The staff is very helpful and always there if you need recommendations or guidance. I am very picky with the beds and pillows but at La Mer in slept very good. The location is closed to the beach, many restaurants and plenty of bars you just have to walk out of the building and all of them are there waiting for you. Although everything is close and located in the center of everything the windows blocks all the sound and it is very quiet. The AC works perfectly. The balcony is a plus. I want to end the review by thanking again to the host, it was a pleasure discussing with you and I highly appreciate the involvement!

Self catering apartment/room, nice bed, clean and great location. Fully renovated accommodation, Modern. Extremely helpful host, we had a problem with the aircondition the first night and they immediately fixed next morning by replacing the temperature controller.

Parking is at a free public parking about 4 minutes walk from the property. Not easy if you have to carry suitcases or a lot of beach equipment. Minor smell from the sewage pipes but ok if we opened the window for an hour. No beach towels provided so need to bring your own, No breakfast or receptionist but there is a great cafeteria downstairs that serves great coffee and breakfast.

The location is near the beach and also bar and restaurants. You just get out of the building and you are right on the seafront. Room was very clean, well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine with some capuccino pods and 2 bottle of water in the fridge. Staff were very responsive and friendly. Room was cleaned, bedsheets and towels were changed at 2 days distance. Our room wasn’t on the seaside part which was very good as it was quite during the night like if you weren’t in the middle of the Nikiti excitement.

We had to park the car ~100m away, the building has only a temporary parking space to get in/out your luggages. Bed is comfortable but for me was difficult to get down due to design 🙂, the laterals of the beds are blocked. We experienced the lack of hot water at 9 pm once during our 3 day stays. The AC fan is directly towards the bed without any possibility of adjusting properly. As a solution we turn off the AC and opened the balcony door. The light of the exit sign right above the door is very disturbing during the night.

It is a beautiful place where we have built a lifetime memory with our family and our friends. It's an amazing place where you could enjoy the lazy mornings with a spectacular Nikkiti beach view or you could enjoy the long nights with a spectacular sky view because the living room easily can be transformed into a luxury terrace having the starts above the heads and feeling refreshing sea breeze. Even is an open space style still it keeps a privacy corner, place for each flat area .For sure we'll come back to this place.

The location is exceptional. The appartment was fully furnished with all ammenities, the cleanness on extremely high level, hospitality of the owner -perfect. All in all this an excellent place to spend the vacation. The kindess of the owner is extraordinary.

There is nothing to add for improving because it is perfect. We are highly recommending this appartment to everyone that plans to visit Nikiti. I would lke to emphasize the stilyshly furnished and decorated the appartment and the corridor.

Everything was perfect, it exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, and always available with everything we needed. During our week stay the apartment was cleaned very nicely twice. The location is great, beach, market, lokumades great coffee, bakery are all very close, and even though it is in the center, the position of the apartments is turned so it's reasonably quiet. Overall it was a pleasant experience ☺️

very nicely furnished apartment with a perfect location directly on the beach with various restaurants and in the evening you could go for a walk. Despite the fact that the street was full of pedestrians in the evening, it was pleasantly quiet in the room and you could relax on the terrace. Also a big praise to the owner as soon as there was a problem she immediately took care of it. I can only recommend it.

Unfortunately, there is no parking space in front of the apartment, but there is a public parking space in the immediate area.

The apartment was absolutely amazing. We stayed only for one night but everything was perfect. Very clean apartments, right next to the sea and the center of the village. We did not use the car at all. The room had everything we needed. Konstantina, our host, was absolutely amazing, such a kind,polite person and always there for us when we asked for any additional information. We loved it and we are definitely coming back next summer.

The apartment is very nice and cosy. The bed area is a bit smaller (area around the bed because it’s in a corner) but nothing that bothered us. It has a nice terrase which is great. The bathroom is really small but functional. The location is great! Right below the apartment is a restaurant Versus it has great food! Right across the aprtment is the beach and a bar next to a bar so you have many options. The parking is near about 100m, it’s the next street to the apartment. Although, there is a private parking but it’s small so not everyone can park there and you have to go to this public parking. The host is very nice, she explained everything to us that we needed. The check in is at 15h but we asked if it was possible to be earlier and they told us that they will try to make that happen. The next morning they informed us that our room will be ready early. Also we got a little gift waiting at pur door. There were there little jars of honey, all different, one chapstick made from natural olives, and handmade soap also from olives. It was a really nice stay!

The sink that’s supposed to be in the bathroom is next to the kitched and beside the main door to the apartment because the bathroom is too small.

We were amazed at how beautiful our apartment was at La Mer Apartments in Nikiti. Located right next to the beach and in the center of Nikiti, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, and the host provided us with all the information we needed, staying in touch with us throughout our stay. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!
