Value for room, dinner, and airport transport. Didn't use the pools or courts due to time. They upgraded my room for no additional charge. Close to airport. Already had me on schedule for 6a.m. airport transfer. Felt safe. Open concept lobby was interesting. Had tennis theme, I do not play, yet was well-priced clean hotel with amenities. Saw families staying too. Let me pay my bill (room/dinner/transfer) after dinner, so the trust of me was a reflection of their trustworthiness. Will definitely stay again when I return.

Help with backpack getting into airport transport van would've been helpful. I hiked Mount Olympus and was in a lot of pain. Driver was polite and prudent enough though.

It was clean and very comfortable. Close to airport as well. I had been camping so the bed felt luxurious. It would have even if I hadn't camp camping. I loved the scents of their soaps in bathroom. Room had a mini fridge as well.

They charged for an airport connection on booking. No stores or amenities within walking distance.

Only stayed one night due to location near the airport after late night flight arrival. We arrived late and our room was right near the reception which was great as we didn't disturb other guests. Hotel seems to be a tennis academy so lots of children running around in the morning. They have a private taxi for airport transfers. There are lots of off-airport car hire companies very close by.

The location is very good if you wish to be near the airport. The other bonus is the additional sports and spa facilities if you or any one travelling with you wants to use them.

The slight wait between the buffet ending at 3pm and the start of orders being taken from the menu (that is if you do not wish to use the buffet!)

We chose an airport hotel for an early flight and because we'd stayed before in the city and although it had lots of atmosphere it was difficult to drive and park. It was excellent for proximity to the airport. Although we didn't use it, the hotel has free airport drop off (and I think pick up) and has plenty of free parking for guests. It was great to have in room control of the air conditioning.

The noise from the hallway was disturbing. Not the hotel's fault but perhaps a sign on the door reminding guests to be considerate would be helpful. And because it is not close to any cafe's it would have been good to have a kettle, cups and tea or coffee making in the room.

The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport, and I stayed there for a few hours between the flights to rest a bit. The rooms are surprisingly large, clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in organizing the transfer to the airport.

Perfect for a good night's sleep. Booked this for a short night stay next to the airport. Everything was clean, personnel was helpful, kind and considerate, recommended.

As we had to leave the hotel early in the morning no facities in the room to have a coffee before leaving to the airport and the breakfast in the hotel started from 7:30.

We had a 12 hour layover in Thessaloniki. Even though check in time was 2 pm, they let us into our room at 9 am. We were able to get some sleep and continued our long trip home in good shape.
