We had a truly pleasant stay, with everything meeting our standards. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the poolside bar offered amazing sunset views and very tasty cocktails, made by the best team of bartenders! The staff were all very friendly, contributing to an overall great experience.

one small detail I didn't quite like was the transfer service. Before our arrival, I was informed that a shared ride from the airport costs €50 and a private ride €100. For a hotel of this caliber and given the room prices, this service should be complimentary, especially considering the airport is less than a 10minute drive.

One of the best experiences of my life! The hotel, the rooftop and our room was out of this world! We traveled to 5 countries in the past 4 weeks and this is by far my favorite!

I believe the quality of the food options at the restaurant should match the high standards of the hotel and the service provided. The food was not as memorable as everything else.

Top hotel, nice pool area, Meraki restaurant on a high level as always. Clean, fantastic atmosphere and good staff. From the moment you enter and feel the parfum in the air - you know its Cavo Tagoo!

Too much walking to the room + two elevators :/ Some of the staff can be a little bit more polite (reffering to men gender; ladies are fantastic). E.g. at the dinner sommelier Juan was so pushy for the wines that it led to irritate the whole table - whatever we asked, he offered the most expensive and after we say no - he kept going on and on, insisted and insisted - no need for this guys, we spent a lot of money anyway.

Room decoration was amazing, breakfast was amazing.

The room that we booked had a private pool but there was not any wall between other room's pool. So if both rooms decided to swim at the same time you can basically see them very closely. Room was very close to the road, we could be seen from busses or long cars

When we checked in, it wasn’t that welcoming. Not much information was provided to us other than to wait in lounge/pool area til 2pm when our room may be ready. We arrived at 12pm. We decided to venture into town, no one told us they provided us courtesy vans to Mykonos town until AFTER our room was ready and we checked in again. We walked in the heat to get there and back.

CHIC! CHIC! Amazing atmosphere! The breakfast was THE MOST AMAZING lay out and presentation that I have every seen - and I have traveled the whole of Europe, Far East and North America. Not just the quantity but the style, elegance and decor and tastefulness of the whole lay out. The pool and dining area are the highlights, love, love the lounge beds by the pool, very chic!! If you are looking for a chic, luxury, lounge vibe, modern, then this is it! Look no further.

- Breakfast buffet was amazing and had plenty of choice in all aspects - The Spa was great, the masseuses really knew what they were doing and the whole experience was top notch - Bed were really comfortable - The beds on the main pool were relaxing with plenty of room for cocktails and food - Location was good, not too far from the old town

- None of the pools including private one were heated - Service can be hit and miss. Was hard to get attention near the pool and lack of communication around a delayed transfer - Main pool is just above a main road which means you see the top of coaches go past which lessens the luxury feel

YOU MUST STAY IN THIS HOTEL. This is the best hotel I have ever been in my entire life. I have been to luxurious ones all over USA, Dubai, Malaysia but this one exceeded our expectations. Staff are beyond nice from drivers to concierge(Nicholas) , they are very welcoming and helpful. Best food in Greece, we have never tasted steak and burger like that, even the wugy beef is Delicious. The breakfast is out of this world. Let even not talk about the rooms decorum,cleanliness and the smell. We are 10000000% satisfied and I will recommend it to everyone.

This hotel is on top of the bucket list and I’ve done it. We celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary there, from the time you enter the hotel there is a sense of Paradise, elegance and beauty.The rooms are Divine and so clean, turn done service is exceptional. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the night vibes is so electric, from live music the mood is totally party and the view is to die for. The breakfast is a small feast, something for everyone they cater to your every need,nothing is too much you can have any and everything. I recommend the omelette with everything (lol). The chef surprised me and I must say 10/10. All the staff members are so well presented and Beautiful really Good Example.

The Resturant is hugely over priced. We went for supper our first night there.The service is exceptional but the food did not warrant that price tag, The glass of wine was €45 and it was barely 1/4 full not even a full glass. The dessert was over priced.If your looking for places to eat there is so much variety down the road and so much better,so I recommend taking a walk. The love tray is overpriced as well but that’s another story and the Photography service is a rip off period. The pools should be heated, not one heated pool in the entire spot.
