The pool was deep and nice, our teener spent hours here. It is handy with the poolbar on the side. We had a lucky location on our apartment next to the pool on first floor which was nice. The breakfast buffet was rich and you had a lot of variation in fruit and yoghurt toppings, sweet stuff, eggs, some varieties of breadspread. Watermelon in crete is to die for, and it's plenty here. Every day they do a slight variation of fruits and how they make the eggs. Love how close it was to middle of town but yet shielded from noise and traffic. It's just a minute walking to nice and tasty restaurants and 3 min to walk to the beach. 3 min walk to a store. 5 min walk and you are at the Harbour to take boat to prevelli beach. Good choice of location.

The breakfast itself were busy, it is not a location to come 15 min before closing and expect to get a table. If I were running the place I'd have 30min -1h longer breakfast time to spread the pressure. Specially during busy season. GPS do not lead you to right location. Drive in by the pharmacy in maine street and to the left where you see name of apartments. It was a pile of remote controls in the room, no idea what they all were for,. And remotes to airco was also in same pile hidden In a drawer. Just a simple bagatelle, but to leave right remote in each room makes it easier when it is like 100 degrees outside and you need to have a guessing game.

Lots of choice for breakfast. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Nice pool. Handy walking distance to restaurants etc. The 2 bed apartment was perfect for me, my partner and sister in law.

A view would be nice but definitely not complaining as a nice size balcony and on a quiet dead end side street.

Exceptional high quality accommodation, tucked away in a quiet area of Plakias. Friendly and accommodating staff. Lovely comfortable beds, very clean, excellent facilities. The breakfast looked fantastic, but we don’t eat breakfast and the swimming pool and bar were really nice. We loved our stay here. Parking was available 100 metres away and always able to park.

It has nothing to do with the hotel I stayed in..There were some problems with using bank cards due to lack ofelectricity which occasionally. occured.

We really enjoyed Costas & Chrysoula. The rooms were comfortable and sparkling clean. The beds were comfy. Our apartment was two joint double rooms, so we had two bathrooms, which was great! Really good breakfast and a great pool.

We liked everything! A really small thing: There was no knife or cutting board in the apartment, which was a bit odd, since there were enough pots and pans to cook a meal. We didn't ask for it though.

Choosing a place to stay for someone who needs a wheelchair is difficult. However Costas's place was perfect for us. The staff were wonderful and helpful . The room was very comfortable and easily accessible. The breakfast was amazing. Altogether a perfect place for us to stay .

Excellent family hotel, clean and large rooms, refrigerator, air conditioning, kitchen elements, satisfactory breakfast, friendly staff, free parking not far from the property.

Comfortable rooms and located right near all the restaurants and a lovely beach. Staff were friendly and made some great recommendations for eating in the area and planningthe rest of our trip.

Rooms and facilities were a little bit dated. Breakfast was a bit ordinary.

Nice big pool. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool bar to hang out with friendly staff. Close and convenient to the town. Very helpful. Incredible beaches within driving distance.

Good location , clean and spacious studio in annex just around the corner from the main building. Well equipped.
