We had no problem with checkin and we also had no problem with checkout. The room was clean and every day around lunch the cleaning lady brought us clean towels and washed the bathroom, hallway and room. The cleaning lady also emptied the ashtray and refilled the toilet paper. Cleanliness at this hotel is guaranteed. The lighting in the room was very good, the bed was big, but the mattress was a bit old (it creaked every time you turned at night). The street the hotel is on is a bit noisier, but Greeks like night life, so it wasn't a problem for me, because you sleep on the beach during the day anyway, haha. There are an incredible number of restaurants around the hotel, a supermarket is really around the corner. The hotel staff were very accommodating and nice and will advise you on choosing a transfer or taxi, but also on buying quality wine. Our vacation was very pleasant thanks to Hotel Avra. We thank you!

Little bit noisy.

The location is great! The staff was also amazing and very helpful. The value for the price compared to the alternatives is great. The room was big and we had a good terase. Even though we were very close to the beach, it wasn't noisy at all!

The mattress was bigger than the frame, which trusted in deformities in the mattess, making it pretty uncomfortable. Also, you can't really lay o the ends of the matress because of that. The pillows were also very full, causing neck pain. Finally, the shower was very claustrophobic when I used the shower curtain it felt unhygienic as it rubs onto me while showering in the tight space, but it was an easy fix just not to use the curtain... Also, there was no place to hang the shower head, so you need to use one hand to point the shower at all times... or to ask for an assistant ;D

The location was superb, everything was accessible from this location, the room was small, but that’s the room I booked and it was perfect for my needs, the bathroom was spacious enough and the balcony offered an excellent view (the chair was placed appropriately for me to understand this. I didn’t try the breakfast so for this I cannot comment

I tried to call down to the reception from the room for a coffee, but this didn’t work, I didn’t investigate why, I simply went out and took a coffee and enjoyed the seafront outside

Cleanness. Every day cleaned room, each third day replaced bed sheet and towels. Very friendly and helpful receptionists! Allowed to accommodate a few hours sooner than 14:00 and allowed to stay longer due to late flight. Found nothing to complain about the room or service.

Just breakfast could be richer. There were no vegetables or fruit. Just melon available. However this is a 2 star hotel, so I accept it.

Close to the beach beautiful clean room with fresh bedding and towels lots of complimentary toiletries and a good breakfast for 7 euro, This is my second stay and I would recommend especially for the airport. Very reasonable price considering the proximity to the beach and the standard of the accommodation.

A little noisy around bedtime 10/11pm with guests returning to their rooms but as the hotel was busy this is to be expected.

Секогаш беше на располагање да одговори на сите мои прашања и да се справи со секој проблем што можеби би се појавил. Вистинска ѕвезда! Посебно беа впечатливи неговата отстапки и насоки. Хотелот нуди одличен однос на цена и квалитет. Би се вратил со задоволство. Благодарам за одличниот престој!

Clean, tidy, modern furnished, room. Good wifi signal and comfortable bed, good central heating. Working elevator. Very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. Partial view on the sea with terrace equipped with table & chairs so that you can enjoy the sea view. Close to a large variety of restaurants and different shops, all lying nearby and reachable by few mintues walking. Nice reception staff ,(Georgios and Marina). We were even allowed to have a 30 mim late check out. Thanks a lot! Recommended place to people who want to have a relaxed holiday

It would be nice to have that hotel tag (Do not disturb) as the cleaner was new and the reception needed to inform her not to clean our room. Slight unpleasant "chemical" smell in the bathroom despite the cleanliness and working bath vacume.

First of all, I would like to give every possible word of joy for this hotel. Everything was more than great. The hotel is, almost, on the beach, clean rooms, great and cheerful stuff, precise with time and payment methods. For that location and those qualities price is more than reasonable. Not a single bad comment for this facility. We will, shurely, come back already next summer. Greetings from Serbia!

Everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly, it was very clean, every day there were maids. I had problem with my card to pay for the hotel and they were super nice helped me and sort it out by themself. Really recommend this hotel if you go in Peraia
