We loved the quiet countryside location but only a 20 minute easy walk into centre, the whole place was spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens around the relaxing swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. We liked the coffee machine to use each morning and appreciated the replenish of the capsules each day and the large full size fridge freezer, there was plenty of storage space and towels changed every day including the large pool towels. We did not use but there is a communal dining area with BBQ use and Pizza oven, the food also served at the pool bar is fresh and tasty, loved the Greek Salad and hot chicken wraps it was very good value for money, the cocktails great too. Sava and Emilia were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble, loved the complimentary cake and biscuits during our stay and the gift of local products to take home, which we did manage to get through security with a pretty please face.

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, very homely and lovely atmosphere, allowing people to properly rest and recharge. The hotel is owned by a couple, who lives there all year round, so you can see how they put a lot of soul into the place. They always add a personal touch by advising on best beach locations, and even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, they came by almost every day to leave pastries or home made peach pie. If you are looking for a big, chain-style hotel with busy bar and loud pool music, this isn’t the place for you, but if you need serenity, peace of mind and ‘home away from home’, then you will fall in love with this place and its owners.

There is nothing to not like about Villa Sara, we would come back there any time and have already said so for a long weekend or next summer.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed! The kitchen at the room has everything you need, and there is also a wonderful bar by the pool where you can get tea, coffee, juice and buns. Friendly owner Mr Savas and his wife, the are always ready to answer all questions and provide assistance. The hotel area is very beautiful, clean and well-groomed. A very quiet place. Close to the nature, in the morning you could hear the wonderful singing of birds. I was also very pleased that I can take my dog with me to the hotel. It was very nice! Thank you!

Gorgeous place. Stunning location, great pool and everything is immaculate with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We used the communal kitchen/BBQ area a couple of evenings which is so well equipped. Pool area is very luxurious with the comfiest beds and lots of options for sun or shade. Owners are just lovely and friendly. Perfect location as very peaceful but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants and 5 mins to the main road to drive and explore nearby beaches. A really special place. We hope to return and treat ourselves to a suite!

The room is actually a small apartment with all facilities and sea view. The garden is beautiful and the pool looked very nice. The accommodation is in a quiet area but close enough to the beach and promenade. We were there out of season so I don't know what is the parking situation near the beach during the season. We didn't have any issue to find parking near the marina but it may be an issue during the summer season as we couldn't see many parking spots

'Great Place' - These little apartments are simply ideal for families, the pool and the garden are nice and spacious. The owners are nice and welcoming. They offered us Greek breakfast and complimentary coffee as well as homemade cakes during the ten days of our stay. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable and let you enjoy your privacy, but if needed they are around and happy to help. You have the freedom to use all the facilities which is fantastic! Something to note is that I didn't have a car during my stay, however, the owner very kindly offered to drive me to the shops a couple of times (10 mins by car/ 20 min walk to AB supermarket). I ended up taking one of the available bikes as it was much more fun to cycle down to the beach, past Nikitti Marina and the Little Village. Even though ''the apartment'' (a room) is somewhat on the small side it has everything you need. A big fridge and freezer which is ideal when travelling with kids, a well-sized and functional kitchenette with pans and utensils to cook, a functional oven, and all the basics you may need to cover some meals on the day. A coffee machine with coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, and dish soup. We also got a nice bottle of extra virgin olive oil and some farewell gifts. A lovely gesture! I come to Greece often to visit friends, and they came to see us and spend the day with us a couple of times during our stay, they also thought the place was really nice, and welcoming and had a good vibe to it! Now that travel has fully opened after covid, is rare to find places like this, that successfully make you feel relaxed, welcomed and cared for, and as such they are not only seeking the tourists' money or a good review. Thank you so much to the Hosts for making our stay in your place so enjoyable!

The shower is rather on the small side and is a bit awkward. Kind of impossible to have a long relaxing shower after a long day at the beach without the risk of flooding the entire room.

I have to rate this place 11 out of 10! It has absolutely everything - amazing wonderful hosts, willing to help, a beautiful garden with amazing heated pool, and next ot it a private bar for some drink below the big shadow of a an old tree. There are shaded parking slots, everyday cleaning of the rooms, a quite good satellite internet (yes!) with good coverage everywhere, a Sat TV(!), beautiful interior in the rooms, always hot water(!), perfect bathroom, large and functional kitchen and a generous big fridge, with a welcome gift of fresh cold water. But this is not enough - there is an outdoors kitchen with quality HIFI stereo, a big TV, special cooking oven and a... library!!! And there are 3 cooking places there - one for pizza, one for BBQ and one for cooking other dishes. Everything is built to the finest detail, all new and working. The library is full of books, I saw many of my favourites there, also a CD library, so you can play your fav music while cooking / relaxing / working with your laptop!

I could not stay there longer, but I would come again to fix this :) And a minor glitch - the bed was too soft for me and I had the feeling that I'm sinking into it.

The villa is very quit and relaxing . The poolarea is lovely with a nice pool and lots of sunbeds. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is outside the Nikiti city, so its not many hotels my nearby, witch is nice. We borrowed bikes from the villa, witch was perfect for us and we reach the city center och Nikiti beach in 5 minuts. The host, Sava and Emilya was really lovely and gave us the best service you can get. This is a perfect place and you want get disaponted. A clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are quite spacious. There is everything that might be needed in the room. Hotel owner Sara and his wife follow every detail for a nice holiday. They take care of the guests very well. It has a clean pool. The room is cleaned every day. A quiet and peaceful hotel. There is easy access to restaurants and beaches by car, it is in a close location. We will definitely stay here when we come again.We would like to thank them again for giving us homemade the jam and olives

Everything was perfect

It was a truly delightful experience. The apartment is fully equipped and cleaned on a daily basis. The villa boasts a lovely and meticulously maintained garden. I loved the fact that it's not close to the crowded promenade. The pool and the bar at Villa Sara were simply perfect; it was a favorite spot for both myself, and my wife and kids. Sava and his wife went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even surprised us on multiple occasions by delivering breakfast right to our doorstep, which was a lovely touch. :) Really looking forward to visiting this lovely place again!
