New (2021) large rooms, small balcony with 2 chairs and table. Great water view from balcony. Central to the beautiful old town restaurants, shopping. Tall ceilings, cool lighting and décor. Great central place to stay to see all the archeological sites. Could use 5-6 days minimum to see the key sites plus soak in old town! Staff very personable!

Shower could benefit from a door . Water goes everywhere. Fan in bathroom should be stronger steams up entire bathroom when showering and condensation makes floor very slippery. Breakfast- great variety and selection. Liked the cheese and ham , chocolate croissants freshly made and warm. Omelette good size but slightly overcooked. More hangers in room and available on request please.

The hotel was near the port, away from central action, but easy to get to anything. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was excellent. I was surprised that we had rented 5 of the 6 rooms in the hotel. So our party made up almost all the guests for our stay.

I had rented 5 rooms and put my wife and I in the most expensive room. It turned out there were more stairs than we expected. So we switched rooms with a younger couple in our group. It was still a lot of stairs to our room. The top room had no windows so that was a downside to that room also. There was a local election going on so a loud event took place one evening. We went into town to eat to but still heard the noise. Luckily the event ended before we went to bed.

A tastefully decorated, small boutique hotel with staff that go out their way, this hotel is worth every cent. Although it is pricier than many hotels in Nafplio, it is worth it . I had told the staff that it was my 20th wedding anniversary and they made it very special for us with many romantic details. The room was comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

Even though the food was great the restaurant was empty in comparison to others, which I can't really understand. We were the only guests which was a bit odd, but the good food more than made up for it.

Great breakfast in the dining room served at our convenience. Above all is the staff who were helpful and welcoming from start to finish.

My only complaint--a small one in this lovely and greatly accommodating hotel--is that there were exit/safety LED lights in our room which aimed right toward the bed which were so bright that they kept me awake. I appreciate safety measures but have never encountered this issue in any other hotel so hope there might be a better way to adjust them.

The breakfast was delicious. Location is super central. the staff were very nice and helpful. We had the “Creation Suite” upstairs with the private balcony and appreciated the hot tub. The kids loved it !

There were no Windows or view at all in the Creation Suite (to air the room we had to open our door. Not recommended for claustrophobic people or if you appreciate a good view / light. We did have a skylight (that we couldn’t open) or close with blinds, which meant we got woken up super early by the sun.

Great breakfast, you may choose from a number of options. Superb location in the old city, near the port and restaurants. Superb staff.

Emergency green light that turned on all the time was right opposite the bed and disturbed my sleep. there was a big balcony in my room but it was a construction in the next building and construction workers started as early as 7 a.m. Parking is in the port public parking area, that might be quite challenging on weekends.

Lovely staff in an excellent location. The rooms are very good, and benefit from being larger than your standard Marriot etc as it has that ‘boutique’ quality.

There’s no lift because it’s a listed building but staff more than happy to help anyone needing it.

They are very accommodating with special request. Me and my boyfriend had our anniversary and they arranged a chocolate cake, wine and decorated the room with candles. Very lovely! Enjoyed our balcony and actually everything! Shower was good, breakfast also great. Location near the sea and just around the corner of good restaurants and italian ice cream shop.

I’m very sensitive if it comes to mattresses.. Maybe the mattress was a bit too soft /not straight.

The location is great! We were able to walk around the city center and even to the castle nearby. There are great restaurants nearby and the restaurant in the hotel is great too! All the staff were pleasant and the hotel is very clean! Our room was exceptional and having access to the rooftop jacuzzi was an added bonus to staying in the Creation room. The bed was comfy, the bathroom super clean and the extra room with the sofa gave us plenty of space.

The Creation room is on the third floor so you have to climb to sets of stairs. With luggage it's a little much, but the stay at the hotel and the rooftop jacuzzi was well worth it! It would have been nice to have a balcony view from the room but the view from the jacuzzi of the castle made up for it!

We liked the location very much. Close to all the action. Also the staff were very friendly. Although some of them did not understand English very well, they tried their best 2 please🙂 The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the towels superb and the room decor was really nice.

-It would be nicer to have a privacy screen to the balcony with Jacouzi. -Also, there were no mirrors in the room but the owner Mr. Theo was very helpful and actually carried a free standing mirror from reception area himself😁😁😁. - The cleaning staff kept forgetting to replace the coffee mugs and small towels in the bathroom but no biggie! - Whoever wants to book the Creation Suite has to know that they have to climb two floors!! Not a big deal for active people
