Extremely clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Chora

Not enough umbrellas by the pool. Beach beds not in action until the day of our leaving- bitter/sweet that the beach license only came through that day. Wifi could have been better

Gym was a complete let down and should probably be condemned.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and service oriented :) The location, the pool, the beds, and the food were great. Our view of the pool and the beach was lovely. The discounted sunbeds with towels and a bottle of water on ice were also wonderful!

The room was nice, but for a Superior room it was quite small and the shower layout was not very convenient. Also, my sister was staying at a much less expensive property without all the amenities, however, the property provided transportation to and from the airport or the port for their guests. That would have been a nice benefit given the price and status of this beautiful resort :)

The breakfast was out of this world. The breakfast spread was amazing. The hotel workers were great. They were very helpful and provided us with places to go and recommended awesome restaurants. The beaches were wonderful. We went to Glinfana beach. The beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. The food was good at the only restaurant located on the beach. You were able to order drinks on the beach and the waiter from the restaurant bought the drinks to your chair. It view was breathtaking. I recommend this beach to all that visit Naxos. The habor town in Naxos has wonderful shopping stores at reasonable prices.

I can't say anything bad about the visit.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent A/C. We did the half-board which included breakfast and dinner. The food was excellent with lots of variety. Dinner was a set menu which included bread, dip, salad, appetizer, main and dessert. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options. The location was ideal - close to Giorgios Beach and Old Town. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was relaxing and clean. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

The prices for drinks were a bit expensive but not too surprising.

The location was fantastic, the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly & the pool side service and food was amazing. Our facilities were great.

Our air conditioner did not work well. It struggled to cool down the room. The shower drain was also blocked on our arrival but after speaking to management they sorted this problem out fairly quickly. We also spoke to management about the air con but that problem didn’t seem to be fixed, air conditioning still struggled to cool our room down to anything below 25 degrees.

location, bed & breakfast. All very satisfactory. But your staff were the highlight and Anthemis was an absolute delight. Helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and personable. A credit to your establishment.

Shower curtains! What are you thinking ? They went out in the last ice age. You very rightly project to be a beautiful resort and are deserved of such a title but you let yourselves down with cheap, tired and not very clean shower curtains.

The location is great. It is one minuet walk to the beach and 5 minuet walk to Old Naxos Town!

The room was warm and never seam to cool down. Bathrooms are decent.

The staff was friendly and nice and very warm. Overall they were kind and responsive to any questions I had. The location was great, everything you need within walking distance. Access to the beach was good and the pool was great!

My one concern about this resort was the very poor and inconsistent wifi access. I asked twice for some resolution, and other than working in the lobby, there wasn’t many options. Apparently a technician came to check but wasn’t able to solve the problem. I struggled to do basic email on their network. The restaurants in town had faster and more consistent wifi than this resort.
