sand or pebbles. The hotel does have a pool though and reception is happy to arrange for taxis if you wish to explore nearby beaches. In the mornings there was often noise, so not ideal if you're a light sleeper and plan on sleeping in past 9-10am.

- too much noise, in the hotel a lot of teenagers disrespectful, I think the hotel should do something because if you want to relax is not possible to listen to loud music/ voices at like 3/4 in the morning and also at the restaurant

Fantastic stay. I cant rate the service provided by the staff enough. This was by far the best hotel ive been too in terms of service, friendlyness and service.. nothing was too much trouble. the food was exceptional too! Particularly the pork on the live cook area. I would like to give a specific mention to the head Chef, waiters and the reception staff including Dimitra who really went above and beyond.. the roof top gym facing the ocean was also very cool. Nice local wine! My room was sea view which was just dreamy with the sea right outside!

The spa was overpriced 30 euros to use the Jacuzzi and sauna and some things not available due to covid and limited to 1 hour was overpriced! The Al a carte was not included in the all in package. Usually you get at least one sitting with your all in package. But as the main restaurant food was excellent I wasn't too bothered. But this would have just added to the experience.

The location is perfect, the restaurent of the hotel it's great we eat there mostly because the food is delicous and the prices are reasonable the waiters are proffesionals and kind especially Yanis. The breakfast was realy fine and diversified. There is a personal parking for the hotel's guests and it's very important at this area of Hersonissos. The staff is super kind and always smiling, and how can I write a review without mentioning Dimitria?? such a wonderfull woman with personal care, she gave us recommendations to beatiful beaches and always asked if anything is great, even decorate our room for our honeymoon :) thank you so much for wonderfull staying!!

the jacuzzi whitout a cover so it takes 4-5 hours till it gets hot .. so we didn't use it the first night and the next day we left it on to become hot and it turned off by himself so we didn't use it at all ..

The hotel, was beautiful comfortable throughout are stay, Helen the manger was very professional and friendly throughout are stay staff were amazing very friendly. looking forward to visiting again soon.❤️

The reason we will always be back in this hotel is Dimitra! We booked a suite because she recommended us this and I swear is the reason people come back! She is the sweetest girl in the world always ready to help and shine! Thank you for being so nice to us and the stars , 10 stars are only for you! The hotel needs to be really happy to have a person like you in the hotel. See you next year! We recommend and the hotel is really clean and nice located!

They need more staff because we checked that the receptionist do multiple jobs they do the groom too for example , or the maintenance boy do the groom and the maintenance and to open the air condition more often for us to enjoy the drinks in this heat

It was close to the waterside. There was lots of options for breakfast. They offered free Yoga classes on tuesday and thursday morning, which was awesome doing on the balcony early morning with the sea view!! And the Bus Stop 21 is nearby, max. 5 minutes walk. From the brown bus station at the airport you can easily get there by bus. You only need to take the bus in direction of Malia. The ticket price is 3,20€ p.P. The stuff was very friendly and welcoming!

Over all it was nice. But it was more of a party area, so sleeping with balcony doors open wasn’t possible. And there had been few ants in the WC.

Good location close to the sea and near to the city centre. Nice and helpful staff. Variety breakfast with many different dishes. Wonderful view from balcony on the sea side.

Very strange arrange of the room - the bathroom without basin, which is settle in the hall, close to the entrance door. A noise from the corridor - the room was located near the staircase and the elevator. The entrance door didn't stop any outside sound.

The locations is super good, it is really close to the sea, bars and restaurants as well. Our room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Vasyl, who is a Russian speaker person. All in all we liked this hotel and I can recommend for younger people.

The breakfast did not meet out expectations, the choice is not that big and I think that the omelette is really dry. The closest beach (in front of the hotel) is really wavy and stoned, it’s better to walk a little bit. Be aware, that at the evening in some rooms you can sleep with earplugs because of the noise.

I spent 5 nights in the hotel with friends. The staff was amazing. The location was great and the breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of awesome restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. The room had a balcony. Also there was a gym upstairs with a beautiful view. Palmera seaside restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay, not only is the food absolutely delicious but the staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. Everyone was super warm and smily.

The restroom was a bit too small and so was the area around it. But we managed and everything else really great
