Back at Ammos and It feels so good! We first stayed at Ammos Hotel back in 2019, and we immediately fell in love with the place and especially with Maria, the heart and soul of the hotel. Even though in the following years we stayed at different locations in the area, we never missed a chance to visit her. That’s how special she is. This year, we were finally lucky to find availability at Ammos again and coming back felt like coming home. The peaceful vibe, the sound of the sea just steps away, the spotless and cozy rooms, nothing had changed. If anything, it was even better. Maria greeted us with the same warmth and kindness we remembered. She truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and relaxed. And we can’t forget to mention Soma Beach Bar, located right downstairs, an awesome spot to chill by the sea, enjoy great drinks, and soak in the vibe. The bartenders and waiters there are seriously cool, super friendly, fun, and always in a good mood. It really adds to the whole Ammos experience. Ammos isn’t just a hotel, it’s a place you carry in your heart long after you leave. We’re so grateful to be back and we already can’t wait for the next time. It was the best option we could ever had. The price was very very good for the summer season. The hotel is renovated and it looks very good. The rooms are definitely a great choice, great balcony with seaside view, small kitchen but with everything you could possibly need. Bathroom equipment was also great, and clean. Also, Maria, the owner is the cutest and most careful person I have ever met, she was paying so much attention with all we needed, she printed traveling instructions for us to go to the city, she gave us everything we needed and because was my mom's birthday she helped me with planing everything, she gave us gifts for my mom and helped me order a cake and prepared the surprise. She is a very kind hearted woman and she will help you with everything you need. Also, you have private beach, no need to pay the sunbeds, stores are terraces are close, the city is not so close but you can get there easily by bus. I think I couldn't chose better, I recommend it with all my heart.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike

It was a short March retreat and we enjoyed sunny spring weather in Agia Triada. Our host, Maria, was so kind and helpful. The hotel is renovated, very clean, offering everything you could possibly need. The cafeteria of the hotel is decorated very tastefully, boho library style. The location of the facility is great, especially if you want to stay at the very beachfront but aside from the tourist crowds. Still short walking distance from everywhere in Agia Triada. Definitely will come again if we find free rooms!

Nothing.

The location is quite remote and a bit in the middle of nowhere, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation unless you’re specifically looking for a very quiet setting. That said, it was perfect for my yoga seminar in a nearby huge Wellness Resort.. Be aware that it’s located outside of the nearest villages, so some walking is required. Or take the bus. You can also take a bus boat to Thessaloniki, which is a great option to the bus. Really good restaurants are close by. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the second floor with a full sea view — 100%! The interior was pretty new and neat. A special mention to Marija, the host — she truly goes above and beyond and is always ready to help with anything.

Since our room had a little kitchen, a basic set with salt, pepper, coffee/tea would be a nice addition. The first night was unfortunately disturbed by some loud, drunk guests returning at 5 am, (the walls are not the thickest)- but after that, it was peaceful and calm.

We had a really nice stay at a small village of Agia Triada. The property is located at the beach, so we could sip on our drinks sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. Even though it was end of April, we had a swim in the Aegean Sea! 🙂 The hotel is very nice and charming with all the neccessary facilities, only a 20 min drive from the airport. But the best thing of all was our lovely hostess, Maria, an angel in human form💗 We have never in our lives met a person so kind and willing to help and accommodate a guest! She really goes over and beyond to make your stay as pleasing and relaxing as possible. And she is just so full of love and positive energy, it's contagious! For sure, we will be coming back, if nothing else, then to see her again and to enjoy the sea and delicious Greek food and wine.

We liked everything.

The hotel is wonderful and offers a beautiful view. You will receive everything you see and read in the description. The beach is very long, flat, clean, and has fine sand. The room is clean and pleasant. We thank Maria for her hospitality and warm attitude! We will return!

There is no wardrobe in the room. There is a great coat rack and a small cabinet, but for a longer stay with a lot of luggage, it might be inconvenient. The bathroom is suitable for people of average size. It will be uncomfortable for larger individuals because the space is tight. Two of the bathroom walls are glass, and for those who value their privacy, this might be a problem. None of this affected our wonderful stay at the hotel, but it is important to keep in mind.

The hotel manager Maria is exceptionally friendly and pleasant! Even though we stayed just one night, she made sure that we were at most comfortable and feeling like at home (didn't have this experience in some luxury resorts through out Greece). The hotel is in great private quite location, just in front of the beach so the view from the room is amazing! The room are renovated with all the necessary creature comforts. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. Will definitely come back.

The location is excellent with respect to the beach, as the hotel has direct frontage on the beach. The bar associated with the hotel provides sun lounges and umbrellas on the beach and brings drinks there on request. Our room on the first floor had a nice balcony, with table and chairs, looking at the sea. The host was lovely and explained everything necessary very well in perfect English. The hotel can be easily reached from the public bus by walking.

The hotel was great, but it is a bit of a walk to local restaurants and supermarkets - 640m in one direction and 1.8km in the other. We picked this hotel for the end of our stay in Greece because it is closer to the local airport than Thessaloniki city, but the taxi to the airport cost the same! (25 to 30 euros). But it was a quicker ride, which was helpful in the early morning.

A superb location, right on the beach, with free parking. Absolute tranquility. We were given a beautiful room on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a front sea view… just amazing. If you want sunbeds, they are right in front of you – the only ones within 1 km – otherwise it’s a wild, untouched beach where you can enjoy it with your own towel and umbrella. Restaurants are about 800 m away on Agia Triada beach, or you can dine directly at the property.”

This is our first visit to Hotel Ammos, and let me tell you, it won't be our last. The hotel is right on the beach, with slow spa energy. The room is modern, bathroom and every part of it was spotless. We had everything that we needed. The bar serves great food and delicious coffee. They have sunbeds on the beach that guests can use. The beach is maintained and clean, and the sea is turquoise blue with shallow entry slowly going to depths. But the true gem in this hotel is their hostess Maria. Her energy, hospitality, and kindness are unmatched. We travel a lot, and we never met a host that was so professional but so friendly, making us feel like we came to visit our family and not as passing guests in the hotel.
