Tina, Thank you so much for your welcome and help, it was as though we had known you for years. Your help with the Taxi & Luggage was really appreciated. A charming family run hotel and a pleasure to stay with you, rooms were very comfortable and impeccably clean throughout our stay and it was also a pleasure to meet the owners Irene & Vassilis Location is perfect at the top of the hill near the castle, amazing rooftop views and 3 minutes walk to the town, albeit we took the wrong turning on a few occasions, but that didn't matter as you found so many nice alleyways full of charm & friendly faces.

We could have stayed a few days longer for sure !!

Perfect location for the town. Harbour and public transportation very close by. You are in the middle of the old town right under the castle area. Taxi driver no. 24 or 26 know how to bring you there. The place is great, but you need taxi driver or google maps to get to the place. With heavy luggage better use taxi for the first way there. When leaving you might know where to go and not have too many steps. The terrace on the hotel top has a great view, but no shade during the day. We had room 116 downstairs, which was very nice and comfortable and colder during the night.

The double bed mattress was very hard and the pillow too high and hard as well. My wife could handle it. I had to use one of the two additional single beds and my small soft pillow I take with me during travel.

Our stay at the Panorama Hotel, Naxos, was extraordinary and exceptional in more ways than one! After three fantastic days and nights on this beautiful island, we had just said goodbye to our wonderful hosts when, a few minutes later, my partner fell and broke their arm badly. I cannot speak highly enough of our hosts, Vassilis, Irene and Tina. Vassilis, a medical doctor, gave my partner immediate first aid, then he and Irene escorted us to their car, and drove us to the local hospital, and stayed with my companion while he received treatment, translated and explained complex information to him, collected medication from a local pharmacy, drove us back to the hotel, gave us an extra night's accommodation, gave my companion practical help and information about getting me back to Athens for surgery, and did everything they could to ensure that we were as comfortable and reassured us as much as possible. All this happened during the Greek Easter period, when the family were taking a vacation from their busy lives to spend time with their son. Yet they had all the time in the world for me and my companion, and made us both feel like part of the family. Even after our return to Athens, our hosts kept in regular contact, speaking with staff at the hospital where my partner was treated, offering whatever support and assistance we needed, What can I say? The planned part of our stay was exceptional, but the unplanned part was even more so. An unforgettable experience with unforgettable people who are now lifelong friends. Needless to say, we'll be back!

Nothing.

Absolutely loved Panorama Hotel. Tina was an incredible host, giving us so many ideas for things to do in Naxos. The room had the most beautiful view across to the Portara. The location was fantastic, just a short walk down to all the beautiful restaurants and shops, the beaches and easy walk to the Port for ferry transfers. Daily housekeeping was so nice too. I highly recommend Panorama. We absolutely LOVED NAXOS! There are steps and inclines walking up to Panorama, so just be ready to get your heart rate up :-) TOUR RECOMMENDATION: Absolutely do the Full Day bus tour around the island. Tina will provide all the details.

Nothing at all.

Panorama Hotel was the perfect place for us to call home while in Naxos. Dimitris met my husband and me at the port with a smile to help us with our luggage. The hotel is in the historic centre of the town, at the foot of the castle, and only about a five minute walk from the port. It's easy to get lost in the beautiful winding streets surrounding the hotel, but that's part of the fun. :) The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff are all lovely and truly want to ensure you are happy with everything during your stay. Dimitris, Irene, and Pat were all readily available to assist us with anything we needed. We were also treated to a bottle of wine upon our arrival, as it was our honeymoon, and we appreciated their thoughtfulness so much! There is a rooftop terrace with stunning views of the harbour and the Portara - we ended every night in Naxos having a drink on the rooftop just watching the world go by. The proximity of Panorama Hotel to the countless restaurants and shops is ideal. It is also conveniently located near the bus station, where you can travel to the many beautiful beaches along the coast, as well as villages more interior to the island. 100/10, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and have promised ourselves to do so! Thank you, Dimitris, Irene, and Pat!

We liked absolutely everything about Panorama hotel. Tina met us at the harbour to escort us up to the hotel and she hugged us goodbye when we left. What a wonderful and caring hostess she is. Also housekeeping staff was kind and smiling all the time. We had the penthouse room with fantastic views over the old town, harbour and and Portara just beside the old castle. We recommend going there for a drink on the balcony. We also rented a buggy to explore the island and had a great day. All our six days in Naxos were just perfect.

The room was clean and quiet and the beds were really comfortable. The breezy views of the Portara from the roof terrace were breathtaking. We extended our stay as we were so happy here. Irini and her team were so welcoming and always on hand with tips and advice - we were really impressed by the level of service. We were even greeted by home made lemon-ginger-ade which was so welcome after walking up the steep slopes and steps of Chora to the hotel! We will absolutely stay here again.

Nothing!

Manos met us at the ferry terminal and led us through the winding labyrinth to the hotel. The location was in the heart of the winding streets of the old market - absolutely idyllic and 10 minutes from the waterfront restaurants, ferry terminal and bus station (buses to Agios Prokopios €4 return and 20-30min journey time). The room was clean and the perfect size, with a comfortable bed and perfectly adequate shower. Full size hairdryer and mini fridge appreciated! The small balcony area outside our room had perfect views of the port and Portera but the absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace with truly panoramic views to Paros, Mykonos and the stunning sunset. On our last night, we picked up a bottle of wine from the deli at the port, gyros to take away from Picantico and enjoyed both on the rooftop terrace as the sun set - truly spectacular. For the price, this place is absolutely unmissable.

Nothing!

Being at the Venetian palace itself was incredible when it came to views. The hotel had a little common terrace where we would have a view of the entire city and most importantly the portara, Apollo's temple. Our room was changed on the last night (no reason given), but it wasnt a hassle, the staff took care of moving the already packed suitcases. Both rooms were very basic yet functional. AC and hot water worked. The view was better in the second room we had. The reception staff was great: provided info on sights and even advised on a tour we ended up doing and enjoying. To get to the hotel was a little tiring seeing its all uphill, but we also were offered help to get up in case it was needed.

Both rooms could use a little renovation with furniture. Also both rooms smelled a bit moldy.

This hotel was in the beautiful old town of Chora in Naxos. It was up the winding roads of the ancient city in the port. It was so conveniently located to get there yet was an adventure to walk through the gorgeous old city and Manos our concierge met us at the port and carried our bags! The hotel itself was lovely, quaint and quiet. For the price it is a bargain. The bathrooms were modern and the best we've experienced in all of Greece while the bedroom was immaculate and very cozy. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and inobtrusive. Manos recommended some things to do in the city including a tour of the island of Naxos and a local Greek music festival that we loved! This place is a gem, overlooking the temple of Apollo and in the heart of the old city that was one of a kind. Clean, quiet, and great for solo travellers or groups of friends looking to get deeper in the local culture. My recommendation is to request a room with an ocean view for the view directly of Naxos port and the temple of Apollo! Loved every moment of Naxos. We would love to come back for longer next time and stay at the Panorama Hotel!!

Not so much a thing we didn't like but just something to mention is that it is in the old city which has a lot of steps and winding pathways which can be a mobility concern but for us it was lovely and an adventure :)
