My husband and I booked Pension Dafni at a time when pretty much every other room in town was booked. But it looked like it would be fine. We were pleasantly surprised by the Pension. The restaurant and the outdoor space is lovely. The room had everything we needed, though it was a little small with a weirdly angled wall - my husband kept catching his foot on the corner of the bed frame. The front desk staff is very helpful, and the place was clean and well located, the two most important things for us. And it's a great value, too!

There were 3 bars of soap in the room when we arrived. We opened two of them, put one in the shower and one by the sink. After they cleaned the room, the 2 opened soaps were gone, and we were left with just one unopened bar. Oops.

We spent 11 nights which were amazing! The room was spot clean and the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. The location is the best there is cause it's near the beach 'Arvanitia" and also near the old town. Everything is only a few minutes away (2'-10') walk. The public bus station is 3 minutes away by foot.. The rooms are quiet without any cafes or restaurants at the street of the pension which helped us relax whenever needed. Amazing breakfast, really delicious with fresh ingredients and many options to choose from! I surely recommend it and we will visit again for sure!

great location. beautiful hotel. tue rooms are spacious, very clean, very accommodating. we were 17 people in 3 rooms and everyone had space and everyone were comfortable. thale staff was fantastic. speak great English and was very helpful. we had breakfast in the hotel and it was delicious. the staff was so nice. also they gave us a great recommendation for dinner near by. there is a supermarket near by. 2 min walk. there is a refrigerator in the rooms. the dock is really close by. we give the place 10

Pansion Dafni exceeded all expectations! The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to every taste. The location was unbeatable, nestled in the heart of Nafplion, within walking distance of charming shops, historic landmarks, and the picturesque waterfront. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel in the old town ! The room was great, with a spacious balcony, delicious breakfast with three options to choose from. You can eat inside or in the courtyard. The hotel staff were friendly, and everything was impeccably clean. The location is excellent – just outside, there are plenty of restaurants, the beach is within short walking distance, and the stairs to Palamidi fortress are nearby. The hotel doesn’t have parking, so we parked further down the street, but it wasn't an issue at all. If I return to Nafplio, I would gladly stay here again ! ❤

Some people might not like that there is no parking nearby

The Pension is in a great location in the old town. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and in my room was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was always served with a smile and was freshly cooked with a good variety of dishes to choose from. It was served outside in a pretty courtyard. My room at the Pension Dafni was very clean and comfortable and was a good size. It had a little balcony. I really enjoyed my stay at the Pension Dafni and I look forward to staying there again. Thank you to Maria and Marina and to everyone else who works there for making my stay so enjoyable, and a special thank you for helping me with my Greek homework. 😊

The room was lovely in a beautiful neighborhood. It was easy to find. Parking available nearby. The road near the hotel is accessible by car to drop off bags. However, the road is extremely narrow! The room was very comfortable and staff welcoming and helpful. An excellent suggestion for dinner. The beds were not super comfy but were okay. We did have breakfast at the location which was good and convenient since we were up early. It was an additional cost. Would stay here again if lucky enough to return to Nafplio!

Such a lovely, family run hotel with beautiful rooms, right in the heart of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips of what to do and where to eat. The breakfast was reasonably priced with a great choice and generous portions, the waffles were a favourite! We are a family of five so often can't stay in hotels, but Pension Dafni had a great family room which fit us all in comfortably.

Nothing, we loved it!

Everything. This family business is wonderful! All the staff and family are delightful and nothing is too much trouble for them! The location is excellent, the breakfast to die for, and the rooms are comfortable and accessible by lift. Easy to access the hotel from the waterfront. no hills to climb.

Nothing to mention

Everything from the staff, the location, the rooms, you name it, in my opinion it was excellent in every way. A special mention to the staff in particular who were fantastic. Oh, and the breakfast was magnificent! My parents, who accompanied my wife and 2 children felt exactly the same way and would definitely return.

A few minor adjustments in the room to make it a little more child friendly would be great. And the door handle kept falling off. You might want to fix that.
