Everything !! The property is immaculate and beautifully designed with amazing views over Ornos. We were kindly upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom house by wonderful Leonardis , which was lovely for my daughter and myself, giving us our own gorgeous bedroom and bathroom each. We also loved the terrace and the additional bean bag sun beds. Loved the delicious huge breakfast served to our terrace each morning by lovely Panos , it really was a feast and the freshly baked cakes and pastries are different each day 😀. Dios gave us great service and made us delicious cocktails to enjoy by the pool whilst listening to nice music. We felt so comfortable and safe here.

Nothing. The short walk down to ornos beach can be a little daunting the first time you do is as it’s a fairly busy road with no pavements but after the first time, you know how to navigate it and believe me the property and views are worth the walk

This is a long review so stay with me! This place was absolutely incredible. Our villa was so private and our room was so spacious. We had a gorgeous sea view, the pool area was divine with incredible views - we spent many hours there! There were also lovely little places to just sit and take in the views especially the large terrace at sunset! The daily abundant breakfast on our private terrace was also magnificent… we were very spoilt and our host Leonidas along with Panos and the rest of the crew were just so welcoming, helpful and just lovely! They just bent over backwards to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The daily room clean was bliss… coming home after a day out to clean towels, freshly made bed and fresh bottled water. And to top it off, a private driver to take us to and from Kostantis Beach Restaurant at Ornos Beach was amazing. Such luxury! Highly recommend you do this during your stay! The bus to take you to Mykonos Town literally stops 100m up the road.. If you come to Mykonos you must stay at Leonis Summer Houses. Absolute luxury but not a luxurious price. For months before our trip I just couldn’t wait to get to Leonis and it was everything and more! If I could I would give it an 15/10.

Absolutely nothing!

We stayed at this charming hotel during our first visit to the beautiful island of Mykonos, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We selected the hotel based on its unique location and concept, which immediately appealed to us. The hotel offers 10 apartments, allowing you to enjoy the privacy and tranquility of your own space, without giving up the comforts of hotel service. What particularly impressed us was the breakfast concept: you choose a time the night before, and the next morning, breakfast is delivered directly to your apartment. This allowed us to enjoy a relaxed start to the day without having to worry about preparing food or cleaning up – the perfect balance of independence and service! Despite being among the last guests of the season, the property was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. We lacked nothing, and the full range of services was still available. From the first moment to the last, we felt completely at ease. Special thanks go to the warm and welcoming owner, Leonidas, and the friendly staff, Dios and Panos. They took great care of us with enthusiasm, making us feel welcome and appreciated, even at the end of the season. Their personal touch made our stay truly unforgettable. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – for anyone seeking a blend of peace, comfort, and warm hospitality on Mykonos, this is the perfect choice! We hope to be back soon.

Third time in Mykonos , and first time at this property . What can I say , our group was blown away with the hospitality , the views , the accommodation. This absolute gem is perched with the most outstanding views we felt we had the whole property to ourselves . As a group of 8 we couldn’t have asked for more . Thank you thank you ,for making our trip one to remember. Leonis organised our driver for the week who was on hand 24/7 . Nothing was too much trouble . The home cooked and prepared food was first class , I’m going to miss the baked goods , and poolside potato salad and fries ! Count down till we meet again in 2025 !

Breakfast was of excellent quality (freshly made) and brought to our rooms when requested. Very relaxed atmosphere and lovely pool view. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure we could relax. Great location - 5 minutes down to beach and 20 minutes into town. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday! Easy and flexible check-in. Rooms were spacious, excellent showers and fully fitted kitchen, beautiful private terrace with nice vista views.

Everything was excellent!!! If we're really looking for something to add, it would be umbrellas/parasol for pool area and perhaps more hot food options throughout the day

Incredible stay!!!! We loved every minute here. Beautiful villas and houses all built purposefully for this property and the intertwined balconies and patios are so intriguing! Easy to get to everything via bus which can pick you up and drop you off out the front if you just ask but honestly we spent most of the time chilling out doing absolutely nothing!!! All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly can book whatever you need and the breakfast included was a great way to start the day.

Pros - lovely big modern rooms fully equipped with air con, fridge, coffee machine, etc. The sea view apartment was particularly great as you wake up and look straight out to the sea. The breakfast every morning is amazing they bring loads of fruit, yogurt, pastries, freshly baked Greek specialties and they set them up for you at the table on the patio outside the room which is such a treat. The staff was so accommodating with all our requests including allergies and intolerances. There is a transfer / taxi company associated with the hotel that is reliable and convenient although a bit more expensive than taxis. The pool area is amazing, great food, great drinks, great staff, great music, really relaxing. Also this is walking distance to a few beaches in Ornos, restaurants, supermarkets etc and we didn’t find the walk to be long or treacherous at all. The property is well kept, quiet, friendly staff, well positioned, always felt private and safe. There was also a friendly resident cat that joined us for breakfast every morning. We didn’t find anything better value for money.

Some very minor cons - we did get some bugs in the room every day presumably just because of proximity to the sea and being slightly exposed to the front of the property. We also found the shower drain a bit tricky and could flood the bathroom but we figured out how to make it work after a couple of days so just something to keep in mind but obviously not a dealbreaker!

Leonis Summer Houses was the perfect place for our stay in Mykonos. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful compared to the craziness of Mykonos town. Leonidas and his team went above and beyond with their help and recommendations for the island and made our experience of the island x10 times better. The breakfast everyday was so delicious and to eat it in front of the incredible views over Ornos beach is a memory we will treasure forever! One of the friendliest and most beautiful places we have ever stayed. We would come back in a heartbeat - thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful property! Exactly as it looks in the photos! Gorgeous pool area and you can order drinks and snacks by the bar at the pool. Great staff, very friendly and accomodating. Beautiful breakfast on our terrace every morning. Short walk to great restaurants and the beach. Short bus ride into beautiful Mykonos town. Very quiet place, stylish, spacious room, an all round great experience! Thank you! 👍
