We went in October with a 7year old girl so 3 of us Loved the food, it was wonderful in the main restaurant and the seating areas outside were so pretty We didn't try the upstairs restaurant Elios as the main one was just perfect We had a birthday evening at the Lower restaurant Rhodies, it was heaven! it was out 7yo's 7th birthday so they erealy looked after us + added balloons + put candles on a cake for her! so special. We stayed in the upper area + it was just beautiful Breakfast was amazing We chose all-inclusive + felt that that was just perfect for our break. Staff were AMAZING Service was AMAZING The kids' club was AMAZING - small and perfect, it felt boutique + not crowded and so far away from the tacky view I had of a kids club (we'd never used one before) + Anna was so good as their children's entertainer, no booking is needed just turn up and your child can come and go timing-wise. We booked a 2-bed kitchenette (only used to make tea as all-inclusive was amazing!) and I have to say the pics do NOT do the room justice! 2 terraces! just lush. Booking a hire car was so simple + easy breezy too at reception We will be back!!

We went in October at the end of the season, so the pool was a little chilly for us tbh but it did not detract from the otherwise PERFECT holiday. I realyl cannot say anything bad about it.

Pool area was great for lounging around. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Mini golf gave us some evening fun before dinner everyday. The food was great, with plenty on offer. The all inclusive package was amazing value and included access to the 2 al a carte restaurants, the buffet restaurant and al a carte lunch and a great selection of cocktails (thank you Nikos - your cocktails were great!) The hotel has a great app which allows you to check the menus, make reservations and see the daily entertainment schedule. The spa has a great range of massages on offer and although expensive, they are great and staff are very knowledgeable. Katherine offered a great morning yoga session which we really enjoyed. The front desk were always helpful, arranging car hire taxis, and anything else you need! The shuttle bus is great for getting into the local town.

The pool doesn't open until 10am and the gym 8.30am which was a little late for us. Some item on all inclusive require additional payment but throughout our whole stay we didn't feel the need to pay for any additions. The all inclusive menu offers an amazing choice. (All my images of food and drink are from the all inclusive menu). The hotel Is a little out of the way so I would recommend considering a car hire for at least a day to explore the area.

The hotel itself and the grounds were very nice. The pools were great, and the bar service and food was good quality. The views from our apartment were amazing, and it was very quiet, so great for a relaxing break. The supermarket was good value and quite inexpensive considering they have a captive audience. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

The location was too far out of town for us. The shuttle service was frequent and very useful, but you couldn't walk anywhere from the hotel, it was too cut off. We hired a car and spent a lot on cabs. The opening and closing hours of the pools need to be extended, 10am -6pm, was a little restrictive if you like an early morning swim. The sofas in our self-catering accommodation were quite uncomfortable.

The lobby and the 2 swimming pools, the activities, the staff, the food. We had half board and we appreciated having a different buffet every evening, along with the evening entertainment.

We had an apartment with kitchen, we really missed having a washing machine as part of it. 10€ for a laundry in the common laundry room (and booking a time needed as there are only 2 washing machines) felt really overpriced. And as many others already said, we would have liked longer opening times for the swimming pool, closing at 6pm felt really early. Mattresses were too soft for us. Otherwise the apartment was fine, but didn’t feel like 5 stars.

The stuff is excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent, a large hotel with many services and big parking area. The rooms are big, with everything you need in the room, every day arranged the bedding and towels were changed. Good gym and great yoga classes. There are 2 outside pools, clean and big with many sunbeds and good cafes in the area. Free entry to really good beach (reservation is needed).

The floors in the rooms were not cleaned. Breakfasts are not good at all, very "tired" vegetables, very poor selection and almost everything is not tasty. Dinners at the main restaraunt - every day a buffet according to a different theme, on the day of italian food it was really bad and caused us not to eat at the hotel in the following days, we came back after a few days and had a local dinner and it was good. There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, the coffee can be bought in the hotel's mini market.

The outdoor scenery and fresh air gave our group a welcome scene to rest for our vacation. The activities available were good and the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel made our stay in the region a pleasant one.

The food choices in the accessible regions and at the hotel could be improved, as food at the hotel was fairly standard yet required a reservation to access. The distance from town and no pre-approved list of restaurants made our group improvise a lot for our meals, while running into a few tourist traps.

You notice that hotel got a complete revamp. They want to attract a different kind of clientele, and they are succeeding as well. The location is sublime. Everything is thought of, the staff are tremendously friendly. You have several restaurants at the resort where you can enjoy various dishes. There is a shop where you can also go and buy things if you would like to cook for yourself. Our suite was considerable and we had a beautiful view. We also used the SPA and the duo massage was incredibly nice.

Since it is a revamp and not a new hotel, you also still have the clientele that have been going there for years. On instagram, you get the feeling that you can unwind and relax and get zen there. You can't find that mindset or feeling 100% yet.

The villa is beautiful, it has really great facilities for families both in the rooms themselves but also a nice trampoline and playground plus a really nice and large pool. The owner Miranda is as nice and helpful as someone can ask for. Breakfast was also great.

You should be aware that this place is pretty remote, it mostly impacts two parts: - There's a pretty long and curvy drive to any direction you want to go, it's not a big issue for adults but if you're driving with kids who are prone to car sickness this drive can be a little exhausting. - There's no cellular reception at the resort (there's pretty good Wifi coverage in it)

We loved almost everything about the place, the service in the reception, the baggage-service guys, the apartment exceeded our expectations, stunning views all over, great cleaning, the pool that was beautifully placed in at the base of a small grass hill, the atmosphere and interior ind entrence hall, the bar/cafe by the pool, the tennis and fitness room, beautiful yoga area and not the least - the Cat cafe <3. All in all atmosphere, service and facilities were exactly what we dreamed of. We went with our kids of 11 and 12 and they loved the the resort and area as much as we did. We went on many day trips and didn't eat much at the restaurant, but we will try Rodes next time :-D

We only tried the Elia, but was very disappointed with the plates, quality of the fish and meat as well as the plate composition. Wine selection in the shop could be expanded somewhat. The guy to took photos and sold them at break fast was not up front with the deal he offered, changed it when we asked for one photo (that was not possible to buy he said after saying the one picture was 10 euros) and it created an uncomfortable sitation. We found him rude and oddly defensive and didn't buy.

Two bedroom apartment with 2 separate terraces was lovely. Bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of storage. Kitchen well equipped, including a clothes airer and iron/ironing board. Volleyball and aqua aerobics were excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. The Cretan breakfast at Rodies was fantastic. Pool areas well managed with plenty of shade options. Good opening hours for the shop. Loved the plant and tree variety throughout the complex, along with the herb garden at Rodies.

While the evening entertainment was very good, the sessions could've been a little longer. No left handed putters for mini golf. Maybe a higher fence for volleyball court to allow for the occasional loose shot! Games room a little small.
